First waterproof stripe is used for improving the waterproof performance of the vertical fossil fragments 80 of reentrant corner, through the area of the first waterproof stripe of increase, can further improve waterproof performance.
Preferably, the reentrant corner mounting assembly further comprises: the inside corner caulking strip 70, inside corner caulking strip 70 include supporting portion 71 and set up sealing portion 73 and the guide part 72 at supporting portion 71 opposite ends, and the 71 height of supporting portion is greater than the height of guide part 72 and is less than the height of sealing portion 73, and guide part 72 is used for leading supporting portion 71 to get into the gap between first shingle nail 41 and second shingle nail 20, and sealing portion 73 is used for sealing the gap.
A gap exists between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, the guide part 72 of the inside corner caulking strip 70 guides the support part 71 into the gap between the second mounting plate 33 and the second wall panel 42, and the support part 71 provides a support function for the second wall panel 21; the sealing portion 73 is used to seal the gap between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42; meanwhile, water vapor dust and the like are prevented from entering the gap 44, the waterproof performance of the internal corner installation assembly is improved, the traditional gap filling process is omitted, and the construction flow is simplified. The inside corner caulking strips 70 may enhance the fixing effect of the inside corner vertical keels 80 to the first and second wall panels 41, 42; and serves to seal the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 to provide a relatively closed space.
In the present embodiment, the insertion end 61 of the female corner insert 60 cooperates with the insertion groove 84 of the female corner vertical keel 80, and can move along the depth direction of the insertion groove 84; the first and/or second limiting walls 81 and 82 are provided with at least one first and/or second mounting groove 85 and 86, and the fixing member may penetrate the first and/or second mounting groove 85 and 86 and fix the inside corner insert 60 to a predetermined position.
The female corner insert 60 is inserted into the insertion groove 84 through the insertion end 61, the female corner insert 60 extends in the depth direction of the insertion groove 84, and when the gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is large and the second wall panel 42 cannot abut against the insertion groove 84, the position of the insertion end 61 in the insertion groove 84 is adjusted to enable the insertion end 61 to withdraw a small amount, and the length of the insertion groove 84 outside is prolonged, so that errors can be effectively absorbed. The internal corner insert 60 can reduce the installation difficulty of the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, reduce the assembly difficulty of the internal corner installation assembly, simplify the construction process and save the installation time.
In the present embodiment, a side end face of the insertion end 61 away from the first mounting plate 62 is provided with a guide area. The guiding area can reduce the difficulty of the inserting end 61 entering the inserting groove 84, reduce the assembly difficulty of the internal corner installation assembly and save the installation time.
The guide region may be implemented in various ways, for example, as an inclined plane, a smooth curved surface, or a combination of an inclined plane and a curved surface. In the present embodiment, the width of the insertion end 61 gradually increases from the guide area toward the first mounting plate 62 and then remains constant.
In the present embodiment, the insertion end 61 has a hollow structure. The hollow structure provides a deformation space for the insertion end 61, and when the insertion end 61 is extruded, the insertion end can be conveniently inserted into the insertion groove 84, so that the installation difficulty can be reduced; after insertion, the insertion end 61 abuts against the inner wall of the insertion groove 84 to restore the strain, thereby further improving the connection strength of the insertion end 61 to the insertion groove 84.
In this embodiment, the internal corner insert is formed integrally, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the internal corner insert 60 can be improved.
To reduce weight, reduce manufacturing costs, and meet durability requirements, in the present embodiment, the reentrant corner insert 60 is fabricated from an aluminum alloy material or a plastic material. The aluminum alloy material has the advantages of high strength, good plasticity, low weight and the like, and is suitable for manufacturing the internal corner plug-in 60. In order to prolong the service life of the internal corner plug-in 60, the corrosion-resistant layer is coated on the surface of the internal corner plug-in 60, so that water mist and the like are prevented from corroding the internal corner plug-in 60; moreover, the corrosion-resistant layer is arranged on the internal corner insert 60, so that the surface of the internal corner insert 60 is smooth, and obvious defects such as air holes, scratches, burrs, spots, corrosion and the like do not exist, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the internal corner insert 60 and the satisfaction degree of users.
