1. A waste classification recovery device, comprising: the garbage collection and recycling device comprises a box body, a kitchen garbage recycling part, other household garbage recycling parts, a bottle and can garbage recycling part, a garbage transferring part and an electric control part, wherein the kitchen garbage recycling part, the other household garbage recycling parts, the bottle and can garbage recycling part, the garbage transferring part and the electric control part are arranged in the box body;
the kitchen garbage recycling part and the other household garbage recycling parts are respectively provided with a box to be treated; the box to be treated comprises a side wall and a bottom plate, and an upper opening of the box to be treated forms an inlet of the box to be treated; a bag breaking device is arranged at an inlet of the box to be treated; the bottom plate comprises a first plate body and a second plate body which are hinged together, the first plate body is obliquely arranged, a vibration motor is arranged below the first plate body, a linear motor is hinged to the bottom of the second plate body, the other end of the linear motor is hinged to the box body, and the second plate body is opened and closed around a hinged point to form an outlet of the box to be treated; an infrared correlation switch is arranged at the upper part of the side wall, and the infrared correlation switch and the linear motor are electrically connected with the electric control part;
the bag breaking device comprises a bag breaking motor, a cylinder body and blades densely distributed on the cylinder body, the cylinder body is fixed on the box to be processed through a bearing, a shaft of the cylinder body is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the bag breaking motor, and the bag breaking motor is electrically connected with the electric control part;
the box body is provided with a bottle and can type garbage throwing port and a non-bottle and can type garbage throwing port,
the garbage transferring part comprises a guide rail and a mechanical claw arranged on the guide rail, the mechanical claw is electrically connected with the electric control part, and the mechanical claw can be lifted up and down and moves along the guide rail;
the electric control part is used for receiving signals of the sensors, analyzing and processing the signals, or receiving instructions of an operator, and controlling the start and stop of the electric execution parts.
2. The waste sorting and recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the blades on the bag breaking device are soft knives.
3. The garbage classification and recycling device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the kitchen garbage recycling part comprises a crushing device, and the crushing device comprises a speed reduction motor, a reamer spindle and a reamer fixed on the reamer spindle;
the output end of the speed reducing motor is fixedly connected with the reamer spindle;
the number of the reamer is multiple; the reamer is arranged in a layered mode, 3 blades are evenly arranged on each layer along the circumferential direction of the reamer spindle, and the difference between the fixing positions of two adjacent layers of blades is 30 degrees.

The garbage classification and recycling device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising an identity recognition module and a human-computer interaction module, wherein the garbage throwing port is provided with an electric control door, and the identity recognition module and the electric control door are electrically connected with the electric control part.
