Preferably, the shingle connector 20 includes a connecting portion 21 and first and second mounting portions 22 and 23 disposed at opposite sides of the connecting portion 21, the first and second mounting portions 22 and 23 being respectively used to mount adjacent two shingles, and the connecting portion 21 being disposed in a gap 44 between the adjacent two shingles and being used to connect with the shingle fastener 30. The connecting part can replace the traditional joint filling process, shorten the construction time and avoid polluting the operation environment.
In order to increase the integrity and the connection strength, in this embodiment, the surface of the first partition 212 facing the first wall panel 41 and the surface of the second partition 213 facing the second wall panel 42 are provided with protrusions. The protrusions on the first partition 212 and the second partition 213 can be deformed when being pressed by the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, and the protrusions are tightly abutted on the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 to improve the connection strength in order to recover the deformation.

In order to realize the tight connection between the second installation part 23 and the second wall panel 42, the fourth clamping groove and the fifth clamping groove are respectively clamped and connected with the bulge and the groove, and the fourth clamping groove is matched with the bulge of the second wall panel 42 to form clamping and connection, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient; the fifth card slot is matched with the groove of the second shingle 42 to form a card and a connection, so that the tightness of the second shingle 42 is increased.
In order to further enhance the integrity, the connectivity and the sealing performance, and simplify the structure of the device, in this embodiment, a third partition 221 and a fourth partition 222 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the first mounting wall 214 and opposite to each other, and the third partition 221, the first mounting wall 214 and the first partition 213 enclose to form a second slot; the fourth partition 222 is connected to the third partition 221 through a first connection plate 223, and encloses to form a third slot. The second draw-in groove forms an organic whole structure through first installation wall 214 and connecting portion 21, and the third draw-in groove forms an organic whole structure through first connecting plate 223 and second draw-in groove, and first installation department 22 is as an organic whole structure with connecting portion 21 promptly, improves an organic whole nature, and first installation department 22 is connected with the arch and the recess of first shingle nail 41 respectively through second draw-in groove and third draw-in groove, strengthens connectivity and leakproofness.

In the present embodiment, the supporting rod 12 is made of hard plastic; the base 11 and the sealing rod 13 are both made of flexible plastic. The flat joint caulking strip 10 is made of PVC soft and hard combined materials, and the supporting rod 12 is made of hard plastics, so that the supporting rod provides high-strength support for the sealing rod 13; the base 11 and the sealing rod 13 are made of a flexible plastic which allows the base 11 and the sealing rod 13 to be deformed in order to provide a better sealing action for the gap 44.
In this embodiment, the butt-joint caulking strip 10 is of an integrally formed structure. By adopting an integrally formed structure, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the flush joint caulking strip 10 is improved.
Fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion B of the shingle integrated mounting assembly shown in fig. 1. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the female corner fastener of the shingle integrated mounting assembly of fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the reentrant corner mounting assembly includes: reentrant corner fastener 80, reentrant corner insert 90 and reentrant corner caulking strip 70.

In order to simplify the structure of the device, in this embodiment, the second slot 82 includes a bottom plate and a first slot wall and a second slot wall extending from two opposite side edges of the bottom plate to the same side, the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the second slot 82 are the first slot wall and the second slot wall respectively, the first slot wall, the second slot wall and the bottom plate enclose to form the second slot 82, and a through hole is formed in the bottom plate. The first and second groove walls are disposed in opposing parallel relation and provide a clamping force to the reentrant insert 20 to define the position of the reentrant insert 20 within the second slot 82. In use, the second groove wall of the internal corner fixing member 80 abuts against the leveling keel of the second wall panel 42, a fixing member (such as a screw) is inserted into the through hole, the second slot 82 is fixed on the leveling keel 43 of the first wall panel 41 so as to limit the position of the internal corner fixing member 80, then the internal corner insert 90 is inserted into the second slot 82, and the second wall panel 42 and the internal corner insert 90 are fixed through the screw and the like.
