Specifically, in an embodiment, the loading of the cooking data may be implemented by extracting stored information inside the cooking device, where several cooking data of conventional dishes may be preset in the cooking device, and of course, a user may add or delete a preset dish list by modifying an instruction. In another embodiment, the cooking data can be loaded in a downloading mode from a remote server in a networking mode, a functional module capable of realizing remote data interaction is arranged on the cooking device, and after the type of the cooking dish is determined, the server automatically or manually triggers and downloads the corresponding cooking data. The cooking data at least comprises basic information of dishes and cooking time sequence information of the dishes. The basic information should include the type, amount, production date, etc. of ingredients, and the cooking time sequence information should record the action time and working mode of each device after the cooking start time in detail, for example, the heating device is started immediately after the cooking process starts to heat the pot body with the maximum power; and injecting oil and the like into the pot body by the liquid adding device after 10 s.
In one embodiment, the cooking time sequence information is analyzed into a cooking instruction, and the stirring motor, the film tearing motor, the liquid adding pump and the cover opening motor are controlled to change the operation state at a determined cooking time according to the cooking instruction, for example, the stirring motor is started to operate in a fast mode (also can be in a medium-speed mode and a slow-speed mode) for 30s when cooking is started, and the stirring motor stops operating for 40 s; starting a film tearing motor for 20s to perform film tearing action, and stopping the film tearing motor for 22 s; and starting the instant heating device to heat the pot body at the maximum power when cooking is started, heating at 1/2 maximum power instead for 60s, and the like. In another embodiment, the stirring device, the heating device, the liquid adding device, the film tearing device and the air exhausting device change the operation state when a preset condition is met, wherein the preset condition is characterized by a sensor sampling threshold value, for example, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the pan is too high and exceeds a safety threshold value, the heating power of the heating device is reduced; when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure in the cooker is overhigh and exceeds a safety threshold value, the exhaust driving motor is controlled to act, and the exhaust hole is opened. In another better embodiment, the stirring device, the heating device, the liquid adding device, the film tearing device and the exhaust device are controlled to change the operation state at a determined cooking time and continuously sample the sensor, and the operation state is changed when the value of the sensor exceeds a threshold value, so that the time sequence and sensor feedback dual control mode is utilized, the cooking flavor of the dishes is ensured, and the use safety factor of the device is improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. An intelligent cooking device, comprising:
the device comprises a base (1) and an upper cover body (2) arranged right above the base (1);
the pot body heating device is characterized in that the base (1) is movably connected with the upper cover body (2), an up-and-down separated gap area is arranged at the orthographic projection superposition position of the upper cover body (2) and the base (1), the gap area is used as the embedding position of the containing part of the pot body (4), a stirring device (5) for stirring the pot body to contain food materials is arranged above the center of the containing part of the pot body (4) of the upper cover body (2), and a heating device (6) for heating the pot body (4) is arranged below the containing part of the pot body (4) of the base (1);
the heating device (6) is provided with a temperature sensor (61) for monitoring the temperature of the heating surface at the bottom of the pot body (4);
a liquid adding device for injecting liquid into the containing part of the pot body (4) is arranged in the base (1), wherein a liquid spraying hole of the liquid adding device is arranged at the top or the side wall of the upper cover body (2) positioned at the upper edge of the containing part of the pot body (4);
the upper cover body (2) is positioned in an arc-shaped open area which is communicated up and down and is used for containing partial opening area of the pot body (4), wherein a food box with an opening sealing film is placed above the arc-shaped open area in a reversed manner, and a film tearing device (8) used for gradually tearing the opening sealing film of the food box is arranged below the initial position of the food box sealing film in the arc-shaped open area of the upper cover body (2);
the upper cover body (2) is also provided with an exhaust device (9) for exhausting gas in the cooking process of the pot body.