Reentrant corner caulking strip 70 is used for realizing that the vertical dragon 80 of reentrant corner is connected with the laminating of second shingle nail 42, for further improving the laminating effect, in this embodiment, the bottom end face of sealing part 73, supporting part 71 and guide part 72 sets up on keeping level, and all upwards extends. The sealing part 73 is abutted against the first wall panel 41 through the end face at the top end, the supporting part 71 supports the internal corner vertical keel 80 through the end face at the top end, and the guiding part 72 is obliquely arranged through the end face at the top end to provide a guiding effect; sealing 73, supporting part 71 and guide part 72 all are connected through bottom end face and second shingle nail 42 butt, and when sealing 73, supporting part 71 and guide part 72's bottom end face leveled the setting, the three can realize better laminating with second shingle nail 42 and be connected to provide better supporting role for first shingle nail 41 and second shingle nail 42.
In the present embodiment, a smooth transition is provided between one side surface of the sealing portion 73 facing the support portion 71 and the support portion 71. By arranging smooth transition, the tight fit of the internal corner caulking strip 70 and the wall panel can be realized, and the supporting strength and the sealing property are further improved.
In the present embodiment, a surface of the sealing portion 73 facing away from the supporting portion 71 is provided with a bending region 74. A sealing portion 73 for sealing the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42; when the sealing portion 73 is installed in the gap 44, it is pressed by the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, and the sealing portion 73 is deformed by the bending region 74 to be closely adhered to the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, thereby improving the sealing performance to the gap 44.
In the present embodiment, the bending angle formed by the bending region 74 is an obtuse angle. The obtuse angle allows the bending region 74 to have a large deformation space, and the top and bottom ends of the bending region 74 can be closely attached to the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 when pressed, thereby improving the sealing property.
The guide portion 72 may be implemented in various ways, for example, the guide portion 72 may be a slant surface, a smooth curved surface, or a combination of slant and curved surfaces. Preferably, the height of the guide portion 72 gradually increases from the far side to the near side toward the support portion 71.
In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 71 and the guiding portion 72 are both made of hard plastic; the sealing portion 73 is made of flexible plastic. The internal corner caulking strip 70 is made of PVC soft and hard combined materials, and the supporting part 71 and the guiding part 72 are made of hard plastics, so that the supporting part provides high-strength support for the internal corner vertical keel 80; the seal 73 is made of a flexible plastic which allows the seal 73 to be deformed to provide a better seal for the gap 44.
The support portion 71 and the guide portion 72 are made of the same material, and in this embodiment, the support portion 71 and the guide portion 72 are integrally formed. By adopting an integrally formed structure, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the reentrant corner caulking strip 70 is improved.
Fig. 11 is an enlarged partial view of the portion C of the shingle integrated mounting assembly shown in fig. 1. Fig. 12 is a schematic view of an external corner of the shingle integrated mounting assembly of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the male corner fastener 50 includes a mounting bar 51, a first projection 52, a second projection 53, a first fastening wall 54, and a second fastening wall 55.
The male corner fastener 50 includes a mounting rod 51, a first protrusion 52, a second protrusion 53, a first fixing wall 54 and a second fixing wall 55, the first protrusion 52 and the second protrusion 53 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the rod body of the mounting rod 51, the first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55 are respectively disposed at a first end of the rod body, the first protrusion 52 is parallel to the extending direction of the first fixing wall 54, the second protrusion 53 is parallel to the extending direction of the second fixing wall 55, and a second end of the mounting rod 51 is used for being connected to a gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42.
