本实用新型属于化工设备领域，涉及一种用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置。
背景技术
在化工生产过程中，为了将精制物料进行干燥，大多会采用双锥干燥机机，在真空状态下，将物料加热，使物料中的溶剂蒸发出来，蒸发出来的溶剂一般采用直接排空，或采用水喷射真空泵，将溶剂融入到水中，再进行污水处理，有大量有机溶剂挥发到空气中，污水不易处理，挥发到空气中造成环境污染，不能回收利用，造成物料损失，增加生产成本，本发明可以将溶剂进行回收利用，减少生产成本，杜绝环境污染，增加效益。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置，将有机溶剂进行回收利用，减少生产成本，降低环境污染。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：
一种用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置，包括双锥干燥机机，双锥干燥机的溶剂蒸发口通过第一管道与第二管道、真空泵、第三管道和一级冷凝器依次连通，所述一级冷凝器设于储罐上方，储罐上方还设有二级冷凝器，二级冷凝器上方排料口还设有第四管道。
优选地，所述真空泵为机械真空泵。
优选地，所述第一管道与第二管道之间设有安全罐。
优选地， 一级冷凝器冷却介质管内介质为冷冻水，二级冷凝器冷却介质管内介质为深冷水（温度小于零下）。

结构简单、设计合理、制造及使用简便，不仅可以收集有机溶剂，减少环境污染，在真空状态下，增大物料干燥速度，收集的有机溶剂，可再次利用，减少生产成本。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置，包括双锥干燥机机1，双锥干燥机1的溶剂蒸发口通过第一管道2与第二管道4、真空泵5、第三管道6和一级冷凝器7依次连通，所述一级冷凝器7设于储罐8上方，储罐8上方还设有二级冷凝器9，二级冷凝器9上方排料口还设有第四管道10。
优选地，所述真空泵5为机械真空泵。
优选地，所述第一管道2与第二管道4之间设有安全罐3。
优选地， 一级冷凝器7冷却介质管内介质为冷冻水（温度3-8℃），二级冷凝器9冷却介质管内介质为深冷水（温度小于零下）。
工作原理：
双锥干燥机机1使用夹套加热物料，物料在真空状态下，溶剂不断蒸发，物料干燥，蒸发的溶剂通过第一管道2，进入安全罐3，再经过第二管道4进入真空泵5抽出，排入第三管道6，进入一级冷凝器7冷凝溶剂，收入储罐8中，未冷凝的物料，进入二级冷凝器9进一步冷凝回收，尾气经第四管道10排入尾气处理系统进行处理。
所述真空泵5为机械真空泵。蒸发溶剂成气相排出，杜绝采用水喷射泵，溶剂进入水中，产生大量污水和溶剂蒸发，污染环境。
经过机械真空泵后的气相物料经管道6进入一级冷凝器7进行冷却，将气相冷却成液相进行收集。经过一级冷凝7收集至储罐8中，未冷凝的气相物料或储罐内再次蒸发物料外溢，采用二级冷凝器再次进行冷却。
所述一级冷凝器7，收集储罐8，二级冷凝器9，安装在真空泵后，一、二级冷凝器及收集储罐不带真空，减少物料蒸发。
一级冷凝器7，采用冷冻水进行冷却，二级冷凝器采用深冷水进行冷却，将所有蒸发溶剂进行收回用。

1.一种用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置，包括双锥干燥机（1），其特征在于：双锥干燥机（1）的溶剂蒸发口通过第一管道（2）与第二管道（4）、真空泵（5）、第三管道（6）和一级冷凝器（7）依次连通，所述一级冷凝器（7）设于储罐（8）上方，储罐（8）上方还设有二级冷凝器（9），二级冷凝器（9）上方排料口还设有第四管道（10）；所述第一管道（2）与第二管道（4）之间设有安全罐（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置，其特征在于：所述真空泵（5）为机械真空泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于双锥干燥机溶剂的收集装置，其特征在于：一级冷凝器（7）冷却介质管内介质为冷冻水，二级冷凝器（9）冷却介质管内介质为深冷水。
