Referring to fig. 3, the clean water supply device 2 is disposed at the bottom of the housing, the clean water supply device 2 includes a water storage box 201, a water purifier 202 and a water pipe 203, and the clean water or external water in the water storage box 201 is purified by the water purifier 202 and then is delivered to the dough kneading device 3 and the dumpling cooking device 8 through the water pipe 203. The machine is selld to dumpling still includes wastewater collection box 10, and wastewater collection box 10 is used for collecting the waste water that the machine was selld to dumpling, and the waste water that the machine was selld to dumpling each part produced all carries to wastewater collection box 10 through the waste water pipeline, and wastewater collection box 10 sets up in the inside bottom of shell. Referring to fig. 4, in order to save the volume of the dumpling vending machine, the flour storage device 1, the waste water collection tank 10 and the clean water supply device 2 are sequentially adjacent and closely arranged at the bottom inside the housing, and the height of the storage tank 101, the height of the water storage tank 201 and the height of the waste water collection tank 10 are equal.
Referring to the attached figure 1, in order to reduce the volume of the dumpling vending machine, a storage area, a cooking and packaging area, a dumpling making area and a flour mixing area are sequentially arranged in the shell from bottom to top, and a clear water supply device 2, a waste water collection box 10 and a flour storage device 1 are sequentially and adjacently arranged in the storage area; the dumpling cooking device 8 and the packing meal outlet device 9 are adjacently arranged in the cooking and packing area, and the dumpling forming device 7 is arranged at the top of the dumpling cooking device 8; the stuffing storing and extruding device 6 is arranged in the dumpling making area, the middle part of the stuffing storing and extruding device 6 is provided with an installation space, and the dough kneading device 3 and the dumpling wrapper forming device 5 are arranged in the installation space; the dough kneading device 3 is arranged on the dough kneading area.
The dumpling cooking device 8 is used for cooking raw dumplings, and the surface of the dumpling cooking method is steamed, boiled, fried, and the like, so the dumpling cooking device 8 may be a dumpling steaming device, a dumpling boiling device, or a dumpling frying device. Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the dumpling cooking device 8 includes a basket 801, a feed and discharge mechanism 802, a steam extraction assembly 803, and a plate outlet assembly 804. The steamer 801 comprises at least one steaming chamber and at least one steaming tray 801a, each steaming chamber is provided with an opening, the steaming tray 801a enters and exits the steaming chamber from the opening, the steaming tray 801a comprises a baffle, and when the steaming tray 801a enters the steaming chamber and is in place, the baffle just closes the opening; the steaming tray 801a is used for placing dumplings, no water draining and air permeable holes are formed in the bottom of the steaming tray 801a, and the steaming tray 801a can contain liquid such as water or soup bases. The feeding and discharging mechanism 802 comprises a rotary lifting platform 802a and a moving component, the moving component is used for clamping or attracting the steaming tray 801a, the moving component is arranged at the top of the rotary lifting platform 802a, the rotary lifting platform 802a can drive the moving component to rotate and lift, the feeding and discharging mechanism 802 acts on the steaming tray 801a to enable the steaming tray 801a to move along with the moving component, and therefore the steaming tray 801a is moved into the steaming chamber or taken out of the steaming chamber; the steam pumping component 803 is arranged at the top of the steamer 801, the feed inlet of the dumpling cooking device 8 is arranged on the steam pumping component 803, the feed inlet of the dumpling cooking device 8 is provided with a feed pushing component (not shown), and the feed pushing component pushes the dumplings wrapped by the dumpling forming device 7 to a steaming tray 801a in the dumpling cooking device 8; the discharge port of the dumpling cooking device is arranged on the side surface of the bottom of the steamer 801, the plate discharging assembly 804 is arranged at the discharge port of the dumpling cooking device, and the plate discharging assembly 804 pushes dumplings on the steaming plate 801a into the packaging and meal-out device 9 from the steaming plate 801 a. The feed pushing assembly and the plate discharging assembly 804 are similar in structure, and each of them includes a scraper 804a for pushing the dumplings and a fourth driving mechanism for driving the scraper 804a to move, referring to fig. 21.