The first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55 are respectively abutted and fixed on the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, so that the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 are connected into an integral structure through the external corner fixing piece 50, the first protrusion 52 and the second protrusion 53 are respectively inserted into the through holes of the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, and the connection stability of the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 with the external corner fixing piece 50 is improved; the mounting bar 51 is disposed in the gap between the first and second wall panels 41, 42 to enhance the seal between the first and second wall panels 41, 42. Adopt above-mentioned external corner mounting to be used for realizing the first shingle nail of wall external corner department and the rapid Assembly and the accurate positioning of second shingle nail, reduce the installation degree of difficulty, improve the installation accuracy, guarantee installation quality.
Generally, the first wall panel and the second wall panel are of the same wall panel structure, and in order to improve stability, in this embodiment, the first protrusions 52 and the second protrusions 53 are distributed in a mirror symmetry manner along the center line of the rod body; the first fixed wall 54 and the second fixed wall 55 are arranged in mirror symmetry along the central line of the rod. The external corner fittings 50 are arranged in a mirror-symmetrical configuration and are structurally stable to provide stable support for the first and second shingles 41 and 42.
Generally, two side walls of the external corner of the wall are perpendicular to each other, and in order to realize accurate fixing of the wall panel at the external corner of the wall, in the embodiment, the extending directions of the first protrusion 52 and the second protrusion 53 are perpendicular to each other; the first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55 both intersect perpendicularly. By setting the direction of extension of the external corner fittings 50, it is ensured that the wall panels are parallel to the wall of the external corner of the wall, so that accurate installation is achieved.
In order to facilitate the installation of the fixing wall and the wall panel, reduce the assembling difficulty and increase the assembling speed, in this embodiment, the first fixing wall 54 and/or the second fixing wall 55 are provided with mounting holes, and the fixing member is inserted into the mounting holes to fix the first fixing wall 54 and/or the second fixing wall 55 on the first wall panel 41 and/or the second wall panel 42 at the external corner of the wall. The first fixing wall 54 and/or the second fixing wall 55 are abutted on the first wall panel 41 and/or the second wall panel 42 respectively, and fixing pieces are inserted into the mounting holes and penetrate through the first wall panel 41 and/or the second wall panel 42 so as to be fixed quickly.
In the present embodiment, the first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55 are each provided with a mounting hole; fasteners include, but are not limited to, screws.
To simplify the structure of the device, in this embodiment, the first protrusion 52 includes a first support plate extending from the rod body and parallel to the first wall surface plate 41 at the external corner of the wall; the free end of the first support plate extends out of a first guide plate, and the first guide plate can guide the first support plate to enter the groove of the first wall panel 41; the free end of the first guide plate is provided with a first flanging. The first guide plate guides the first support plate and the first turned-over edge to enter the through hole of the first wall panel 41 to reduce the assembly difficulty of the first protrusion 52, and the first support plate provides a support effect for the decorative layer of the first wall panel 41; the first flange serves to increase the supporting strength of the first supporting plate so that the first projection 52 can provide stable support to the first shingle 41.
In order to increase the supporting stability, in this embodiment, a surface of the first supporting plate facing the external corner of the wall is provided with a first rough layer, and the first rough layer extends along the length direction of the first supporting plate. The first roughened layer may increase the friction between the first protrusions 52 and the first shingle 41, thereby increasing the stability of the connection.
To further simplify the structure of the device, in this embodiment, the second protrusion 53 includes a second support plate and a second guide plate, the second support plate extends from the rod body and is parallel to the direction of the second wall panel 42 at the external corner of the wall; the free end of the second support plate extends out of a second guide plate which can guide the second support plate into the groove of the second shingle 42; and a second flanging is arranged at the free end of the second guide plate. The second guide plate guides the second support plate and the second turned-over edge to enter the through hole of the second wall panel 42 to reduce the assembly difficulty of the second protrusion 53, and the second support plate provides a support effect for the decorative layer of the second wall panel 42; the second flange serves to increase the support strength of the second support panel so that the second projection 53 can provide stable support for the second shingle 42.
