providing a blanking device for blanking matched with the transformer winding device after the winding of the transformer is finished;
providing a tensioning wheel set for the entrance of the sleeve and the raw material of the insulated copper wire;
and providing a frame for installing a wire feeding and feeding device, a wire sleeving and cutting device, a pipe clamping and winding device, a wire shearing and clamping device, a transformer winding device, a blanking device and a tensioning wheel.