Further as a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the moving assembly includes a third linear module 802b, the third linear module 802b includes a third slider, the third linear module 802b drives the third slider to move, a clamping assembly or an attraction assembly is disposed on the top of the third slider, the third slider drives the clamping assembly or the attraction assembly to move, and the clamping assembly or the attraction assembly is used for clamping or attracting the steaming tray 801 a. In this embodiment, the attraction component is a first magnet 802c, preferably, the first magnet 802c is an electromagnet, the baffle is made of iron or provided with a second magnet, and the attraction component attracts the baffle when approaching the baffle, so that the attraction component drives the baffle to move when moving along with the third slider. When the steaming tray 801a needs to be placed in a steaming grid, the third linear module 802b drives the first magnet 802c on the third sliding block to be close to the steaming tray 801a, the first magnet 802c attracts the steaming tray 801a, the steaming tray 801a is adjusted to be opposite to the opening of the steaming grid through the rotating and lifting platform 802a, the third linear module 802b pushes the steaming tray 801a to be pushed into the steaming grid from the opening, at the moment, the magnetic pole of the first magnet 802c is adjusted to enable the first magnet 802c not to attract the steaming tray 801a any more, and then the first magnet 802c is withdrawn from the opening through the third linear module 802 b.
In a further preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the food steamer 801 is circular, the middle part of the food steamer 801 is a cylindrical feeding and discharging channel, an opening is formed in the inner annular wall, the feeding and discharging mechanism 802 is arranged in the feeding and discharging channel, and the external shape of the feeding and discharging mechanism 802 is matched with the shape of the feeding and discharging channel, so that the food steamer 801a cannot be emptied when the feeding and discharging mechanism 802 pushes the food steamer 801a into the food steamer or pulls the food steamer 801a out of the food steamer; when the steaming tray 801a is pulled out from the steaming grid, the third linear module 802b is adjusted to the position where the first magnet 802c is opposite to the steaming tray 801a through the rotary lifting platform 802a, the third linear module 802b pushes the first magnet 802c to be close to the baffle of the steaming tray 801a and attract the steaming tray 801a, the third linear module 802b pulls the steaming tray 801a backwards to pull the steaming tray 801a out from the steaming grid, and the steaming tray 801a is directly pulled into the top of the upper sealing plate when being pulled out from the steaming grid due to the external shape of the feeding and discharging mechanism 802 matched with the shape of the feeding and discharging channel.
The steam extraction component 803 is used for extracting steam which emerges from the food steamer 801, the steam extraction component 803 comprises a wind extraction cover, a wind extractor and a wind extraction pipeline, the wind extraction cover is arranged at the top of the food steamer 801, the wind extraction cover at least covers the feeding and discharging channel, the wind extractor is communicated with the wind extraction cover through the wind extraction pipeline, and as the steam in each food steamer generally emerges from the gap between the food steamer and the baffle plate, finally, the steam can emerge from the food steamer 801 along the feeding and discharging channel, most of the steam can be extracted by covering the feeding and discharging channel at least with the wind extraction cover, and the wind extractor is communicated with the wind extraction cover through the wind extraction pipeline to extract the steam.