In order to further increase the supporting stability, in this embodiment, a second rough layer is disposed on a side surface of the second supporting plate facing the external corner of the wall, and the second rough layer extends along the length direction of the second supporting plate. The second rough layer may increase the friction between the second protrusions 53 and the second shingle 42, thereby increasing the stability of the connection.
In order to further improve the installation accuracy, in this embodiment, the extending directions of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate form a supporting included angle, and the supporting included angle is the same as the included angle of the external corner of the wall. Through the angle that sets up the backup pad, can provide the holding power parallel with the wall body for the shingle nail to increase support stability.
In addition, in this embodiment, a pasting layer is arranged on the first rough layer and/or the second rough layer, and the first rough layer and/or the second rough layer are connected with the first wall panel and/or the second wall panel through the pasting layer. By providing the adhesive layer, the connection strength between the first protrusions 52 and the second protrusions 53 and the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 can be increased, and the integrity can be improved.
FIG. 13 is a schematic view of another external corner of a wall for use in the shingle integrated mounting assembly. As shown in fig. 13, the male corner fastener 50' differs from the male corner fastener 50 in that: the segmented mounting bar 51 ', the first closure projection 52 ' and the second closure projection 53 ' are of different configurations.
The first closing protrusion 52 'is different from the first protrusion 52 in that the first flange extends to be coupled with the segment mounting bar 51' to form a relatively closed structure, further increasing the supporting strength.
The difference between the second closed protrusion 53 'and the second protrusion 53 is that the second flange extends to be connected with the segment mounting rod 51' to form a relatively closed structure, and the first flange is connected with the second flange, so that the first support plate, the first guide plate, the first flange, the second support plate, the second guide plate and the second flange are enclosed to form a closed cavity, and the support strength is further increased.
The difference between the sectional installation rod 51 'and the installation rod 51 is that the installation rod 51 is an integral structure, the sectional installation rod 51' is a first rod section and a second rod section which are arranged at an interval, and a first end of the first rod section is a first end of the installation rod 51 and is used for being installed in a gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42; the second end of the first rod section is connected with the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate; the first end of the second rod section is connected with the first flange and the second flange, and the second end of the second rod section is the second end of the mounting rod 51 and is connected with the joint of the first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55.
The use of the shingle integrated mounting assembly is further described below.
When the wall panels 40 are installed, the decorative layer 414 is arranged on the top surface 411 of the substrate 410, the bottom surface 412 is arranged towards the wall body, the connecting part of the butt joint device is arranged in the gap between two adjacent wall panels 40, the opening 424 provides a supporting function for the connecting part, and the connecting part seals the gap; the slots of the first mounting part and the second mounting part, which are close to the connecting part, are respectively clamped and connected with the protrusions 421 of the two wall panels 40, and are limited by the limiting clamps 422; the slots of the first and second mounting parts, which are far away from the connecting part, are inserted into the grooves 423 of the two wall panels 40, respectively, to seal the grooves 423.
When the wall panel connection unit 20 is installed, the wall panel fixing unit 30 is abutted against the adjustment leg fixing unit 43, and the wall panel fixing unit 30 is fixed to the adjustment leg fixing unit 43 and the adjustment leg 45 by bolts. The shingle connector 20 is connected to the shingle fastener 30 by the first mounting wall 214 and the second mounting wall 215. The protrusion and the groove of the first wall panel 41 are respectively inserted into the second slot and the third slot, and the first limit protrusion 224 is matched with the limit clip on the protrusion of the first wall panel 41, so as to fix the first wall panel 41 on the first installation part 22; the protrusion and the groove of the second shingle 42 are respectively inserted into the fourth slot and the fifth slot, and the second limit protrusion 234 is matched with the limit clip on the protrusion of the second shingle 42 to fix the second shingle 42 on the second mounting part 23; the first slot is disposed in the gap 44 between the first and second shingles 41 and 42.
