Since the medium is covered by the isolator 200, the medium is gathered in the first chamber 210, and the space in the first chamber 210 is fixed, so that the amount of the medium in the medium is limited, and the amount of the medium to be heated is less influenced by the medium amount and the medium temperature in the outer area of the isolator 200, so that when the cooking appliance is heated, most of heat is absorbed by the medium in the first chamber 210 of the isolator 200, and the medium outside the isolator 200 can only absorb little heat due to the action of the isolator 200, so that the time from normal temperature to boiling of the medium and the generation of relatively stable steam can be greatly shortened by heating the medium in the first chamber 210, and the temperature rise of the medium outside the isolator 200 is very small, so that the aim of quickly generating high-temperature steam can be achieved, and the energy loss is avoided.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 7 and fig. 8, the first drainage grooves 122 are annularly arranged, the annularly arranged first drainage grooves 122 are favorable for draining water into the first drainage grooves 122 along the circumferential direction of the material containing portion 110, further, the number of the first drainage grooves 122 is multiple, so that water on the material containing portion 110 is uniformly drained into the first drainage grooves 122 through the plurality of annularly arranged first drainage grooves 122 and is discharged through the drainage holes 130, the uniformity and timeliness of the drainage of the material containing portion 110 are favorable for being ensured, and the drainage efficiency is further improved.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8, by forming one or more through holes 140 in the material containing part 110, steam can be sufficiently contacted with the material to be cooked through the through holes 140, improving cooking efficiency, and part of water condensed on the material containing part 110 can be discharged from the through holes 140, further improving drainage efficiency of the material containing member 100.
Further, the through holes 140 are distributed at positions between the drainage grooves 120 of the material containing part 110, so that the through holes 140 located between the drainage grooves 120 are utilized to enable steam to act on the material to be cooked to achieve cooking, meanwhile, the drainage holes 130 of the drainage grooves 120 are utilized to discharge the condensed water of the steam, and then the material to be cooked can keep normal dry humidity in the cooking process, and good cooking effect and appearance are guaranteed. Further, the accumulated water formed between the drainage grooves 120 can be directly drained through the through holes 140, the process that the accumulated water flows into the drainage grooves 120 is reduced, and the phenomenon that the accumulated water wets the materials to be cooked in the process of flowing into the drainage grooves 120 is avoided.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, in addition to any one of the first to sixth embodiments, a part of the inner surface of the material containing part 110 is recessed to define a drain groove 120; or the material containing part 110 is formed with an inner concave and outer convex part, and the part of the inner concave and outer convex part which is concave defines the drainage groove 120.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8, on the one hand, the inner surface of the material containing part 110 is provided with a recess defining the drainage channel 120, and this providing method is simple in process and low in cost, which is advantageous to reduce the manufacturing cost of the product. On the other hand, the material containing part 110 is formed with an inner concave convex part, the part of the inner concave convex part which is an inner concave part defines the drainage channel 120, namely, the inner surface of the material containing part 110 is provided with a concave part, the outer surface of the material containing part 110 corresponding to the concave part is formed with a convex part, the concave part of the inner surface is the drainage channel 120, and the setting method also has the advantages of simple process and low cost.
Example eight
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, in addition to any one of the first to seventh embodiments, the material containing part 110 is configured with a plurality of protrusions 150, the plurality of protrusions 150 protrude from the inner surface of the material containing part 110, and the area between the protrusions 150 forms the drainage channel 120.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 13 and 14, a plurality of protrusions 150 are formed on the inner surface of the material containing part 110, the plurality of protrusions 150 protrude from the inner surface of the material containing part 110, and the drainage channel 120 is formed in the region between the plurality of protrusions 150, so that the drainage channel 120 can be formed by processing the protrusions 150. Meanwhile, when cooking the material to be cooked, the accumulated water condensed by the steam can be directly discharged by the drainage grooves 120 formed in the regions between the respective protrusions 150, thereby making the drainage efficiency of the material container 100 higher.
Further, the material to be cooked is placed on the plurality of protruding portions 150, which is beneficial to reducing the contact area between the material to be cooked and the material containing portion 110, and the steam acts on the material to be cooked through the drain holes 130 and/or the through holes 140 positioned between the protruding portions 150, so that the contact area between the material to be cooked and the steam around the material to be cooked is increased, and the material to be cooked can be contacted with the steam around the material to be cooked, thereby avoiding the problems that the material to be cooked is dry and hard when the contact area between the material to be cooked and the material containing portion 110 is large, greatly improving the cooking effect, ensuring good quality, and simultaneously being beneficial to improving the cooking efficiency.