In this embodiment, the notch end of the first slot wall extends a third slot wall to a side away from the notch, the slot bottom end of the first slot wall extends a fourth slot wall to a side away from the slot bottom, the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the first slot 81 are the third slot wall and the fourth slot wall respectively, the third slot wall and the fourth slot wall are arranged oppositely, and both of the third slot wall and the fourth slot wall enclose the first slot 81 with the first slot wall. In order to reduce the occupied space of the internal corner fixing piece and facilitate the calibration of the positions of the first and second wall panels during the installation process, the first slot 81 and the second slot 82 share a first slot wall. The third and fourth slot walls are disposed in parallel and provide a clamping force to the first wall panel 41 to define the position of the first wall panel 41 within the first slot 81.
In this embodiment, a side wall surface of the third wall facing the first slot 81 is a flat surface for supporting the first wall panel 41, and a side wall surface of the third wall facing away from the first slot 81 is a guiding surface for guiding the third wall to be inserted into the gap 44 between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42. The flat surface provides a stable support for the first shingle 41, and the guide surface provides a guiding function for the second slot wall insertion gap 44, reducing the assembly difficulty. The width of the third groove wall gradually increases from the notch to the groove bottom towards the first groove wall.
In order to simplify the structure of the device, in this embodiment, the notch end of the fourth slot wall is provided with a flange extending to one side far away from the notch, the flange is arranged on the flange, and the flange is arranged in parallel with the bottom plate. The flanges and the bottom plate are simultaneously abutted against the leveling keels of the first wall panel 41, so that the mounting position of the first wall panel 41 is determined, and the mounting accuracy is improved.
In this embodiment, a position limiting block is disposed at a connection portion of the third slot wall and the first slot wall, and the position limiting block is used for limiting a position of the first wall panel 41 in the first slot 22. The first wall panel 41 is inserted into the first slot 81 and abuts against the limiting block, so that the first wall panel cannot be inserted continuously, and the second slot 82 is prevented from being deformed due to the first slot wall being extruded by the first wall panel 41, and the installation of the second wall panel 42 is prevented from being influenced.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of the female insert of the shingle integrated mounting assembly of fig. 7. As shown in fig. 9, the reentrant insert 90 includes a mounting plate 91 and an insertion end 92.
In this embodiment, the internal corner insert 90 includes a mounting plate 91 and an insertion end 92 extending from one side end of the mounting plate 91, and the insertion end 92 is used in cooperation with the second slot 82 of the internal corner fixing member 80 and can move along the depth direction of the second slot 82; the mounting plate 91 is provided with at least one mounting groove 93, and the fixing member may penetrate the mounting groove 93 and fix the reentrant corner insert 90 to a predetermined position.
The internal corner plug-in 90 is inserted into the second slot 82 through the insertion end 92, and extends to the outside of the second slot 82 through the mounting plate 91, the internal corner plug-in 90 extends in the depth direction of the second slot 82, when the gap between the first wallboard 41 and the second wallboard 42 is large, and the second wallboard cannot abut against the second slot 82, the position of the insertion end 92 in the second slot 82 is adjusted, so that the insertion end 92 withdraws a small amount, the length of the mounting plate 91 outside the second slot 33 is prolonged, so as to effectively absorb errors, and the fixing member can penetrate through the installation groove 93 and fix the mounting plate 91 and the second wallboard 42, that is, the second wallboard 42 is installed on the second slot 82 of the internal corner fixing member 80 through the internal corner plug-in 90. Reentrant corner plug-in components 90 can reduce the installation degree of difficulty between second shingle nail and the second slot, reduces the assembly degree of difficulty of reentrant corner installation assembly, simplifies the work progress, practices thrift installation time.
In the present embodiment, two mounting grooves 93 are provided on the mounting plate 91, and the two mounting grooves 93 are symmetrically provided along the center line of the mounting plate 91.
In the present embodiment, the insertion end 92 is provided with a guide area 94 on the end surface away from the mounting plate 91. The guide region 94 can reduce the difficulty of the insertion end 92 entering the second slot 82, reduce the assembly difficulty of the reentrant corner mounting assembly, and save the mounting time.
Implementations of guide region 94 include a variety of ways, for example, guide region 94 is a sloped surface, a smoothly curved surface, or a combination of sloped and curved surfaces. In this embodiment, the width of the insertion end 92 gradually increases from the guide region 94 toward the mounting plate 91 and then remains constant.