2. The intelligent cooking device of claim 1,
the stirring device (5) comprises:
one end of the cantilever part (51) is used for being connected with the upper cover body (2), and the other end of the cantilever part radially extends to be right above the central position of the containing part of the pot body (4);
a stirring motor (52) which is arranged inside the cantilever part (51) and is used for outputting rotary power;
the stirring body (53) is connected with the power output end of the stirring motor (52) and horizontally rotates at the central position above the containing part of the pot body (4) through a gear structure;
the gathering claw (54) is fixed on one side of the stirring body (53) and rotates synchronously along with the stirring body (53) to gather the food materials at the edge of the part of the pot body (4) to the center;
the stirring claw (55) is rotatably assembled with the lower end surface of the stirring body (53), and the stirring pot body (4) can contain part of the food materials at the central position through autorotation;
wherein, the self-rotation force of the stirring claw (55) and the stirring body (53) form differential rotation through a gear structure.
3. The intelligent cooking device of claim 2,
the two stirring claws (55) are symmetrically arranged on the lower end surface of the stirring body (53) by taking the center of the stirring body (53) as a reference center;
each stirring claw (55) is provided with two stirring arms (551) extending downwards; all edge parts of the stirring arm (551) body are subjected to arc transition treatment.
4. The intelligent cooking device according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the body of the hamper is a cylindrical box body, and a plurality of mutually divided containing areas are radially distributed on the hamper from the central position;
the hamper is freely and rotatably assembled on the upper cover body (2) and is positioned in the central position of the opening area of the containing part of the pot body (4);
the film tearing device (8) is a rolling winding film tearing device.
5. The intelligent cooking device of claim 4,
the film tearing device (8) comprises:
the film tearing conical shaft (81) is freely and rotatably assembled in the arc-shaped open area of the upper cover body (2), and the conical point of the film tearing conical shaft is positioned on the longitudinal central axis of the hamper;
the film tearing motor (82) is fixed on the upper cover body (2) and is used for driving the film tearing conical shaft (81) to rotate;
the film tearing motor sensor (83) is fixed at the position close to the film tearing motor (82) and used for detecting the rotation stroke of the motor;
the top surface of the film tearing conical shaft (81) is parallel to the lower end face of a food box sealing film, at least one radially recessed groove (811) is formed in the film tearing conical shaft (81), and a film sealing hook (812) is arranged in the groove;
the lower end face of the hamper is reversely buckled and then positioned on the film sealing hook (812), and a hanging ring or a film tearing opening for hooking the film sealing hook (812) is correspondingly arranged at the position of the film sealing hook (812).
6. The intelligent cooking device of claim 5,
the width of the arc-shaped opening area of the upper cover body (2) is slightly larger than that of the food box, namely, a gap is formed between the outer edge of the arc-shaped opening area and the outer edge of the food box;
the exhaust device (9) comprises:
the fixed exhaust ring (91) is fixed on the upper cover body (2) and used for blocking and plugging the gap, and a plurality of exhaust holes are uniformly distributed on the body;
the rotary exhaust ring (92) is rotatably assembled at the upper end or the lower end of the fixed exhaust ring (91), and a contraposition exhaust hole is processed at the position corresponding to the exhaust hole of the fixed exhaust ring (91);
the exhaust driving motor is used for driving the rotary exhaust ring (92) to rotate so as to realize the contraposition opening and closing of the exhaust holes;
the spacing area between every two adjacent exhaust holes of the fixed exhaust ring (91) and the rotary exhaust ring (92) is larger than the size of the exhaust hole, so that the exhaust holes can be completely closed after rotation.
7. The intelligent cooking device of claim 6,
the liquid adding device comprises:
the liquid containing box is arranged outside or inside the base (1) and is used for containing oil, water and soup;
and the liquid adding pump (7) is arranged inside the base (1) and used for pumping the liquid in the liquid containing box and conveying the liquid to the liquid spraying hole of the upper cover body (2) through a pipeline.
8. The intelligent cooking device of claim 1,
the number of the temperature sensors (61) is not less than 2, one of the temperature sensors is arranged at the central position of the heating device, and the other temperature sensors are uniformly distributed on the heating surface area of the heating device.
9. The intelligent cooking device of claim 1,
the base (1) is hinged with the upper cover body (2) through a rotating shaft and is driven to open through a motor;
wherein, a power-assisted spring for providing power assistance for the opening of the upper cover is arranged at the position of a rotating shaft hinged with the upper cover body (2) and positioned on the base (1).