Referring to fig. 8, the food steamer 801 is disposed above the clean water supply device 2, in order to reduce the volume of the dumpling vending machine and make the device inside the dumpling vending machine more compact, an installation avoiding channel is disposed in the middle of the clean water supply device 2, and the bottom of the rotary lifting platform 802a penetrates through the installation avoiding channel and is fixed to the bottom of the outer shell.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a packed meal outlet device 9 is arranged adjacent to a dumpling cooking device 8, the packed meal outlet device 9 includes a meal box storage box 901, a meal cover storage box 902, a dumpling entering area, a movable clamping mechanism 904, a capping mechanism (not shown) and a meal outlet lifting mechanism 903, a meal box outlet is arranged at the bottom of the meal box storage box 901, the meal box storage box 901 automatically discharges meal boxes from the meal box outlet, a meal cover outlet is arranged at the bottom of the meal cover storage box 902, the meal cover storage box 902 automatically discharges meal covers from the meal cover outlet, and the automatic discharging functions of the meal box storage box 901 and the meal cover storage box 902 can be realized by adopting various structures, such as the structure disclosed by CNA2018105247, and other structures are not listed in a row; remove clamping mechanism 904 and set up in cutlery box storage box 901, lid storage box 902 and gland mechanism's below, remove clamping mechanism 904 including removing subassembly and clamping component, clamping component is used for the bearing and presss from both sides tight cutlery box, removes the subassembly and is used for removing clamping component to cutlery box storage box 901 below, dumpling entering area, lid storage box 902's below and gland mechanism's below to accept the cutlery box, accept the dumpling, accept the lid and the gland seals. The outlet of the dumpling cooking device 8 is adjacent to the dumpling intake area to facilitate the outlet plate assembly 804 pushing the dumplings into the dumpling intake area. Before the dumpling is pushed the dumpling and gets into the district, remove clamping mechanism 904 and centre gripping cutlery box to dumpling entering district earlier, the dumpling is pushed in the lunch-box by play dish subassembly 804, remove clamping mechanism 904 and drive the cutlery box again and remove the below of meal lid storage box 902 in order to accept the meal lid, the meal lid falls behind the cutlery box, remove clamping mechanism 904 and drive cutlery box and meal lid and remove to gland mechanism in order to compress tightly the meal expense in the cutlery box, the dumpling cutlery box that will pack the completion after the completion transports to meal hoist mechanism 903 department, meal hoist mechanism 903 will pack the cutlery box after the completion and promote to get the meal mouth, and with it from getting meal mouth outwards transport.
Referring to fig. 11, the clamping assembly includes a left clamping unit 904a, a right clamping unit 904b, a pushing unit 904c, and a fifth driving mechanism (not shown), the left clamping unit 904a, the right clamping unit 904b, and the pushing unit 904c are linked, when the fifth driving mechanism drives the pushing unit 904c to approach or move away from the lunch box to be clamped, the pushing unit 904c drives the left clamping unit 904a and the right clamping unit 904b to approach or move away from the lunch box, so that the left clamping unit 904a and the right clamping unit 904b clamp or unclamp the lunch box. The moving assembly comprises a first transverse straight line module 904d and two first longitudinal straight line modules 904e, the first transverse straight line module 904d is perpendicular to the first longitudinal straight line module 904e, two ends of the first transverse straight line module 904d are respectively connected with the sliding blocks of the two first longitudinal straight line modules 904e, and the clamping assembly is connected with the sliding block of the first transverse straight line module 904 d.
Referring to fig. 12, the dumpling forming apparatus 7 includes a dumpling pushing mechanism 701, a rotating body 702, and at least one dumpling mold 703 provided on the rotating body 702 and rotating with the rotating body 702, the rotating body 702 is an annular rotating body 702, the dumpling forming apparatus 7 is provided above the food steamer 801, and the air draft cover passes through the annular rotating body 702. The rotating body 702 drives the dumpling die 703 to rotate, and specifically, the rotating body 702 includes a third motor, a gear, a chain and a rotary support, the chain is disposed on the rotary support, the gear is sleeved on an output shaft of the third motor, the gear is engaged with the chain, and the output shaft of the third motor drives the rotary support to rotate when rotating, so as to drive the dumpling die 703 to rotate. The rotating body 702 drives the dumpling die 703 to rotate, and then the rotating body can rotate to the discharge hole of the dumpling wrapper forming device 5, the discharge hole of the stuffing storage and extrusion device 6 and the feed inlet of the dumpling cooking device 8; when the dumpling die 703 rotates to the discharge port of the dumpling sheet forming device, dumpling wrappers can fall on the dumpling die 703 from the discharge port of the dumpling wrapper forming device 5, then the dumpling die 703 rotates to the discharge port of the stuffing storage and extrusion device 6, stuffing falls on the dumpling wrappers, after the dumpling die 703 is closed to wrap the dumpling wrappers and the stuffing into dumplings, the dumpling die 703 is opened and the dumpling die 703 rotates to the feed port of the cooking device, when the rotating body 702 drives the dumpling die 703 to the feed port of the dumpling cooking device 8, the feed ports of the dumpling push-out mechanism 701 and the dumpling cooking device 8 are respectively located on two sides of the dumpling die 703, and the dumpling push-out mechanism 701 pushes the dumplings of the dumpling die 703 into the dumpling cooking device 8.