In the present embodiment, the insertion end 92 is a hollow structure. The hollow structure provides a deformation space for the insertion end 92, when the insertion end 92 is extruded, the insertion end can be conveniently inserted into the second slot 82, and the installation difficulty can be reduced; after insertion, the insertion end 92 abuts against the inner wall of the second slot 82 to restore the deformation, thereby further improving the connection strength of the insertion end 92 to the second slot 82.
In this embodiment, the free end of the mounting plate 91 is bent back and then abutted against the surface of the mounting plate 91 to form a hollow structure. The internal corner plug-in components are of an integrally formed structure, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the internal corner plug-in components 90 is improved.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the internal corner insert 90 is P-shaped, the outer wall surface of the mounting plate is a flat surface, the insertion end 92 extends towards one side of the inner wall surface, and the insertion end 92 is of a hollow structure.
In order to improve the connection stability between the internal corner insert and the second wall panel, in this embodiment, the mounting groove 93 extends along the width direction of the mounting plate 91 and penetrates through the end surfaces of the two opposite ends of the mounting plate 91; the mounting plate 91 is provided with a mounting hole for accommodating the fixing member, and the mounting hole penetrates through the mounting groove 93. The mounting can be hidden in mounting groove 93 or mounting hole, makes things convenient for reentrant corner plug-in components 90 to be connected with the outside one side face of second shingle nail back of the body, avoids influencing the aesthetic property of second shingle nail. Mounting groove 93 link up the relative both ends terminal surface of mounting panel 91 for mounting panel 91 can be followed mounting groove 93 and buckled, adjusts reentrant corner plug-in components 90's height, so that be suitable for different installation space, improve the flexibility. The shape of the mounting groove 93 may include various shapes, and in order to facilitate the folding of the mounting plate, the width of the mounting groove 93 is gradually reduced from the notch to the groove bottom in the present embodiment.
In the present embodiment, an end surface of the insertion end 92 close to the mounting plate 91 is a straight plane. The local terminal surface and the first shingle nail 41 butt of second shingle nail 42, another local terminal surface and the end 92 that inserts of second shingle nail 42 are close to a side end face butt of mounting panel 91, and a side end face that is close to mounting panel 91 through inserting the end 92 and sets up to the straight plane, can carry on spacingly to second shingle nail 42, avoids second shingle nail 42 slope.
To reduce weight, reduce manufacturing costs, and meet durability requirements, in this embodiment, the reentrant insert 90 is made of an aluminum alloy material or a plastic material. The aluminum alloy material has the advantages of high strength, good plasticity, low weight and the like, and is suitable for manufacturing the internal corner plug-in 90. In order to prolong the service life of the internal corner plug-in 90, the corrosion-resistant layer is coated on the surface of the internal corner plug-in 90, so that water mist and the like are prevented from corroding the internal corner plug-in 90; moreover, the corrosion-resistant layer is arranged on the internal corner insert 90, so that the surface of the internal corner insert 90 is smooth, and obvious defects such as air holes, scratches, burrs, spots, corrosion and the like do not exist, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the internal corner insert 90 and the satisfaction degree of users.
In this embodiment, the reentrant corner mounting assembly further comprises: first waterproofing glue strip 58, first waterproofing glue strip 58 sets up in second slot 82, and first waterproofing glue strip 58 covers insertion end 92 at least partially. The waterproof performance of the internal corner plug-in 90 can be improved by arranging the first waterproof rubber strip 58, and water vapor is prevented from entering the second slot 82.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of the inside corner caulking strips of the shingle integrated mounting assembly of fig. 7. As shown in fig. 10, the inside corner caulking strip 70 includes a support portion 71, a sealing portion 73, and a guide portion 72.
In this embodiment, the inside corner caulking strip 70 includes a support portion 71 and sealing portions 73 and a guide portion 72 provided at opposite ends of the support portion 71, the support portion 71 having a height greater than that of the guide portion 72 and less than that of the sealing portion 73, the guide portion 72 for guiding the support portion 71 into the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 of the inside corner of the wall, the sealing portion 73 for sealing the gap 44.
