The inside corner caulking strip is used for realizing the laminating connection of inside corner mounting and second wall panel, in order to further improve the laminating effect, in this embodiment, the bottom terminal surface of sealing portion 13, supporting part 11 and direction portion 12 is leveled and is set up, and all upwards extends. In the present embodiment, a rounded transition is provided between the support portion 11 and a side surface of the sealing portion 13 facing the support portion 11. By providing a smooth transition, a tight fit of the inside corner caulking strip with the wall of the first slot 21 can be achieved, further improving the supporting strength and sealing.
In this embodiment, a side surface of the sealing portion 13 facing away from the supporting portion 11 is provided with a bending region 14. The sealing portion 13 is used for sealing a gap 44 between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42; when the sealing portion 13 is fitted into the slit 44, the sealing portion 13 is pressed by the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, and the sealing portion 13 is deformed by the bending region 14 so as to be closely adhered to the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, thereby improving the sealing property against the slit 44.
In this embodiment, the bending angle formed by the bending region 14 is an obtuse angle. The bending angle is set to be an obtuse angle, so that the bending region 14 has a larger deformation space, and when being extruded, the top end and the bottom end of the bending region 14 can be tightly attached to the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, thereby improving the sealing property.
The implementation of the guide portion 12 includes various ways, for example, the guide portion 12 is a slope, a rounded curve, or a combination of a slope and a curve. Preferably, the height of the guide portion 12 gradually increases from far to near toward the support portion 11.
In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 are both made of hard plastic; the sealing portion 13 is made of flexible plastic. The internal corner caulking strip 10 is made of PVC soft and hard combined materials, and the supporting part 11 and the guiding part 12 are made of hard plastics, so that the internal corner caulking strip provides high-strength support for the internal corner fixing piece 20; the sealing portion 13 is made of a flexible plastic material which allows the sealing portion 13 to be deformed in order to provide a better sealing of the slit 44.
The supporting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 are made of the same material, and in this embodiment, the supporting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 are integrally formed. By adopting the integrally formed structure, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the internal corner caulking strip 10 can be improved.
In this embodiment, the inside corner mounting assembly further includes: and a second waterproof strip 52, the second waterproof strip 52 being disposed between the first insertion groove 21 and the first wall panel 41 and extending from the first insertion groove 21 to the outside. By providing the second waterproof strip 52, the waterproof performance of the inside corner fixing member 20 can be improved, and moisture is prevented from entering the first slot 21.

The fourth groove wall of the first slot 21 and the second groove wall of the second slot 22 are respectively abutted with the leveling keel of the first wall panel 41 and the leveling keel of the second wall panel 42; the second waterproof adhesive tape 52 is installed in the first slot 21, and the first slot 21 is used for installing the first wall panel 41 of the internal corner of the wall; the first wall panel 41 is inserted into the first slot 21, and the end surface of the first wall panel is abutted with the first side wall of the second slot 22; the second waterproof adhesive tape 52 is installed in the first slot 21, and the first slot 21 is used for installing the first wall panel 41 of the internal corner of the wall; the inside corner plug-in 30 is inserted into the second slot 21, the end face of the second wall panel 42 is abutted with the third slot wall of the first slot 21, and the second wall panel is connected with the inside corner plug-in 30. When the gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is larger and the second wall panel 42 cannot be abutted against the second slot 22, the position of the insertion end 32 in the second slot 22 is adjusted, so that the insertion end 32 is withdrawn a small amount, and the length of the mounting plate 31 outside the second slot 33 is prolonged; the second wall plate 42 is abutted against the insertion end 32 and the mounting plate 31, the mounting groove 33 is penetrated by a fixing member, and the mounting plate 31 is fixed with the second wall plate 42. The guide part 13 guides the supporting part 11 to enter a gap between the groove wall of the first slot 20 and the second wall panel 42, the supporting part 11 provides a supporting function for the groove wall of the first wall panel 41, and meanwhile, the supporting part 11 realizes the fitting connection between the groove wall of the first slot 21 and the second wall panel 42; the sealing part 13 is arranged at the notch position of the first slot 21, the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 simultaneously squeeze the sealing part 13, so that the bending area 14 deforms, the bending area recovers deformation, and the top end face and the bottom end face of the sealing part 13 are pushed to be respectively abutted against the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, so that a gap 44 between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is sealed; while preventing moisture dust and the like from entering the slit 44 and improving the waterproof performance of the inside corner mounting assembly.