Referring to fig. 13, the dumpling die 703 includes a mounting bottom plate 703a, two sixth motors 703b, a shift lever 703c, and at least one pair of dumpling die front dies 703d and dumpling die rear dies 703e, all dumpling die front dies 703d are integrally arranged, one sixth motor 703b drives the dumpling die front die 703d to rotate, the other sixth motor 703b drives the shift lever 703c to rotate, and the shift lever 703c shifts all dumpling die rear dies 703e to move; the two sixth motors 703b respectively drive the dumpling die front die 703d and the deflector rod 703c to rotate relatively or oppositely, so as to realize the die closing or opening of the dumpling die front die 703d and the dumpling die rear die 703 e.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the filling storage and extrusion device 6 includes a filling extrusion mechanism 601, a first sliding mechanism 602, a first driving mechanism 603, and a first circular rail 604, where each filling extrusion mechanism 601 is connected to the first circular rail 604 through the corresponding first sliding mechanism 602, and the first driving mechanism 603 drives the first sliding mechanism 602 to slide along the track of the first circular rail 604, so that the filling extrusion mechanism 601 needing to discharge filling slides to the filling discharge station. Filling material storage extrusion device 6 still includes refrigeration mechanism (not shown), top fixed plate 605, open-top's cold-stored box 606, and top fixed plate 605 sets up in the top of cold-stored box 606, and filling material extrusion mechanism 601, first slide mechanism 602, first actuating mechanism 603 and first circular orbit 604 set up in the inside of cold-stored box 606, and refrigeration mechanism carries air conditioning to in the cold-stored box 606, and refrigeration mechanism adopts prior art to realize. The cross section of the refrigerating box body 606 is in a runway shape, an installation space is enclosed by the outer wall of the inner ring of the refrigerating box body 606, and the dough kneading device 4 and the dumpling wrapper forming device 5 are arranged in the installation space.
The dough kneading device 4 adopts a rotary dough pressing type dough kneading device 4, and the dough kneading device 4 can repeatedly press dough to make the dough reach certain gluten degree. Referring to fig. 16, the dough kneading apparatus 4 includes a rotatable dough pressing barrel 401 and a dough pressing assembly (not shown), the dough pressing assembly is disposed in the rotatable dough pressing barrel 401, the dough pressing assembly includes a dough inlet and a dough outlet, and the rotatable dough pressing barrel 401 is rotated relative to the dough pressing assembly to bring the dough falling from the dough outlet to the dough inlet, so that the dough pressing mechanism realizes repeated dough pressing. The specific structure of the dough kneading device 4 may refer to the structure disclosed in CNA 2018104636.
Referring to fig. 16, the dumpling wrapper forming device 5 is disposed right below or below the side of the rotatable dough pressing barrel 401, and in this embodiment, the dumpling wrapper forming device 5 is disposed below the side of the rotatable dough pressing barrel 401 as an example. Dumpling wrapper forming device 5 is arranged below the side face of rotatable dough pressing barrel 401, after dough pressing is completed, when dough needs to be transferred to dumpling wrapper forming device 5, the rotatable dough pressing barrel 401 is rotated to the discharge port of the dough kneading device 4 and is located at the side face position of the rotatable dough pressing barrel 401, the dough rolls from the dough kneading device 4 to the dumpling wrapper forming device 5, the dumpling wrapper forming device 5 comprises a dumpling wrapper pressing mechanism 501 and a conveying and screening mechanism, the dumpling wrapper pressing mechanism 501 is used for making dumpling wrappers, and the dumpling wrapper pressing mechanism 501 is realized by adopting the prior art. The conveying and screening mechanism is arranged below the dumpling wrapper pressing mechanism 501 and is used for selecting and screening the formed dumpling wrappers and conveying the formed dumpling wrappers. The conveying and screening mechanism comprises a conveying line 502, a pressing-down component 503, a waste collecting box 504 and a finished product area, wherein a discharge chute is arranged in the middle of the conveying line 502, and the width of the discharge chute is smaller than that of the formed dumpling wrappers; the pressing assembly 503 is arranged above the conveying line 502, when the pressing assembly 503 presses downwards, the dough product on the conveying line 502 is pressed down to a finished product area from the discharging groove, the finished product area is a discharging hole of the dumpling wrapper forming device 5, and the dumpling die assembly 703 can rotate to the finished product area and is used for receiving dumpling wrappers falling from the discharging groove; a waste collection bin 504 is provided below the conveyor line 502 or below both ends of the conveyor line 502 to collect dough that fails to form.