The first slot 81 of the internal corner fixing piece 80 is used for installing the first wall panel 41 of the internal corner of the wall, the opposite two side slot walls of the first slot 81 are respectively abutted with the leveling keel 43 of the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 of the internal corner of the wall, and the second slot 82 is connected with the leveling keel 43; a gap 44 exists between the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42, the guide part 13 guides the support part 71 to enter a gap between the groove wall of the first slot 20 and the second wall panel 42, the support part 71 provides a support function for the groove wall of the first wall panel 41, and the support part 71 realizes the joint connection between the groove wall of the first slot 81 and the second wall panel 42; a sealing part 73 is provided at a notch position of the first insertion groove 81 for sealing the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42; meanwhile, water vapor dust and the like are prevented from entering the gap 44, the waterproof performance of the internal corner installation assembly is improved, the traditional gap filling process is omitted, and the construction flow is simplified. The internal corner caulking strip can solve the problem that the internal corner fixing piece cannot be attached and connected with one side wall panel, and simultaneously provides stable support for the wall panels on the two sides; and is used for sealing the gap between the two wall panels and providing a relatively closed space for the internal corner fixing piece.
Reentrant corner caulking strip is used for realizing that the laminating of reentrant corner mounting and second shingle nail is connected, for further improving the laminating effect, in this embodiment, the bottom terminal surface of sealing part 73, supporting part 71 and guide part 72 keeps flat the setting, and all upwards extends. The sealing part 73 is abutted against the first wall panel 41 through the top end face, the supporting part 71 supports the internal corner fixing part 80 through the top end face, and the guiding part 72 provides a guiding function through the inclined arrangement of the top end face; sealing 73, supporting part 71 and guide part 72 all are connected through bottom end face and second shingle nail 42 butt, and when sealing 73, supporting part 71 and guide part 72's bottom end face leveled the setting, the three can realize better laminating with second shingle nail 42 and be connected to provide better supporting role for first shingle nail 41 and second shingle nail 42.
In the present embodiment, a smooth transition is provided between one side surface of the sealing portion 73 facing the support portion 71 and the support portion 71. Through setting up smooth and smooth transition, can realize the inseparable laminating of reentrant corner caulking strip and the cell wall of first slot 81, further improve support intensity and leakproofness.
In the present embodiment, a surface of the sealing portion 73 facing away from the supporting portion 71 is provided with a bending region 74. A sealing portion 73 for sealing the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42; when the sealing portion 73 is installed in the gap 44, it is pressed by the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, and the sealing portion 73 is deformed by the bending region 74 to be closely adhered to the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, thereby improving the sealing performance to the gap 44.
In the present embodiment, the bending angle formed by the bending region 74 is an obtuse angle. The obtuse angle allows the bending region 74 to have a large deformation space, and the top and bottom ends of the bending region 74 can be closely attached to the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 when pressed, thereby improving the sealing property.
The guide portion 72 may be implemented in various ways, for example, the guide portion 72 may be a slant surface, a smooth curved surface, or a combination of slant and curved surfaces. Preferably, the height of the guide portion 72 gradually increases from the far side to the near side toward the support portion 71.
In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 71 and the guiding portion 72 are both made of hard plastic; the sealing portion 73 is made of flexible plastic. The internal corner caulking strip 70 is made of PVC soft and hard combined materials, and the supporting part 71 and the guiding part 72 are made of hard plastics, so that the supporting part provides high-strength support for the internal corner fixing part 80; the seal 73 is made of a flexible plastic which allows the seal 73 to be deformed to provide a better seal for the gap 44.
The support portion 71 and the guide portion 72 are made of the same material, and in this embodiment, the support portion 71 and the guide portion 72 are integrally formed. By adopting an integrally formed structure, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the reentrant corner caulking strip 70 is improved.
In this embodiment, the reentrant corner mounting assembly further comprises: and a second waterproof rubber strip 58, wherein the second waterproof rubber strip 58 is arranged between the first slot 81 and the first wall panel 41 and extends from the first slot 81 to the outside. The waterproof performance of the internal corner fixing part 80 can be improved by arranging the second waterproof rubber strip 58, and water vapor is prevented from entering the first slot 81.
Fig. 11 is an enlarged partial view of the portion C of the shingle integrated mounting assembly shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 11, the male corner fitting assembly includes a male corner fitting 1 and a rubber strip 2.
