本实用新型涉及一种家用蒸烤食物的可以产生蒸汽的蒸汽烤箱。它包括机头和锅体，机头包括送热风扇、电发热管、蒸汽发生器、水泵、水箱，送热风扇将电发热管产生的热量吹向锅体内腔加热食物，所述蒸汽发生器为金属管，金属管进水端通过水泵连接水箱，金属管出蒸汽端向锅体内腔喷射蒸汽，金属管吸收电发热管热量产生蒸汽。本实用新型结构设计简单合理，金属管吸收电发热盘热量，把金属管内的水加热到蒸汽状态喷出，既可以辅助加热食物，又可给食物补充一点水份，食物既有烘烤的香和脆，又不会太生硬，食物口感更佳，由于蒸汽量不大，使用也安全。

因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种以电发热管加热为主、同时兼有蒸汽加热和补湿功能的可以产生蒸汽的烤箱。

一种可以产生蒸汽的烤箱，包括机头和锅体，机头包括送热风扇、电发热管、蒸汽发生器、水泵、水箱，送热风扇将电发热管产生的热量吹向锅体内腔加热食物，所述蒸汽发生器为金属管，金属管进水端通过水泵连接水箱，金属管出蒸汽端向锅体内腔喷射蒸汽，金属管吸收电发热管热量产生蒸汽。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
实施例，结合附图，一种可以产生蒸汽的烤箱，包括机头1和锅体2，机头1设在锅体2上方，机头包括送热风扇3、电发热管4、蒸汽发生器、水箱6、水泵7，送热风扇3将电发热管4产生的热量吹向锅体2内腔加热食物。所述蒸汽发生器为金属管5，金属管直径较细，金属管5进水端8通过水泵7连接水箱6，水泵功率很小可以间歇式启动，金属管5的进水端8向上弯折，金属管5出蒸汽端9向锅体2内腔喷射蒸汽，出蒸汽端9的出口向下，金属管5出蒸汽的尾段10往上翘起。金属管5为一圈或两圈或三圈的盘管形状，金属管5设在电发热管4周边，或通过导热的铸铝把电发热管和金属管铸造在一起，金属管5吸收电发热管4热量产生蒸汽。
