一种用于BEV的充电桩
技术领域
本实用新型属于充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种用于BEV的充电桩。
背景技术
BEV(Blade Electric Vehicles)即纯电动汽车,是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的车辆。
现有技术中,如申请号为CN201821005679.3的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种90KW至120KW充电桩,左板和右板分别设有直流充电枪,位于其中一侧的直流充电枪通过充电枪枪线与位于该侧的充电枪枪座相连,位于另一侧的直流充电枪通过另一充电枪枪线与位于同侧的充电枪枪座相连;申请号为CN201821005498.0的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种7KW交流充电桩,后箱体的一侧侧壁设有交流枪固定插座,交流充电枪插装于交流枪固定插座内部,交流充电枪通过交流枪线与位于同侧的防水接头相连;上述现有技术中,充电枪及充电枪线均设置在充电桩的外部,在闲置状态下容易遭到破坏,造成经济损失。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种保护充电枪及充电枪线,避免其遭受破坏的用于BEV的充电桩。
本实用新型的技术方案为:用于BEV的充电桩,包括充电桩主机、收线轮及充电枪,所述充电桩主机的内部设置有前端敞口的容置腔,所述收线轮及充电枪均设置在所述容置腔的内部,所述容置腔的前端滑动设置有门板,所述充电桩主机上设置有用于锁闭或开启所述门板的锁定部件。
所述容置腔的前端两侧均设置有滑道,所述门板的顶部两侧均设置有与所述滑道相匹配的导块,所述锁定部件具有可伸缩的锁头,所述锁头设置在所述滑道内顶部与所述导块相对应。
所述滑道的内底部设置有阻尼缓冲器,所述阻尼缓冲器与所述导块相对应。
所述锁定部件为抽屉锁。
所述容置腔的内部设置用于向其前端推出或收回所述收线轮的伸缩部件及用于控制所述伸缩部件的开关。
所述伸缩部件为电推杆,所述开关为按钮开关。
所述充电桩主机的后侧设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的底部设置有底板。
所述支撑杆具有设置在所述充电桩主机后侧的套杆,所述套杆的底端套装有伸缩杆,所述套杆的侧面设置有用于锁定或释放所述伸缩杆的锁定螺栓。
所述门板的外侧设置有把手。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型具有用于收纳收线轮、充电枪线及充电枪的容纳腔,闲置状态下,容纳腔的敞口通过门板锁闭,保护其内部的充电枪及线缆,避免遭受破坏,使用时可将门板开启,即可进行使用,方便操作。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种用于BEV的充电桩,其具有用于收纳收线轮、充电枪线及充电枪的容纳腔,闲置状态下,容纳腔的敞口通过门板锁闭,保护其内部的充电枪及线缆,避免遭受破坏,使用时可将门板开启,即可进行使用,方便操作。下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型的具体实施方式做进一步的描述。
如图1和2所示,用于BEV的充电桩,包括充电桩主机3、收线轮6及充电枪7,充电枪7通过充电枪线8与充电主机3相连,充电桩主机3的内部设置有前端敞口的容置腔13,收线轮6及充电枪7均设置在容置腔13的内部,容置腔13的前端滑动设置有门板4,充电桩主机3上设置有用于锁闭或开启门板4的锁定部件;在本实施例中,充电桩主机3、收线轮6及充电枪7设置在容置腔13的内部,容器腔13的门板4通过锁定部件锁闭或开启,门板4锁闭状态下,将充电桩主机3、收线轮6及充电枪7封闭在容置腔13的内部与外界隔离开,避免遭到破坏,充电时,开启锁定部件将门板开启,使充电桩主机3、收线轮6及充电枪7露出,便于取出充电枪7及充电枪线8对电动汽车进行充电。
如图4和5所示,容置腔13的前端两侧均开设有滑道12,滑道12的底端封闭,门板4的顶部两侧均设置有与滑道12相匹配的导块401,门板4通过两侧的导块401与滑道12相匹配,可沿滑道12上下滑动,如图6所示,锁定部件具有可伸缩的锁头501,锁头设置在滑道12内顶部与导块401相对应,导块401在滑道12内部滑动至其顶端,门板4在容置腔13外处于锁闭状态,此时锁头501伸出与导块401的底部对应,限制导块401向下移动,使门板4处于锁闭状态,需要开启门板4时,控制锁定部件,使锁头501缩回,导块401没有锁头501的阻挡,使得门板4可沿滑道12向下滑动,将门板4开启,具体的,锁定部件为抽屉锁5,抽屉锁5镶嵌在容置腔13侧面的充电桩主机3上,抽屉锁5通过钥匙控制其锁头501的伸缩;为了减少门板4开启过程中,导块401对滑道12底端的冲击,如图7所示,滑道12的内底部设置有阻尼缓冲器11,阻尼缓冲器11与导块401相对应。
如图2和3所示,容置腔13的内部设置用于向其前端推出或收回收线轮6的伸缩部件及用于控制伸缩部件的开关9,开关9可通过控制电路控制伸缩部件的伸缩,进而控制收线轮6的伸出、缩回,收线轮6伸出可便于向其外侧缠绕充电枪线8或将充电枪线从其外侧取下;其中伸缩部件为电推杆10,开关9为按钮开关,其中开关9通过继电器电路控制电推杆10,电推杆10具有伸出及缩回两个动作,触发一次开关9,处于伸出状态的电推杆10缩回,处于缩回状态的电推杆10伸出。
充电桩主机3的后侧设置有支撑杆2,支撑杆2的底部设置有底板1,底板1上开设有固定孔,安装时地面先安装与该固定孔膨胀螺栓,底板1通过膨胀螺栓固定于地面;为了使充电桩主机3便于身高不同的用户使用,如图5所示,支撑杆2具有设置在充电桩主机3后侧的套杆202,套杆202的底端套装有伸缩杆201,套杆202的侧面设置有用于锁定或释放伸缩杆的锁定螺栓203,锁定螺栓203与套杆202的侧面螺纹连接,锁定螺栓203的端部与伸缩杆201的侧面抵接。
如图4所示,为了方便关闭门板4,门板4的外侧设置有把手402,把手402为U型杆体结构,把手402的两端与门板4固定连接。

1.一种用于BEV的充电桩,包括充电桩主机、收线轮及充电枪,其特征在于,所述充电桩主机的内部设置有前端敞口的容置腔,所述收线轮及充电枪均设置在所述容置腔的内部,所述容置腔的前端滑动设置有门板,所述充电桩主机上设置有用于锁闭或开启所述门板的锁定部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述容置腔的前端两侧均设置有滑道,所述门板的顶部两侧均设置有与所述滑道相匹配的导块,所述锁定部件具有可伸缩的锁头,所述锁头设置在所述滑道内顶部与所述导块相对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述滑道的内底部设置有阻尼缓冲器,所述阻尼缓冲器与所述导块相对应。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述锁定部件为抽屉锁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述容置腔的内部设置用于向其前端推出或收回所述收线轮的伸缩部件及用于控制所述伸缩部件的开关。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述伸缩部件为电推杆,所述开关为按钮开关。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述充电桩主机的后侧设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的底部设置有底板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述支撑杆具有设置在所述充电桩主机后侧的套杆,所述套杆的底端套装有伸缩杆,所述套杆的侧面设置有用于锁定或释放所述伸缩杆的锁定螺栓。
9.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的用于BEV的充电桩,其特征在于:所述门板的外侧设置有把手。
