In the present embodiment, the bending angle formed by the bending region 14 is an obtuse angle. The bending angle is set to be an obtuse angle, so that the bending region 14 has a large deformation space, and simultaneously, when being extruded, the top end and the bottom end of the bending region 14 can be tightly attached to the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, so that the sealing performance is improved.
The guide portion 12 can be implemented in various ways, for example, the guide portion 12 can be a slant surface, a smooth curved surface, or a combination of a slant surface and a curved surface. Preferably, the height of the guide portion 12 gradually increases from the far side to the near side toward the support portion 11.
In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 are both made of hard plastic; the sealing portion 13 is made of flexible plastic. The internal corner caulking strip 10 is made of PVC soft and hard combined materials, and the supporting part 11 and the guiding part 12 are made of hard plastics, so that the supporting part provides high-strength support for the internal corner fixing part 20; the seal 13 is made of a flexible plastic which allows the seal 13 to be deformed to provide a better seal for the gap 44.
The supporting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 are made of the same material, and in this embodiment, the supporting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 are integrally formed. By adopting an integrally formed structure, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the internal corner caulking strip 10 can be improved.
Preferably, the reentrant corner mounting assembly further comprises: and a second waterproof rubber strip 52, wherein the second waterproof rubber strip 52 is arranged between the first slot 21 and the first wall panel 41 and extends from the first slot 21 to the outside. The waterproof performance of the internal corner fixing part 20 can be improved by arranging the second waterproof rubber strip 52, and water vapor is prevented from entering the first slot 21.
The use of the reentrant mounting assembly is further described below.
The fourth slot wall of the first slot 21 and the second slot wall of the second slot 22 are respectively abutted with the leveling keel of the first wall panel 41 and the leveling keel of the second wall panel 42; installing a second waterproof rubber strip 52 in a first slot 21, wherein the first slot 21 is used for installing a first wall panel 41 at the internal corner of a wall; the first wall panel 41 is inserted into the first slot 21, and the end surface thereof is abutted against the first side wall of the second slot 22; installing a second waterproof rubber strip 52 in a first slot 21, wherein the first slot 21 is used for installing a first wall panel 41 at the internal corner of a wall; the internal corner plug-in 30 is inserted into the second slot 21, the end surface of the second wall panel 42 is abutted against the third slot wall of the first slot 21, and the second wall panel is connected with the internal corner plug-in 30. When the gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is large and the second wall panel 42 cannot abut against the second slot 22, adjusting the position of the insertion end 32 in the second slot 22 to enable the insertion end 32 to slightly withdraw, and prolonging the length of the mounting plate 31 outside the second slot 33; the second wall panel 42 is abutted on the insertion end 32 and the mounting plate 31, a fixing member is adopted to penetrate through the mounting groove 33, and the mounting plate 31 and the second wall panel 42 are fixed. The guide part 13 guides the support part 11 to enter a gap between the groove wall of the first slot 20 and the second shingle 42, the support part 11 provides a support function for the groove wall of the first shingle 41, and the support part 11 realizes the joint connection between the groove wall of the first slot 21 and the second shingle 42; the sealing part 13 is arranged at the position of the notch of the first slot 21, the first wallboard 41 and the second wallboard 42 simultaneously press the sealing part 13, so that the bending area 14 is deformed, the bending area is deformed for recovery, and the top end surface and the bottom end surface of the sealing part 13 are pushed to be respectively abutted against the first wallboard 41 and the second wallboard 42 so as to seal a gap 44 between the first wallboard 41 and the second wallboard 42; meanwhile, water vapor, dust and the like are prevented from entering the gap 44, and the waterproof performance of the internal corner installation assembly is improved.
The following further describes a method of installing a reentrant mounting assembly comprising:
(1) the outer side walls of the first slot 21 and the second slot 22 of the internal corner fixing piece 20 are respectively connected and fixed with the leveling keel of the first wall panel 41 and the leveling keel of the second wall panel 42 of the internal corner of the wall in an abutting mode;
(2) inserting the internal corner plug-in 30 into the second slot 22, wherein the second slot 22 clamps the internal corner plug-in 30 through the opposite slot walls;
(3) inserting the first wall panel 41 into the first slot 21, wherein the first slot 21 clamps the first wall panel 41 through the opposite slot walls, and the end surface of the first wall panel 41 is abutted against the inner side wall of the second slot 22;
(4) abutting the end face of the second wall panel 42 against the inner side wall of the first slot 21, and mounting the second wall panel 42 on the internal corner plug-in unit 30;
(5) the inside corner caulking strip 10 is inserted between the inner groove wall of the first insertion groove 21 and the second wall panel 42 and seals the gap 44 between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42.