Further, the one end structure of keeping away from the internal surface of material portion 110 on bellying 150 has the holding surface, and the holding surface is used for placing the material of waiting to cook, is favorable to guaranteeing the outward appearance of the material of waiting to cook, has avoided keeping away from the one end of material portion 110 on bellying 150 and has caused the damage for sharp-pointed part the material of waiting to cook, and then has guaranteed the pleasing to the eye of the material of waiting to cook.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, on the basis of the first to eighth embodiments, the material containing member 100 has a concave cavity 160, and the bottom wall of the concave cavity 160 is formed as the material containing part 110; or the material containing part 100 has a steaming piece, and the steaming piece is formed as the material containing part 110.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, fig. 13 and fig. 14, on one hand, the material containing member 100 is provided with a concave cavity 160, the bottom surface of the concave cavity 160 forms the material containing part 110, the material to be cooked is placed in the material containing part 110 for steaming, the requirements of different cooking pots can be met by reasonably setting the structure of the concave cavity 160, and the use range of the product is further favorably expanded, and specifically, the material containing member 100 can be a steamer or a steamer tray.
Further, the outside of the cavity 160 of the material containing part 100 is provided with a handle, which is convenient for a user to put the material containing part 100 into or take the material containing part 100 out of the cooking pot, so that the operation is convenient, and meanwhile, the anti-scalding effect is achieved, and the use safety of the product is improved. Specifically, the handles are disposed at the periphery of the concave cavity 160, and the two handles are disposed oppositely.

In this embodiment, a first chamber is defined between a part of the inner surface of the cooking pan and the separator 200, the steam channel of the separator 200 is communicated with the first chamber and exhausts air along the steam channel, so as to cook the material to be cooked placed on the material containing member 100, a second chamber is defined between another part of the inner surface of the cooking pan and the separator 200, and at least a part of the drain holes 130 of the material containing member 100 are configured to drain water into the second chamber, so that the water drained from the material containing member 100 enters the first chamber for recycling after passing through the second chamber, and the utilization rate of energy is improved.
Specifically, the volume of the first chamber is smaller than the volume of the second chamber, a large amount of water is contained in the second chamber, and a small part of the water in the second chamber flows into the first chamber. When heating the culinary art pot, at least partial heating device is direct to the little water centralized heating in the first cavity, thereby make the water in the first cavity evaporate the boiling rapidly, a large amount of steam can hold through the through-hole 140 that 100 was treated to the culinary art material along the steam passage of isolator 200, and simultaneously, condense in the material holds 110 ponding through partial drainage hole 130 discharge in the second cavity, avoided the material to hold 110 ponding and treated the culinary art material and caused the influence, and, the water of discharging the second cavity can also flow into first cavity and heat once more and realize cyclic utilization, the waste of water resource has been reduced.

During cooking, the separator 200 is located in the cooking pan, specifically, the cooking pan has a bottom wall, and when the separator 200 is placed in the cooking pan, the separator 200 covers the bottom wall of the cooking pan, the bottom of the separator contacts with the bottom wall of the cooking pan, and a projection of the separator 200 on the bottom wall is located within an edge of the bottom wall, that is, a part of the bottom wall of the cooking pan forms a part of a wall surface of the first chamber 210, that is, at least a part of the first chamber is the first chamber 210 of the separator 200, and an outer surface of the separator 200, another part of the bottom wall of the cooking pan and a side wall of the cooking pan define a second chamber. When the cooking pot is heated, most of heat is absorbed by the medium in the isolator 200, and the medium in the second chamber outside the isolator 200 can only absorb little heat due to the action of the isolator 200, so that the time of the medium from normal temperature to boiling and generating relatively stable steam can be greatly shortened by heating the medium in the isolator 200, and the temperature rise of the medium in the second chamber outside the isolator 200 is very small, so that the purpose of quickly generating high-temperature steam can be realized, and the energy loss is avoided.
Further, the isolation plate 230 may compress the medium flowing into the first chamber 210 into a medium film, so as to increase the contact area between the medium and the heating element under the condition of ensuring a certain medium amount, thereby facilitating the rapid generation of high-temperature steam, avoiding the loss of energy, and facilitating the further improvement of the generation efficiency of high-temperature steam.