Referring to the attached figure 1, a stuffing storage and extrusion device 6, a dough kneading device 4 and a dumpling wrapper forming device 5 are arranged above a dumpling cooking device 8, a dumpling forming device 7 and a packing and meal discharging device 9, so that formed dumpling wrappers and stuffing fall on the dumpling forming device 7; to conserve space, the top portion of the dumpling cooking device 8 extends into the installation space, i.e., the steam extraction assembly 803 extends partially into the installation space.
The dough kneading device 3 is arranged at the top of the stuffing storing and extruding device 6, the dough kneading device 3 comprises a feeding station and a dough transferring station, the feeding station corresponds to the feeding hole of the dough kneading device 3, and the dough transferring mechanism 304 can transfer the dough from the dough transferring station to the feeding hole of the dough kneading device 4. Referring to fig. 17, the dough kneading device 3 further comprises a dough kneading mechanism 301, a second sliding mechanism, a second driving mechanism 302 and a second annular track 303, each dough kneading mechanism 301 is connected to the second annular track 303 through the corresponding second sliding mechanism, and the second driving mechanism 302 drives the second sliding mechanism to slide along the track of the second annular track 303, so that the dough kneading mechanism 301 for preparing dough kneading slides to the feeding station, and the dough kneading mechanism 301 for transferring dough slides to the dough transferring station.
Referring to fig. 18, the dough kneading mechanism 301 includes a dough kneading barrel 301a, a dough kneading barrel fixing plate 301b, a base plate 301c and a third driving mechanism 301d, the dough kneading barrel 301a is fixed to the dough kneading barrel fixing plate 301b, the base plate 301c is provided with a universal ball protruding from the upper surface of the base plate 301c, the dough kneading barrel fixing plate 301b is disposed adjacent to the base plate 301c, the universal ball contacts with the lower surface of the dough kneading barrel fixing plate 301b, and the universal ball can reduce friction of the base plate 301c against the dough kneading barrel fixing plate. The driving component of the third driving mechanism 301d is connected with the non-circle center part of the dough barrel fixing disk to drive the dough kneading barrel fixing disk 301b to eccentrically rotate, so that the dough kneading barrel 301a is driven to eccentrically rotate, and flour and water are mixed into dough.
Referring to fig. 19 and 20, the dough transferring mechanism 304 includes a first linear module 304a, a second linear module 304b, a dough inserting plate 304c, a dough pushing plate 304d, a second motor 304e and a mounting shell 304f, the second linear module 304b is fixed inside the mounting shell 304f, the outer portion of the mounting shell 304f is connected with a sliding block of the first linear module 304a, the first linear module 304a drives the mounting shell 304f to move, the first linear module 304a is fixed on the outer shell, and when the mounting shell 304f slides along with the sliding block of the first linear module 304a, the second linear module 304b and other components inside the mounting shell 304f can be driven to move between the dough transferring station and the dough kneading mechanism. The dough inserting plate 304c is connected with the sliding block of the second linear module 304b, the second linear module 304b drives the dough inserting plate 304c to move, when dough needs to be transferred, the second linear module 304b drives the dough inserting plate 304c to move downwards, and after the dough inserting plate 304c inserts dough, the second linear module 304b drives the dough inserting plate 304c and the dough to move upwards together; the dough inserting plate 304c is provided with a plurality of inserting pins, the dough pushing plate 304d is provided with inserting pin holes, the dough pushing plate 304d is positioned below the dough inserting plate 304c, the inserting pins penetrate through the inserting pin holes, the second motor 304e drives the dough pushing plate 304d to move, when the dough is transferred to the feeding port of the dough kneading mechanism, the second motor 304e is started, the second motor 304e drives the dough pushing plate 304d to be far away from the dough inserting plate 304c, the dough pushing plate 304d generates a driving force for the dough inserted on the inserting pins, so that the dough is gradually separated from the dough inserting plate 304c and falls into the dough kneading device 4.
