一种自行车前叉锁，可广泛应用于自行车上。
迄今为止，自行车的各种锁具多是锁定后轮，锁定前叉的用于摩托车的较多。一种专利号为90222088.8的专利申请，是一种前叉锁定的自行车锁，但该锁块是安装在档泥板的固定螺栓处，锁身安装于斜梁上方固定后闸的螺钉上，其缺点是锁身固定不牢，安装位置过小，而且锁块受档泥板振动易松动，锁身上端的螺丝铆死不易拆卸修理，螺钉和车闸共用易松动。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装方便，坚固耐用、防盗性能强的自行车前叉锁。
本实用新型由锁头1、锁头安装板2、锁销套4所组成，如图所示，其特征在于锁销套4与前叉6固定为一体，锁头安装板2，位于车架子立管5的一侧固定为一体。锁头用两个螺钉7固定在安装板2上，锁销套固定于6的上部右侧，在使用时，当车把向一侧偏转时，前叉6相对于车架立管5转过一定角度，安在立管5上的锁头1的锁销3对准下面的锁销套4，转动钥匙使锁销3伸入锁销套4中，便可将车锁定。锁定时锁头安装板2与下面的锁销套4对齐，锁头1的固定螺钉7掩在中间不外露，所以该锁具有较强的防盗性能。
该实用新型与现有技术相比，具有安装方便，防盗性能强，坚固美观，经济实用的特点。

在具体实施该实用新型时，最好是在自行车出厂前预先将安装板2，和锁销套4固定好，然后喷漆按上锁头，连锁配套出厂。对于现有自行车也可以采取焊接后喷漆的办法来安装。在焊接锁销套4时，要使其偏离前叉6的上部右侧，以便在在锁定自行车时，使车把扭过一定的角度。安装板2和锁销套4的安装，也可以采取粘接或其他坚固方法。锁头可选用摩托车前叉锁头。
