背景技术
酵母是一种单细胞真菌,并非系统演化分类的单元。一种肉眼看不见的微小单细胞微生物,能将糖发酵成酒精和二氧化碳,分布于整个自然界,是一种典型的异养兼性厌氧微生物,在有氧和无氧条件下都能够存活,是一种天然发酵剂。现有技术下,自然酵母菌培养存在温度无法把控的问题;酵母菌在培养的过程中,需要补充空气,空气中含有大量的浮尘,对酵母菌造成污染,不利于酵母菌的生长。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种酵母菌培养用气液混合装置,可以控制培养的温度,补充空气时不会污染酵母菌,有利于酵母菌的培养。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种酵母菌培养用气液混合装置,包括培养罐、水浴槽、固定柱、振动电机、搅拌机构、进气机构、紫外线消毒灯、温度传感器、电阻丝;所述水浴槽设置在所述培养罐内,且所述水浴槽的外壁与所述培养罐的内壁之间设有所述固定柱;所述紫外线消毒灯设置在所述培养罐的内顶部;所述搅拌机构包括搅拌电机、搅拌棒;所述搅拌电机设置在所述培养罐顶部;所述搅拌棒设置在所述水浴槽内,且顶部贯穿所述培养罐与所述搅拌电机连接;所述温度传感器设置在所述水浴槽内;所述电阻丝设置在水浴槽的内部;所述振动电机设置在所述水浴槽的外壁;所述进气机构包括进气管、密封盖、活性炭层;所述进气管设置在所述培养罐的顶部;所述活性炭层横向设置在所述进气管内;所述密封盖设置在所述进气管的顶部。
进一步地,所述固定柱内设有减震弹簧。减少振动电机工作时对培养罐影响。
进一步地,所述水浴槽内为上端开口结构。
进一步地,所述培养罐内设有保温层。水浴槽对酵母液水浴加热时,提高培养罐保温效果。
进一步地,所述水浴槽的底部设有出料口。可以在酵母菌发育成熟后,实现酵母液的快速出料。
进一步地,所述水浴槽的上下两侧分别设有进水口、出水口。

本实用新型提供一种酵母菌培养用气液混合装置,通过设置紫外线消毒灯,能够对培养罐进行消毒,防止在培养之前其他杂菌混入;通过设置温度传感器对酵母液测温,电阻丝可以根据反馈的温度调节加热温度,搅拌棒对酵母液进行低速搅拌,使酵母液被均匀加热;振动电机工作进而水浴槽振动,使得酵母菌处于游离状态,进而大大的提高了酵母菌培养的速度;通过设置进气机构,可补充酵母液在培养过程中需要的空气。

在上述实施例中,固定柱3内设有减震弹簧。减少振动电机4工作时对培养罐1影响。
在上述实施例中,水浴槽2内为上端开口结构。
在上述实施例中,培养罐1内设有保温层。水浴槽2对酵母液水浴加热时,提高培养罐1保温效果。
在上述实施例中,水浴槽2的底部设有出料口13。可以在酵母菌发育成熟后,实现酵母液的快速出料。
在上述实施例中,水浴槽2的上下两侧分别设有进水口、出水口。
本实施例酵母菌培养用气液混合装置的操作过程:紫外线消毒灯5对培养罐1消毒后,待培养的酵母液放入到水浴槽2内;电阻丝7对水浴槽2内部的水加热,进而对酵母液加热,搅拌棒9对酵母液进行低速搅拌,使酵母液被均匀加热;振动电机4工作进而带动水浴槽2振动,使得酵母菌处于游离状态,进而大大的提高了酵母菌培养的速度;定期打开密封盖11,补充酵母菌在培养的过程中所需的空气。

1.一种酵母菌培养用气液混合装置,其特征在于,包括培养罐、水浴槽、固定柱、振动电机、搅拌机构、进气机构、紫外线消毒灯、温度传感器、电阻丝;所述水浴槽设置在所述培养罐内,且所述水浴槽的外壁与所述培养罐的内壁之间设有所述固定柱;所述紫外线消毒灯设置在所述培养罐的内顶部;所述搅拌机构包括搅拌电机、搅拌棒;所述搅拌电机设置在所述培养罐顶部;所述搅拌棒设置在所述水浴槽内,且顶部贯穿所述培养罐与所述搅拌电机连接;所述温度传感器设置在所述水浴槽内;所述电阻丝设置在水浴槽的内部;所述振动电机设置在所述水浴槽的外壁;所述进气机构包括进气管、密封盖、活性炭层;所述进气管设置在所述培养罐的顶部;所述活性炭层横向设置在所述进气管内;所述密封盖设置在所述进气管的顶部。
