背景技术
超静音建筑排水用塑料管材是一种新型的排水管道，连接方式为密封圈承插式连接。然而在安装的过程中由于管道插入时需用力打击，致使密封橡胶圈内翻而脱出管件的沟槽造成漏水，而橡胶圈放置于管件内部，管道插入后橡胶圈的具体状态无法直接观察到，只有在全部安装结束后，系统密封试水时才能够被发现，造成问题后，后期的更换维修十分的不方便。

针对上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种承插式管道防内翻的密封胶圈，该密封胶圈使管道系统在安装的过程中无论怎样打击也不会使密封圈脱出沟槽而造成漏水，安全可靠。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：包括密封圈，所述管道包括管材和管件，管件上开设有沟槽，所述密封圈嵌于沟槽内，所述管件插入密封圈的内圈，所述密封圈包括胶圈和支撑环，所述胶圈内侧设有环状U型凹槽，所述支撑环位于胶圈内侧的环状U型凹槽中；所述胶圈为橡胶材质；所述支撑环为尼龙材质。
与现有技术相比，实用新型具有如下有益技术效果：传统的密封圈由纯橡胶制造方式，整体没有刚性，当进行管材安装时，密封圈在完全密闭的管材管件之间承受打击，或是破裂，或是脱出而难以维修更换，本实用新型在胶圈内增加支撑环这一构造，改变了传统胶圈的制造方式，增强了的胶圈的刚性，是密封圈在承受打击时不易内翻、脱落至管件的沟槽外，结构设计合理，使用简单，非常具有实用性。

如图1所示，一种承插式塑料管道防内翻密封圈，其由两部分组成：胶圈1 和支撑环2，所述支撑环2放置于胶圈1的内侧凹槽3中，起到支撑作用，在管材5插入管件4的过程中，由于支撑环2的存在，密封圈不会内翻而脱出管件4 的沟槽6，这样有效的防止漏水漏水问题的发生，安全可靠，非常具有实用性。