The invention also provides an installation method of the internal corner installation assembly, which comprises the following steps:
(1) The outer side walls of the first slot 21 and the second slot 22 of the internal corner fixing piece 20 are respectively in abutting connection and fixing with the leveling keels of the first wall panel 41 and the leveling keels of the second wall panel 42 of the internal corner of the wall;
(2) Inserting the reentrant corner insert 30 into the second slot 22, wherein the reentrant corner insert 30 is clamped by the second slot 22 through the opposite two side slot walls;
(3) Inserting the first wall panel 41 into the first slot 21, wherein the first slot 21 clamps the first wall panel 41 through the slot walls at two opposite sides, and the end face of the first wall panel 41 is abutted with the inner side wall of the second slot 22;
(4) Abutting the end surface of the second wall panel 42 against the inner side wall of the first slot 21, and mounting the second wall panel 42 on the inside corner plug-in 30;
(5) The inside corner caulking strip 10 is inserted between the inner groove wall of the first insertion groove 21 and the second wall panel 42, and seals the gap 44 between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42.
The outer side walls of the first slot 21 and the second slot 22 are respectively abutted with the leveling keels of the first wall panel 41 and the leveling keels of the second wall panel 42 so as to provide accurate positioning for the wall panels on two sides; the end face of the first wall panel 41 and the end face of the second wall panel 42 are respectively abutted with the inner side walls of the two sides of the second slot 22 and the first slot 21, so that the accurate positioning of the wall panels on the two sides in the corresponding slots can be realized; the first slot 21 of the inside corner fixing member 20 is used for installing the first wall panel 41 of the inside corner of the wall, the inside corner plug-in 30 is inserted into the second slot 22, and by adjusting the installation position of the inside corner plug-in 30 in the second slot 22, the error generated during installation can be effectively absorbed, and the fixing member can fix the second wall panel 42 on the inside corner plug-in 30. A gap 44 exists between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, the internal corner caulking strip 30 enters a gap between the inner groove wall of the first slot 20 and the second wall panel 42, the inner groove wall of the first wall panel 41 is supported, the joint connection between the inner groove wall of the first slot 21 and the second wall panel 42 is realized, and the gap 44 between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is sealed; while preventing moisture dust and the like from entering the slit 44; the wall panel assembly device can solve the problem that the wall panels on two sides of the internal corner of the wall are difficult to assemble, the wall panels are simply, conveniently and quickly installed at the internal corner of the wall, the construction process is simplified, the construction speed is improved, and meanwhile, environmental pollution or decoration garbage is avoided.
Preferably, step (2) further comprises: the second slot 22 includes a bottom plate and first and second slot walls extending from opposite side edges of the bottom plate to the same side, the inner and outer side walls of the second slot are the first and second slot walls, a through hole is provided on the bottom plate of the second slot, a fixing member is inserted into the through hole, and the bottom plate is fixed on the leveling keel of the first wall panel 41, and the reentrant corner plug-in 30 is clamped by the first and second slot walls of the second slot 22. The first slot wall is disposed opposite and parallel to the second slot wall and provides a clamping force to the reentrant insert 20 to define the position of the reentrant insert 20 within the second slot 22. The inside corner plug-in 30 is inserted into the second slot 22 through the insertion end 32, extends to the outside of the second slot 22 through the mounting plate 31, extends the depth direction of the second slot 22 by the inside corner plug-in 30, when the gap between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 is larger, and the second wall panel 42 cannot be abutted against the second slot 22, the position of the insertion end 32 in the second slot 22 is adjusted, so that the insertion end 32 is withdrawn slightly, the length of the mounting plate 31 outside the second slot 33 is prolonged, so that errors can be effectively absorbed, and the fixing piece can penetrate the mounting groove 33 and fix the mounting plate 31 and the second wall panel 42, namely, the second wall panel 42 is mounted on the second slot 22 of the inside corner fixing piece 20 through the inside corner plug-in 30. The reentrant corner plug-in 30 can reduce the installation degree of difficulty between second shingle nail and the second slot, reduces reentrant corner installation assembly's assembly degree of difficulty, simplifies the work progress, practices thrift installation time.
In this embodiment, step (2) further includes: the first flashing 51 is installed into the second slot 22, with the first flashing 51 at least partially covering the insertion end 32. In this embodiment, step (3) further includes: a second flashing 52 is provided between the first socket 21 and the first wall panel 41, the second flashing 52 extending from the first socket 21 to the outside.