Preferably, the external corner mounting assembly comprises an external corner fixing piece 1 and a rubber strip 2, wherein the external corner fixing piece 1 comprises a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate which are respectively used for being abutted and fixed with the wall panels 40 on two sides of the external corner of the wall; the adhesive tape 2 is arranged between the wall panels 40 on the two sides of the external corner of the wall and is used for connecting the wall panels 40 on the two sides of the external corner of the wall into an integral structure. The external corner fixing piece 1 can fix and limit the wall panels 40 on two sides of the external corner of the wall, and the rubber strip 2 is used for enhancing the connection strength between the two wall panels 40. The external corner fixing piece 1 is matched with the adhesive tape 2 to ensure the squareness of the external corner and avoid quality problems such as uneven splicing.
In this embodiment, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate of the external corner fixing member 1 are perpendicularly intersected, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are both provided with mounting holes, and the two fixing members are respectively inserted into the two mounting holes so as to respectively fix the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate on the two wall panels. The adhesive tape 2 includes, but is not limited to, a nail-free adhesive coated in the through hole 413 of the wall panel 40, and the nail-free adhesives on two adjacent wall panels are combined into an integral structure to increase stability.
Fig. 12 is an enlarged partial view of portion D of the shingle integrated mounting assembly shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 12, the cuff fastener comprises: supporting the keel 60 and the body 50.
Further, preferably, the cuff fastener includes: supporting the keel 60 and the body 50. The supporting keel 60 can be fixed with the wall body, and a straight supporting surface is arranged on one side, facing the wall panel, of the supporting keel 60; the body 50 includes slot and mounting panel 54, and slot and mounting panel 54 all with the holding surface butt of support fossil fragments 60, and the slot is used for spacing shingle nail that is located the tip and supports the shingle nail that is located the tip and with holding surface parallel arrangement, and the mounting panel 54 is provided with at least one mounting hole, and the mounting 55 can run through the mounting hole and with the body fixed to support fossil fragments 60 on. Fixing the supporting keel 60 with the wall body, providing straight support through the supporting surface, abutting the mounting plate 54 of the body 50 and the outer wall surface of the slot on the supporting surface, and fixing the body 50 by penetrating the mounting hole through the fixing piece 55; the wall panel (such as the first wall panel 41 or the second wall panel 42) is inserted into the slot for limiting, and the slot supports the wall panel to be parallel to the supporting surface, so that the wall panel is stably installed on the wall. The free end of the wall panel positioned at the end part is fixed through the closing-up fixing part for the wall panel, the end part of the wall panel is closed up, the simple and convenient installation of the wall panel is realized, the construction speed is improved, and the generation of environmental pollution or decoration garbage is avoided.
The support keel is used for providing straight support, and for simplifying the device structure, in this embodiment, support keel 60 includes backup pad 61 and the support arm 62 that extends to the homonymy from the relative both ends of backup pad 61, and two support arms 62 and backup pad 61 enclose to close and form and hold the chamber, and two support arms 62 all buckle and extend towards backup pad 61 one side to holding the intracavity. The support arms 62 are used to provide support for the support plate 61 so that there is a certain gap between the support plate 61 and the wall to avoid damaging the wall when the fixture 55 is installed.
In order to absorb the curvature of the wall and reduce the inclination or dislocation of the wall panel caused by the installation error, in this embodiment, the closing-up fixing member for the wall panel further includes: the adjusting piece (not shown) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, extends out of the accommodating cavity and is used for being attached to the wall, and the two supporting arms 62 clamp and fix the adjusting piece. The regulating part produces deformation when receiving the extrusion to the curvature of absorbing the wall body avoids the wall unevenness to cause backup pad 61 slope, and the regulating part supports backup pad 61 from inside to outside, so that backup pad 61 provides straight holding surface.
For convenient assembly, in this embodiment, the slot includes limiting plate 53 and extends first cell wall 51 and the second cell wall 52 that is relatively parallel to the homonymy from limiting plate 53, and first cell wall 51 and the second cell wall 52 cell wall are used for the centre gripping shingle nail spacing, and mounting panel 54 is extended to keeping away from notch one side by limiting plate 53, and mounting panel 54 all with the holding surface butt with second cell wall 52. The first groove wall 51 and the second groove wall 52 are parallel and used for clamping and limiting the wall panel, so that the position of the wall panel in the slot is limited, and the wall panel is prevented from moving back and forth to influence the stability.