When the wall panel fixing member 30 is installed, the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 are respectively installed on the wall surface connecting member 20, the first installation wall and the second installation wall of the wall panel connecting member 20 are respectively inserted into the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove, opposite ends of the first installation wall are respectively abutted against the partition plate 36 and the first side wall, and opposite ends of the second installation wall are respectively abutted against the partition plate 36 and the second side wall; the first limiting plate 32 and the second limiting plate 33 respectively provide a supporting function for the first mounting wall and the second mounting wall, and the limiting protrusions on the first limiting plate 32 and the second limiting plate 33 respectively limit the first mounting wall and the second mounting wall to abut on the mounting plates on two sides of the partition plate 36. The retaining plate 35 provides a retaining function for the first shingle 41 and the fastener extends through the mounting hole in the connector plate 34 to secure the shingle fastener 30 to the leveling keel 43 and the adjuster 45.
When installing flush joint fillets 10, insert the gap 44 between first shingle 41 and the second shingle 42 with flush joint fillets 10, the bottom face and the first shingle 41 of base 11, second shingle 42 parallel and level set up, the relative both sides wall of base 11 respectively with first shingle 41 and second shingle 42 butt joint, branch 12 upwards extends perpendicularly from the top face of base 11, branch 12 provides the supporting role for a plurality of sealing rod 13, be provided with six sealing rod 13 on the branch 12, two bisymmetry distributions form triple seal, triple seal is along the extending direction interval distribution of branch 12. The two sealing rods 13 for each sealing are deformed when being pressed by the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, and tightly abut against the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 to restore the deformation, so as to seal the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42.
When the internal corner mounting assembly is mounted, the first limiting wall 81 and the second limiting wall 82 of the internal corner vertical keel 80 are respectively abutted against the wall bodies on two sides of the internal corner of the wall, the first mounting groove 85 and the second mounting groove 86 are respectively connected with the adjusting pin fixing piece 43, the adjusting pin 45 is fixed on the adjusting pin fixing piece 43 and abutted against the wall surface, and the straight assembly of the first limiting wall 81 and the second limiting wall 82 on the wall body is realized; a second waterproof adhesive tape is adhered to the insertion end 61 of the internal corner plug-in 60, the insertion end 61 is inserted into the insertion groove 84, the first mounting plate 63 abuts against the second limiting wall 82, and the second mounting plate 63 abuts against the first side wall of the mounting seat 83; abutting the adjacent two side end surfaces of the first wall panel 41 against the first mounting plate 62 and the second mounting plate 63, and fixing by fixing members; the first waterproof adhesive tape is adhered to one side surface of the first limiting wall 81 and/or the second limiting wall 82 facing the mounting seat 83, the second wall panel 42 is inserted between the first limiting wall 81 and the second mounting plate 63, so that the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 are fixed, and the insertion end 61 can advance and retreat in the insertion groove 84 to adjust the mounting position of the second wall panel 22.
When the external corner fixing member 50 is installed, the two adhesive layers are respectively adhered to the first rough layer of the first support plate and the second rough layer of the second support plate, the first protrusion 52 and the second protrusion 53 are respectively inserted into the through holes of the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 through the guidance of the first guide plate and the second guide plate, so that the first support plate and the first flange are respectively abutted against the hole walls at two opposite sides of the through hole of the first wall panel 41, the second support plate and the second flange are respectively abutted against the hole walls at two opposite sides of the through hole of the second wall panel 42, the first end of the installation rod 51 is inserted into the gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, the first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55 are respectively abutted against the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, two screws are respectively inserted into the installation holes of the first fixing wall 54 and the second fixing wall 55, the first and second fixing walls 54 and 55 are fixed to the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, respectively, so that the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 are connected as a unitary structure by the male corner fastener 50.
