本实用新型涉及深冷空分氮气提产系统,包括水冷机组和换热系统;水冷塔、冷冻泵、第一冰机、第二冰机和空冷塔通过第一管线依次连通,冷冻泵与第一冰机之间安装有第一截止阀,第一冰机和第二冰机之间安装有第二截止阀和第三截止阀,第二冰机和空冷塔之间安装有第四截止阀,水冷塔与冷冻泵之间安装有第五截止阀,与第一冰机和第二冰机并联第二管线,第二管线一端与第一管线上冷冻泵和第一截止阀之间连通,另一端与第一管线上第二冰机和空冷塔之间连通。本实用新型通过增加多台冰机,解决了氮气直接通过循环水系统造成氮气的放空而浪费掉,增加了氮气的产量,避免了氮气的排放出现浪费现象,节能降耗,降低空分单耗,提高企业利润。

技术领域
本实用新型属于深冷空分技术领域,具体涉及一种深冷空分氮气提产系统。
背景技术
现如今在钢铁、化工等企业中,空分装置是必不可少的,空分所生产的产品:氧气、氮气是必不可少的生产原料。出塔氮气放空后存在浪费,造成空分单耗成本高,造成不少企业随着产能的增加氮气、氧气不够使用。
现在部分企业内,用空分设备提供氮气时,会出现氮气不足的现象,如果用液氮气化提高产量的话,成本会增加。
以6000制氧厂为例,氮气去预冷还有3000-6000立氮气和循环水换热后放空浪费掉了,存在浪费资源现象,也不符合国家排放要求。
发明内容
鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种深冷空分氮气提产系统,通过深冷空分氮气,提高氮气的产量,降低生产单耗成本。
为了达到上述目的,进而采取的技术方案如下:
深冷空分氮气提产系统,包括水冷机组和换热系统;
水冷机组,包括水冷塔、冷冻泵、第一冰机、第二冰机和空冷塔,所述水冷塔、冷冻泵、第一冰机、第二冰机和空冷塔通过第一管线依次连通,而且,第一管线上、且在冷冻泵与第一冰机之间安装有第一截止阀,第一管线上、且在第一冰机和第二冰机之间安装有第二截止阀和第三截止阀,第一管线上、且在第二冰机和空冷塔之间安装有第四截止阀,第一管线上、且在水冷塔与冷冻泵之间安装有第五截止阀,此外,与第一冰机和第二冰机并联第二管线,所述第二管线一端与第一管线上冷冻泵和第一截止阀之间连通,另一端与第一管线上第二冰机和空冷塔之间连通,第二管线上安装有第六截止阀和第七截止阀,同时,第二管线上第六截止阀和第七截止阀之间通过第三管线与第一管线上第二截止阀和第三截止阀之间连通;
换热系统,包括第一冷凝器和第二冷凝器,所述第一冷凝器与第一冰机连接进行换热,第二冷凝器与第二冰机连接进行换热,第一冷凝器和第二冷凝器分别与循环管道连通,且第一冷凝器和第二冷凝器并联。
本实用新型进一步的改进,所述第一冷凝器两侧、且循环管道上分别安装有第八截止阀,第二冷凝器两侧、且循环管道上分别安装有第九截止阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过增加多台冰机,解决了氮气直接通过循环水系统造成氮气的放空而浪费掉,增加了氮气的产量,避免了氮气的排放出现浪费现象,节能降耗,降低空分单耗,提高企业利润;给冰机设立并联管线,防止冰机出现故障时会导致停产现象的发生,可使用备用并联管线,保证生产的持续性。

换热系统20,包括第一冷凝器21和第二冷凝器22,所述第一冷凝器21与第一冰机13连接进行换热,第二冷凝器22与第二冰机14连接进行换热,第一冷凝器21和第二冷凝器22分别与循环管道23连通,且第一冷凝器21和第二冷凝器22并联;所述第一冷凝器21两侧、且循环管道23上分别安装有第八截止阀108,第二冷凝器22两侧、且循环管道23上分别安装有第九截止阀109。
当第一冰机13或第二冰机14出现故障时,可利用并联的管线,暂停第一冰机13或第二冰机14工作,不耽误生产的同时,也可进行维修。
