Description
本实用新型涉及一种车轮，特别是涉及一种手推车用的橡胶实芯轮。
目前，铁路货场及煤矿广泛用于虎头车或手推车上的铁芯胶轮其铁圈与橡胶硫化为一体，内圈装有轴承。在使用过程中，橡胶与铁圈易分离、易破裂，承载力小，使用寿命短，维修性能差，通常不能修复使用，故使用费高，此外还存在重量大，耗材多的不足。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种维修性能好，使用寿命长，用料省的橡胶实芯轮。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术措施来达到，即：这种橡胶实芯轮由实芯胶轮，止口嵌在其内孔中的夹板，嵌在两夹板内腔中的轴承、以及将两夹板与实芯胶轮固为一体的螺栓、螺母组成。
本实用新型的夹板的止口及与实芯胶轮的贴合部有锥度，以使其贴合紧密。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，由于夹板与实芯胶轮通过螺栓联接，故装拆方便，维修性能好，不存在实芯胶轮与夹板相脱离致使报废的情况，使用寿命长，经实验表明。橡胶实芯轮的寿命为铁圈胶轮的3～4倍，并且直径为300毫米的铁圈胶轮，其重量约7公斤，而相同规格的橡胶实芯轮却只有3公斤，从而极大地减少了材料消耗，降低了产品成本。

1、一种橡胶实芯轮，其特征在于由实芯胶轮6、止口嵌在其内孔中的夹板1、5，嵌在两夹板内腔中的轴承2，以及将两夹板与实芯胶轮固为一体的螺栓3、螺母4组成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的橡胶实芯轮，其特征在于夹板1、5的止口及与实芯胶轮的贴合部有锥度。
