A self-rescue fire rescue system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fire protection cabin (100) is anchored to an indoor side wall or beam at the upper part of the rescue window by 8 to 10 expansion bolts (700) so that the fire protection cabin (100) can bear more than 200 kg of tension.
7. The self-rescue fire rescue system of claim 6, wherein the fire prevention bin (100) is a rock wool composite box structure with a fire limit of 1h, and the box is 1200mm long, 250mm high and 150mm wide.
8. A self-rescue firefighting rescue system according to claim 6, characterized in that the safety rope (200) is a flame retardant, composite fiber webbing safety rope.