Further as a preferred embodiment, with reference to fig. 21, the dumpling vending machine further comprises a drainage mechanism and an ejection mechanism 12; the drainage mechanism is arranged on the steaming tray 801a and comprises a drainage port; when dumplings are steamed, the steaming tray 801a is positioned in the steamer 801, the steaming tray 801a is used for bearing the dumplings, and the water outlet is closed, so that water can be stored in the steaming tray 801 a; when the water in the steaming tray 801a needs to be drained, the ejection mechanism 12 acts on the drainage mechanism to open the drainage port to drain the water in the steaming tray 801a, preferably, the drainage mechanism comprises a drainage guide member 1101, the bottom of the drainage guide member 1101 is the drainage port, the drainage guide member 1101 is vertically installed on the bottom plate of the steaming tray 801a, and the water in the steaming tray 801a flows out of the steaming tray 801a along the drainage guide member 1101. The drainage mechanism further comprises a blocking piece 1102 for blocking the drainage port, when dumplings are steamed, the outer wall of the blocking piece 1102 is abutted against the inner wall of the drainage mechanism to form a seal, so that water or soup bases added into the steaming tray 801a cannot flow out of the drainage diversion piece 1101. Further preferably, the ejection mechanism 12 is disposed on the tray-out assembly 804. The ejection mechanism 12 comprises an ejection block, the cross section area of the ejection block is smaller than that of the water outlet, the ejection block can penetrate through the water outlet to eject the circular marble upwards, so that the side wall of the circular marble is not abutted to the inner wall of the flow guide and drainage piece, a gap is formed between the circular marble and the inner wall of the flow guide and drainage piece, and water in the steaming tray 801a is discharged from the gap.

1. A dumpling vending machine comprises a shell, wherein the shell is provided with a meal taking port, and is characterized by further comprising a flour storage device, a clear water supply device, a dough kneading device, a dumpling wrapper forming device, a stuffing storage and extrusion device, a dumpling forming device, a dumpling cooking device and a packing and meal discharging device which are arranged inside the shell; the dough kneading device is connected with the dumpling wrapper forming device, the dumpling forming device can move to a discharge port of the dumpling wrapper forming device so as to receive dumpling wrappers, the dumpling forming device can move to a discharge port of the stuffing storing and extruding device so as to enable stuffing to fall to the dumpling wrappers, and the dumpling wrapper and the stuffing positioned on the dumpling wrappers are closed by the dumpling forming device; the dumpling forming device can move to a feed port of the dumpling cooking device and sends the wrapped dumplings into the dumpling cooking device; the discharge gate of dumpling cooking device and the feed inlet intercommunication of packing meal delivery device to make the dumpling after cooking get into the meal delivery device of making a packet, the meal delivery device of making a packet carries to getting meal mouthful after packing the dumpling.
2. The dumpling vending machine according to claim 1, further comprising a waste water collection box, wherein the inside of the outer shell is sequentially provided with a storage area, a cooking and packaging area, a dumpling making area and a dough mixing area from bottom to top, and the clear water supply device, the waste water collection box and the dough mixing storage device are sequentially and adjacently arranged in the storage area; the dumpling cooking device and the packing meal outlet device are adjacently arranged in the cooking and packing area, and the dumpling forming device is arranged at the top of the dumpling cooking device; the dough kneading device and the dumpling wrapper forming device are arranged in the installation space; the dough kneading device is arranged on the dough kneading area.
3. The dumpling vending machine of claim 1, wherein the flour storage device comprises a storage bin for storing flour, a conveying mechanism and a discharge mechanism, and the flour storage device quantitatively transfers the flour stored in the storage bin to the dough mixing device through the conveying mechanism and the discharge mechanism.
