The gene amplification room 52 may be provided therein with a gene amplification room air conditioner configured to regulate the temperature and humidity inside the gene amplification room 52.
In this embodiment, product analysis zone 60 includes a product analysis buffer compartment 61 and a product analysis compartment 62.
The product analysis buffer room 61 is communicated with the PCR special passage 20 through a door body. The product analysis buffer room 61 is a buffer space for personnel to enter the product analysis room 62 from the PCR dedicated walkway 20. The pressure in product analysis buffer 61 may be 0 PA.
The product analysis room 62 communicates with the product analysis buffer room 61 through a door, and the product analysis room 62 is configured to measure the amplified fragment. The area of the product analysis room 62 can be controlled to be 15m 2-20 m2. The product analysis chamber 62 is the most important source of contamination of the amplification product, and therefore the pressure gradient in this region is required to be negative with respect to the adjacent region (the product analysis chamber 62 may be-20 PA) to prevent diffusion of the amplification product from this region to other regions. A product analysis room air conditioner is provided in the product analysis room 62, and is configured to adjust the temperature and humidity inside the product analysis room 62.

Claims (10)

1. A PCR laboratory with a dual purpose changing room, comprising:
an entry zone, the entry zone comprising:
a clean room;
the preparation room is communicated with the clean room through a door body; and
a changing room, the changing room comprising:
the first dressing room is communicated with the preparation room through a first door body;
the air showering room is communicated with the first dressing room through a second door body and is configured to be used for air showering for the personnel; and
the second changing room is communicated with the air shower room through a third door body;
the special PCR walkway is communicated with the first dressing room through a fourth door body, and the special PCR walkway is communicated with the second dressing room through a fifth door body;
the reagent preparation area is communicated with the PCR special passage through a door body and is configured to prepare a storage reagent, split charging the reagent and prepare a main reaction mixed solution;
the sample preparation area is communicated with the PCR special passage through a door body and is configured to store clinical samples, extract nucleic acids, store the nucleic acids, add the nucleic acids into an amplification reaction tube and synthesize cDNA;
a gene amplification region, wherein the gene amplification region is communicated with the PCR dedicated walkway through a gate body and is configured to amplify DNA or cDNA; and
a product analysis region, wherein the product analysis region is communicated with the PCR dedicated walkway through a gate body, and the product analysis region is configured to measure an amplified fragment;
the dressing room comprises a first state and a second state, the second door body and the fifth door body are closed in the first state, and personnel enter the PCR special walkway through the clean room, the preparation room, the first door body, the first dressing room and the fourth door body in sequence; and in the second state, the fourth door body is closed, and personnel sequentially pass through the clean room, the preparation room, the first door body, the first dressing room, the second door body, the air shower room, the third door body, the second dressing room and the fifth door body to enter the PCR special walkway.
2. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose dressing room according to claim 1, wherein:
the first door body is an airtight door.
3. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose dressing room according to claim 1, wherein:
the second door body is an airtight door.
4. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose dressing room according to claim 1, wherein:
the third door body is an airtight door.
5. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose dressing room according to claim 1, wherein:
the fourth door body is an airtight door.
6. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose dressing room according to claim 1, wherein:
the fifth door body is an airtight door.
7. The PCR laboratory with two-purpose changing room of claim 1, wherein the reagent preparation area comprises:
the reagent preparation buffer room is communicated with the PCR special passage through a door body; and
the reagent preparation room is communicated with the reagent preparation buffer room through a door body and is configured to prepare a stored reagent, split-package the reagent and prepare a main reaction mixed solution.
8. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose changing room of claim 1, wherein the sample preparation area comprises:
the sample preparation buffer room is communicated with the PCR special passage through a door body; and
the sample preparation room is communicated with the sample preparation buffer room through a door body and is configured to store clinical samples, extract nucleic acids, store the nucleic acids, add the nucleic acids into the amplification reaction tube and synthesize cDNA.
9. The PCR laboratory with two-purpose changing room of claim 1, wherein said gene amplification region comprises:
the gene amplification buffer room is communicated with the PCR special walkway through a door body; and
and the gene amplification chamber is communicated with the gene amplification buffer chamber through a door body and is configured to amplify DNA or cDNA.
10. The PCR laboratory with dual-purpose changing room of claim 1, wherein said product analysis region comprises:
a product analysis buffer room communicated with the PCR special passage through a door body; and
a product analysis room, wherein the product analysis room is communicated with the product analysis buffer room through a door body, and the product analysis room is configured to measure the amplified fragments.