In the embodiment, a first groove wall 51 vertically intersecting with the limit plate 53 extends from the top end of the limit plate 53, a second groove wall 52 vertically intersecting with the limit plate 53 extends from the limit plate 53 near the bottom end, a mounting plate 54 vertically intersecting with the limit plate 53 extends from the bottom end of the limit plate 53, and the extending directions of the mounting plate 54 and the second groove wall 52 are opposite.
In this embodiment, a limiting block is disposed at a connection position of the limiting plate 53 and the first groove wall 51, and the limiting block is used for limiting a position of the wall panel in the slot. The shingle nail inserts in the slot, and the butt is on the stopper, makes it can't continue to insert, avoids shingle nail 41 extrusion limiting plate 53, causes the slot to warp, influences shingle nail installation stability.
To simplify the structure of the device, in this embodiment, the slot end of the second slot wall 52 is provided with a flange extending to the side away from the slot, the flange is provided with a flange, and the flange is flush with the mounting plate 54. The flanges and mounting plate 54 simultaneously abut the wall panel support studs 60 to locate the wall panel and improve the mounting accuracy.
In this embodiment, the closing-up fixture for a shingle further comprises: waterproof rubber strip 57, waterproof rubber strip 57 sets up in the slot, and is connected with second cell wall 52 towards the laminating of shingle nail one side. The waterproof performance of the body 50 can be improved by arranging the waterproof rubber strip 57, and water vapor is prevented from entering the slot.
In this embodiment, the closing-up fixture for a shingle further comprises: and a positioning plate 56, wherein the positioning plate 56 extends from the free end of the mounting plate 54, and the positioning plate 56 is arranged in parallel with the limiting plate 53. The positioning plate 56 is arranged in parallel with the limiting plate 53, and the body 50 can be abutted to the surface of the adjacent wall body through the positioning plate 56, so that more accurate positioning is provided for the wall body.
In the present embodiment, the body 50 is an integrally formed structure. By adopting the integral molding structure, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the structural strength of the body 50 can be improved.
Fig. 13 is an enlarged partial view of section E of the shingle integrated mounting assembly shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 13, the shingle integrated mounting assembly further includes a leveling component.
The leveling component comprises leveling keels 43 and buffer strips 46, the buffer strips 46 are arranged between the leveling keels 43 and the wall panels 40 and are respectively connected with the leveling keels 43 and the wall panels 40, and the wall panels 40 are fixed with the wall through the adjusting keels 43. The leveling component can effectively solve the problem of unstable structure caused by the gap between the leveling keel 43 and the wall panel 40, and improve the overall stability.
In this embodiment, when the length of the wall panel 40 is relatively large, a plurality of leveling keels 43 are spaced apart from each other on the wall panel 40 to improve the stability of the wall panel 40. The cushioning strips 46 include, but are not limited to, being fabricated from EVA material.
The use of the shingle integrated mounting assembly is further described below.
When the wall panels 40 are installed, the decorative layer is arranged on the top surface 411 of the substrate 410, the bottom surface 412 is arranged towards the wall body, the connecting part of the butt joint device is arranged in a gap between two adjacent wall panels 40, the opening 424 provides a supporting function for the connecting part, and the connecting part seals the gap; the slots of the first mounting part and the second mounting part, which are close to the connecting part, are respectively clamped and connected with the protrusions 421 of the two wall panels 40, and are limited by the limiting clamps 422; the slots of the first and second mounting parts, which are far away from the connecting part, are inserted into the grooves 423 of the two wall panels 40, respectively, to seal the grooves 423. When the length of the wall panel 40 is large, a plurality of leveling keels 43 are arranged on the wall panel 40 at intervals, the buffer strips 46 are arranged between the leveling keels 43 and the wall panel 40 and are respectively connected with the leveling keels 43 and the wall panel 40, and the wall panel 40 is fixed with a wall body through the adjusting keels 43.
