Claims (10)

1. A sugarcane field leaf peeling machine is characterized by comprising:
a body;
the walking device is arranged at the bottom of the machine body and used for driving the machine body to walk in a sugarcane field; and
a leaf peeling device installed at a rear side of the body, the leaf peeling device including:
a leaf peeling frame, the front side of which is arranged at the rear side of the machine body in a lifting way, and the leaf peeling frame is driven by a lifting mechanism to lift; and
the axial line of each leaf peeling roller is distributed along the front-back direction, and a plurality of leaf peeling ropes are arranged at intervals along the axial line direction of each leaf peeling roller; the front end of each leaf peeling roller is connected with the rear side of the leaf peeling frame in a rotatable and detachable mode, and all the leaf peeling rollers are driven to rotate through a rotating mechanism.
2. The sugarcane field leaf stripper of claim 1, wherein each of the leaf stripping rollers comprises:
a leaf peeling shaft, the front end of which is connected with the rear side of the leaf peeling frame in a rotatable and detachable manner; and
leaf pole is shelled to a plurality of, shell the front and back both ends of leaf axle and be fixedly connected with a disc respectively, a plurality of should shell the leaf pole around locating shell around the leaf axle and fixed connection in two between the disc, all should shell the leaf pole along same circumference evenly distributed, and all the axis of the circumference that the leaf pole enclosed with shell the axis collineation of leaf axle, wherein, every should shell the leaf pole and be provided with a plurality of along its axis direction interval shell the leaf rope.

The sugarcane field leaf stripping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the leaf stripping rollers is at least four, the four leaf stripping rollers are distributed in a rectangular shape or a trapezoid shape, and each leaf stripping roller can rotate in a forward direction or a reverse direction.
4. A sugarcane field leaf stripping machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the leaf stripping frame is further provided with one leaf stripping roller at a position above the four leaf stripping rollers.
5. The sugar cane field leaf stripper of claim 1, wherein the rotation mechanism comprises:
an engine mounted in the body;
the first gearbox is arranged in the machine body and positioned in front of the leaf peeling frame, and an input shaft of the first gearbox is connected with an output shaft of the engine through a first clutch;
the front end of the transmission shaft is connected with an output shaft of the first gearbox through a first universal joint; and
and the transmission mechanism is arranged on the leaf peeling frame, an input shaft of the transmission mechanism is connected with the rear end of the transmission shaft through a second universal joint, and an output shaft of the transmission mechanism is respectively connected with each leaf peeling roller.
6. The sugarcane field leaf peeler according to claim 5, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises:
the two gears are meshed and connected with each other, each gear is rotatably arranged on the leaf peeling frame through a rotating shaft, and the rear end of the transmission shaft is selectively connected with the rotating shaft of one gear through the second universal joint; and
each belt transmission mechanism is in one-to-one correspondence with the leaf peeling rollers, and the front end of each leaf peeling roller is selectively connected with the rotating shaft of one of the gears through the corresponding belt transmission mechanism.
7. The sugarcane field leaf peeling machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the leaf peeling frame is mounted on the machine body in a manner of sliding up and down, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting oil cylinder, the lower end of the lifting oil cylinder is hinged to the machine body, and the upper end of the lifting oil cylinder is hinged to the leaf peeling frame.
8. A sugarcane field leaf stripper as defined in claim 1, wherein the walking means is of a crawler chassis construction.
9. The sugarcane field leaf stripping machine according to claim 1, further comprising a sugarcane supporting mechanism, wherein the sugarcane supporting mechanism is mounted on the front side of the machine body and used for supporting the fallen sugarcane; wherein, hold sugarcane mechanism includes:
the sugarcane supporting guide rods are distributed in a V shape with the opening direction facing the rear upper part, the sugarcane supporting guide rods are distributed in an arc shape with the concave surfaces facing the front upper part, and the rear ends of the sugarcane supporting guide rods are hinged to the top of the front side of the machine body in a vertically-turnable manner; and

10. The sugarcane field leaf stripping machine of claim 1, further comprising a controller and a remote control device, wherein the remote control device controls the operation of the walking device and the leaf stripping device through the controller.