The outer side walls of the first slot 21 and the second slot 22 are respectively abutted with the leveling keel of the first wall panel 41 and the leveling keel of the second wall panel 42 so as to provide accurate positioning for the wall panels on two sides; the end surface of the first wall panel 41 and the end surface of the second wall panel 42 are respectively abutted against the inner side walls of the two sides of the second slot 22 and the first slot 21, so that the wall panels on the two sides can be accurately positioned in the corresponding slots; the first slot 21 of the internal corner fixing member 20 is used for installing the first wall panel 41 of the internal corner of the wall, the internal corner plug-in unit 30 is inserted into the second slot 22, errors generated during installation can be effectively absorbed by adjusting the installation position of the internal corner plug-in unit 30 in the second slot 22, and the fixing member can fix the second wall panel 42 on the internal corner plug-in unit 30. A gap 44 exists between the first wallboard 41 and the second wallboard 42, the internal corner caulking strip 30 enters a gap between the inner groove wall of the first slot 20 and the second wallboard 42 to support the inner groove wall of the first wallboard 41, so that the inner groove wall of the first slot 21 is attached to the second wallboard 42 and the gap 44 between the first wallboard 41 and the second wallboard 42 is sealed; while preventing moisture, dust, etc. from entering the gap 44; by adopting the device, the problem of difficulty in assembling the wall panels on two sides of the internal corner of the wall can be solved, the wall panels can be simply and quickly installed at the internal corner of the wall, the construction process is simplified, the construction speed is increased, and meanwhile, the environment pollution or decoration garbage is avoided.
Preferably, step (2) further comprises: the second slot 22 includes a bottom plate and a first slot wall and a second slot wall extending from two opposite side edges of the bottom plate to the same side, the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the second slot are the first slot wall and the second slot wall respectively, a through hole is provided on the bottom plate of the second slot, a fixing member is inserted into the through hole, and the bottom plate is fixed on the leveling keel of the first wall panel 41, and the internal corner plug-in 30 is clamped by the first slot wall and the second slot wall of the second slot 22. The first and second groove walls are disposed in opposing parallel relation and provide a clamping force to the reentrant insert 20 to define the position of the reentrant insert 20 within the second slot 22. In use, the second groove wall of the internal corner fixing member 20 abuts against the leveling keel of the second wall panel 42, a fixing member (such as a screw) is inserted into the through hole, the second slot 22 is fixed on the leveling keel 43 of the first wall panel 41 so as to limit the position of the internal corner fixing member 20, then the internal corner insert 30 is inserted into the second slot 22, and the second wall panel 42 and the internal corner insert 30 are fixed through the screw and the like.
Preferably, step (3) further comprises: the notch end of the first slot wall extends a third slot wall to one side far away from the notch, the slot bottom end of the first slot wall extends a fourth slot wall to one side far away from the slot bottom, the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the first slot are respectively the third slot wall and the fourth slot wall, and the first wall panel 41 is clamped by the third slot wall and the fourth slot wall of the first slot 21. In order to reduce the occupied space of the internal corner fixing piece and facilitate the calibration of the positions of the first wall panel and the second wall panel in the installation process, the first slot 21 and the second slot 22 share the first slot wall. The third and fourth channel walls are arranged in parallel relative to each other and provide a clamping force to the first wall panel 41 to define the position of the first wall panel 41 within the first socket 21.
Preferably, step (2) further comprises: the inserting end 32 of the internal corner plug-in 30 is connected with the second slot 22 in a plugging mode, the mounting plate 31 of the internal corner plug-in 30 extends to the outside of the second slot 22, the inserting end 32 can move along the depth direction of the second slot 22, the fixing piece penetrates through the mounting groove 23 in the mounting plate 22, and the internal corner plug-in 30 is connected with the second wall panel 42. The internal corner plug-in 30 is inserted into the second slot 22 through the insertion end 32, and extends to the outside of the second slot 22 through the mounting plate 31, the internal corner plug-in 30 extends the depth direction of the second slot 22, when the gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is large, and the second wall panel 42 cannot abut against the second slot 22, the position of the insertion end 32 in the second slot 22 is adjusted, the insertion end 32 withdraws a small amount, the length of the mounting plate 31 outside the second slot 33 is extended, so as to effectively absorb errors, and the fixing member can penetrate through the installation slot 33 and fix the mounting plate 31 and the second wall panel 42, that is, the second wall panel 42 is mounted on the second slot 22 of the internal corner fixing member 20 through the internal corner plug-in 30. The internal corner plug-in unit 30 can reduce the installation difficulty between the second wall panel and the second slot, reduce the assembly difficulty of the internal corner installation assembly, simplify the construction process and save the installation time.

In this embodiment, step (3) further includes: a second waterproofing strip 52 is provided between the first insertion groove 21 and the first wall panel 41, the second waterproofing strip 52 extending from the first insertion groove 21 to the outside. The waterproof performance of the internal corner fixing part 20 can be improved by arranging the second waterproof rubber strip 52, and water vapor is prevented from entering the first slot 21.

The reentrant corner plug-in components can reduce the installation degree of difficulty between second shingle nail and the second slot, reduce the assembly degree of difficulty of reentrant corner installation assembly, simplify the work progress, practice thrift installation time. The groove wall of the first inserting groove is supported by the internal corner caulking strip, so that the groove wall of the first inserting groove is attached to the second wall panel. The inside corner caulking strip is used for sealing a gap between the first wall panel and the second wall panel; meanwhile, water vapor, dust and the like are prevented from entering the gap, the waterproof performance of the internal corner installation assembly is improved, the traditional gap filling process is omitted, and the construction flow is simplified.