When the wall panel connector 20 is installed, the wall panel fixing member 30 is abutted against the leveling keel 43, and the wall panel fixing member 30 is fixed to the leveling keel 43 and the adjusting member 45 by bolts. The shingle connector 20 is connected to the shingle fastener 30 by the first mounting wall 214 and the second mounting wall 215. The protrusion and the groove of the first wall panel 41 are respectively inserted into the second slot and the third slot, and the first limit protrusion 224 is matched with the limit clip on the protrusion of the first wall panel 41, so as to fix the first wall panel 41 on the first installation part 22; the protrusion and the groove of the second shingle 42 are respectively inserted into the fourth slot and the fifth slot, and the second limit protrusion 234 is matched with the limit clip on the protrusion of the second shingle 42, so that the second shingle 42 is fixed on the second mounting part 23; the first catch is disposed in the gap 44 between the first and second shingles 41, 42.
When the wall panel fixing member 30 is installed, the first wall panel 41 and the second wall panel 42 are respectively installed on the wall surface connecting member 20, the first installation wall and the second installation wall of the wall panel connecting member 20 are respectively inserted into the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove, opposite ends of the first installation wall are respectively abutted against the partition plate 36 and the first side wall, and opposite ends of the second installation wall are respectively abutted against the partition plate 36 and the second side wall; the first limiting plate 32 and the second limiting plate 33 respectively provide a supporting function for the first mounting wall and the second mounting wall, and the limiting protrusions on the first limiting plate 32 and the second limiting plate 33 respectively limit the first mounting wall and the second mounting wall to abut on the mounting plates on two sides of the partition plate 36. The retaining plate 35 provides a retaining function for the first shingle 41 and the fastener extends through the mounting hole in the connector plate 34 to secure the shingle fastener 30 to the leveling keel 43 and the adjuster 45.
When installing flush joint fillets 10, insert the gap 44 between first shingle 41 and the second shingle 42 with flush joint fillets 10, the bottom face and the first shingle 41 of base 11, second shingle 42 parallel and level set up, the relative both sides wall of base 11 respectively with first shingle 41 and second shingle 42 butt joint, branch 12 upwards extends perpendicularly from the top face of base 11, branch 12 provides the supporting role for a plurality of sealing rod 13, be provided with six sealing rod 13 on the branch 12, two bisymmetry distributions form triple seal, triple seal is along the extending direction interval distribution of branch 12. The two sealing rods 13 for each sealing are deformed when being pressed by the first and second wall panels 41 and 42, and tightly abut against the first and second wall panels 41 and 42 to restore the deformation, so as to seal the gap 44 between the first and second wall panels 41 and 42.

In decorating a wall surface, a wall panel integrated mounting assembly as described above is used, comprising: (1) sequentially distributing a plurality of wall panels along the extending direction of the wall body; (2) installing a first closing-in fixing piece at the outer side of the first side end parts of the plurality of wall panels, wherein the first closing-in fixing piece supports and limits the wall panels positioned at the first side end parts, and fixes the free ends of the wall panels positioned at the first side end parts with the wall body; (3) fixing a butt joint device on a wall body between two adjacent wall panels, wherein the two adjacent wall panels are connected into an integral structure through the butt joint device and are fixed with the wall body through the butt joint device; (4) repeating the step (3) until the wall panels on two sides of the internal corner or/and the external corner of the wall body are installed, fixing the internal corner installation component or/and the external corner installation component on the internal corner or/and the external corner of the wall, and fixing the wall panels on two sides of the internal corner or/and the external corner of the wall with the wall body through the internal corner installation component or/and the external corner installation component; (5) and (5) repeating the step (4) until the wall panels positioned at the second side end parts of the plurality of wall panels are installed, installing a second closing-in fixing piece outside the second side end parts of the plurality of wall panels, supporting and limiting the wall panels positioned at the second side end parts by the second closing-in fixing piece, and fixing the free ends of the wall panels positioned at the second side end parts with the wall body.
By adopting the wall surface decoration method, the wall panel integrated installation assembly can realize simple installation of the wall panel, improve the construction speed and avoid generating environmental pollution or decoration garbage; the rapid assembly of the wall panel and the wall body is realized, the construction process can be simplified, the construction period is shortened, more garbage is prevented from being generated in a construction site, the phenomenon that marks are easily left at positions such as a floor and a door frame is avoided, and the industrialization level is improved.

and the at least two closing-in fixing pieces are respectively arranged on the free ends of the two wall panels positioned at the end parts and are used for fixing the free ends with the wall body.