The wall decoration method is further described below. In decorating a wall surface, a wall panel integrated mounting assembly as described above is used, comprising: (1) a plurality of wall panels 40 are distributed in sequence along the extending direction of the wall body; (2) installing reentrant corner installation components outside the first side end portions of the plurality of wall panels 40, wherein the reentrant corner installation components support and limit the wall panels positioned at the first side end portions, and fix the free ends of the wall panels positioned at the first side end portions with the wall body; (3) fixing the butt joint device on the wall body between two adjacent wall panels 40, wherein the two adjacent wall panels 40 are connected into an integral structure through the butt joint device and are fixed with the wall body through the butt joint device; (4) repeating the step (3) until the wall panels 40 on two sides of the internal corner or/and the external corner of the wall body are installed, fixing the internal corner installation components or/and the external corner fixing components 50 on the internal corner or/and the external corner of the wall, and fixing the wall panels 40 on two sides of the internal corner or/and the external corner of the wall with the wall body through the internal corner installation components or/and the external corner fixing components 50; (5) and (4) repeating the step (4) until the wall panels 40 positioned at the second side end parts of the plurality of wall panels 40 are installed, installing internal corner installation components outside the second side end parts of the plurality of wall panels 40, supporting and limiting the wall panels 40 positioned at the second side end parts by the internal corner installation components, and fixing the free ends of the wall panels 40 positioned at the second side end parts with the wall body. The wall surface board integrated installation assembly is adopted for wall surface decoration, so that the wall surface board can be simply and conveniently installed, the construction speed is improved, and meanwhile, the environment pollution or decoration garbage is avoided; the rapid assembly of the wall panel and the wall body can be realized, the construction process can be simplified, the construction period is shortened, more garbage is prevented from being generated in a construction site, the phenomenon that marks are easily left at positions such as a floor and a door frame is avoided, and the industrialization level is improved.
Preferably, step (3) further comprises: (3a) the wall panel connecting piece 20 is arranged between two adjacent wall panels 40, the two adjacent wall panels 40 are connected through the wall panel connecting piece 20, and the wall panels 40 are connected into an integral structure; (3b) fixing a plurality of leveling keels on the wall corresponding to the joint of the adjacent wall panels 40, respectively, connecting the wall panel fixing piece 30 with the leveling keels of the two adjacent wall panels 40, and connecting the wall panel connecting piece 20 with the wall panel fixing piece 30; (3c) the butt joint caulking strip 10 is installed into the gap 44 between two adjacent wall panels 40. The flush joint device can realize the quick assembly of the adjacent wall panels, has good stability and improves the waterproof performance; meanwhile, the traditional gap filling process is omitted, the construction flow is simplified, and the pollution to the operation environment is avoided.
Preferably, step (4) further comprises: (4a) the first installation groove 85 and the second installation groove 86 of the internal corner vertical keel 80 are both connected with adjusting feet 45, and the first limiting wall 81 and the second limiting wall 82 are respectively abutted against two side walls of the internal corner of the wall through the adjusting feet 45; (4b) inserting the inserting end 61 of the internal corner insert 60 into the inserting groove 84 of the internal corner vertical keel 80, abutting the first mounting plate 62 of the internal corner insert 60 against the second limiting wall 82, and abutting the second mounting plate 63 of the internal corner insert 60 against the first side wall of the mounting seat 83 of the internal corner vertical keel 80; (4c) abutting the adjacent two side end surfaces of the first wall panel 41 on the first mounting plate 62 and the second mounting plate 63 respectively, and fixing the two side end surfaces on the second mounting plate 63; the second wall panel 42 is inserted between the first stopper wall 81 and the second mounting plate 63 to be fixed. Adopt above-mentioned reentrant corner to erect fossil fragments and can realize the rapid Assembly and the accurate positioning of first shingle nail of wall reentrant corner department and second shingle nail, reduce the installation degree of difficulty, improve the installation accuracy, guarantee installation quality.
