Stretch film packaging machine
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a stretch film packaging machine.
Background
Stretch film wrapping machines of this type are well known and are described, for example, in DE 102017109241 a1 or EP 2740679 a 1. The operator terminal disclosed therein is fixed to a switch cabinet which is one person high or higher than one person of the stretch film wrapping machine. The known operator terminals are integrated directly into the switch cabinets of the stretch film packaging machine or are fastened movably to the respective switch cabinet by means of terminal support arms.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the invention is to improve a stretch film packaging machine in respect of its manual operability in a manner that is as cost-effective as possible.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by: there is provided a stretch film wrapping machine including: a forming station for drawing the grooves in the base film; a filling section for filling the recess with a product; a sealing station for sealing the groove; and an operation terminal for controlling the operation of the stretch film wrapping machine,
it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the holding portion fixed at the frame of the stretch film wrapping machine on the left side in the conveying direction is configured to support the operation terminal.
Preferably, the holding portion is fixed at an operation side on which an operator is located to manipulate the operation terminal during operation of the stretch film wrapping machine.
Preferably, the stretch film wrapping machine has a switch cabinet for accommodating electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film wrapping machine, wherein the holding portion for the operation terminal is supported on an opposite side of the switch cabinet and is fixed to the stretch film wrapping machine without being coupled to the switch cabinet.
Preferably, the holding part is integrally formed on an upper film transport device associated with the sealing station.
Preferably, the holding part is integrally formed on an upper film printing mark control part associated with the sealing station.
Preferably, the operating terminal comprises an input side with operating elements, a housing side wall and a rear side opposite the input side, wherein the holder forms a rear wall for closing the rear side of the operating terminal.
Preferably, the holding portion is a plate member in a flat plate shape.
Preferably, the electrical line leads to the operating terminal through an opening formed in the plate-shaped plate.
Preferably, the operating terminals at the holders are arranged offset inward transversely to the conveying direction relative to the side flaps of the stretch film wrapping machine by means of step sections formed at the holders.
The stretch film packaging machine is used for drawing a forming station of a groove in a bottom film; a filling section for filling the recess with a product; a sealing station for sealing the groove; and an operation terminal for controlling the operation of the stretch film wrapping machine. According to the present invention, the holding portion fixed on the left side in the conveying direction at the frame of the stretch film wrapping machine is configured to support the operation terminal. In particular, in the present invention, the operating terminal is fastened to the stretch film packaging machine on the side opposite the switch cabinet without connection thereto. This has the advantage that, on the one hand, the stretch film wrapping machine is more cost-effective, since the holder for the operator terminal can be constructed in terms of construction independently of the geometric contour of the switchgear cabinet, in particular independently of its positioning. However, the installation of the operating terminal according to the invention independently of the switch cabinet offers, in particular, the possibility of a compact construction and the possibility of an ergonomic manual operability of the operating terminal for the operator. Furthermore, there are advantages in terms of the cleaning process performed on the stretch film wrapping machine. This is due in particular to the fact that in this case no separate support arm for the operator terminal is extended above the production line.
Preferably, the operating terminal is immovably mounted on the stretch film wrapping machine in order to obtain a stable support. The following is particularly advantageous in view of the above advantages: the holding device is fixed on an operating side of the stretch film wrapping machine, on which an operator is located during operation of the stretch film wrapping machine to operate an operating terminal, in particular also other persons, for example, to fill the recesses. The use of a support arm, which is used in conventional stretch film packaging machines and is fixed to a switch cabinet and is mounted so as to be pivotable over the transport path, for positioning the operating terminal can thus be avoided.
Preferably, the stretch film wrapping machine has a switch cabinet for accommodating electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film wrapping machine, wherein a holding portion for an operation terminal is provided on a side opposite to the switch cabinet and is fixed to the stretch film wrapping machine without being coupled to the switch cabinet. The structural embodiment of the holding part and its installation position are thus independent of the geometric contour of the switchgear cabinet, in particular its structural height.
In a further embodiment, the holding part is integrally formed on an upper film transport device associated with the sealing station, in particular on a frame provided for this purpose. In this case, the holding device for the operator terminal can be integrated in a cost-effective manner at the stretch film packaging machine and the operator terminal supported thereby can be positioned in a stable manner and in particular advantageously in the vicinity of the sealing station. The sealing process at the sealing station can therefore be excellently monitored and controlled by the operator terminal.
Advantageously, the holding part is integrally formed on or fastened to the upper film-printed marking control assigned to the sealing station. An upper film for closing the groove may be printed at the upper film print indicia control. The holding part is an integral component of the upper film print marking control part, for example in the form of a vertical extension of a side plate of the upper film print marking control part which is fixed on the left side at the machine frame, or the holding part can be fixed at the upper film print marking control part, whereby the holding part can be produced cost-effectively, is constructed compactly and enables the positioning of the operating terminal in the vicinity of the sealing station.
An improved embodiment of the invention provides that the operating terminal comprises an input side with operating elements, a housing side wall and a back side opposite the input side, wherein the holding part forms a rear wall of the back side for closing the operating terminal. Thus, a part of the holding portion constitutes a wall of the operation terminal. The holder is therefore not only designed for mounting the operation terminal, but also itself forms a housing part of the operation terminal, here the rear wall, which results in a cost-effective production on account of the reduced material usage in terms of construction.
From a cost point of view, it is expedient for the side wall and/or the housing part of the input side to be produced from plastic, for example by means of injection molding technology. For the protective mounting of the operator terminal, it is conceivable that the holder is arranged by means of the step portion offset inward, for example inward by 8cm, relative to the side stop of the stretch film wrapping machine and/or relative to the side plate of the upper film print marking control, so that the input side of the operator terminal at the operator side of the stretch film wrapping machine does not project beyond the side stop thereof. Therefore, the carrier moving along the stretch film wrapping machine does not get stuck at the operation terminal.
A particularly simple and cost-effective embodiment of the holder provides that the holder is configured as a plate-shaped plate, for example as an integral plate-shaped extension or as a plate-shaped mounting of the aforementioned side plate of the upper membrane-printed marking control. This provides a stable, particularly well cleanable base for securing the operator terminal. In order to provide a practical and cost-effective electrical connection of the operator terminal to the stretch film packaging machine, it is expedient for the electrical lines to be routed to the operator terminal through openings formed in the plate-shaped plate.
The stretch film wrapping machine according to the invention is improved in respect of the manual operability of the stretch film wrapping machine in a manner that is as cost-effective as possible.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an intermittently operating stretch film wrapping machine 1 according to the present invention. The stretch film wrapping machine 1 has a forming station 2, a sealing station 3, a transverse cutting device 4, and a longitudinal cutting device 5, which are arranged in this order on a frame 6 in a conveying direction R. On the input side, a supply roll 7 is arranged on the machine frame 6, from which a carrier film 8 is drawn off. The stretch film wrapping machine 1 furthermore has a conveyor chain 11, in particular a conveyor chain or gripper chain 11 arranged on both sides, which grips the carrier film 8 and conveys the carrier film 8 further in the conveying direction R in each main operating cycle.
In the embodiment shown, the shaping station 2 is designed as a stretching station, in which recesses are formed in the carrier film 8 by stretching, for example by means of compressed air and/or vacuum. Here, the forming station 2 may be configured such that a plurality of grooves are formed side by side in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction R. After the shaping station 2 in the conveying direction R, a filling section 12 is provided, in which filling section 12 the recesses formed in the carrier film 8 are filled with the product.
The sealing station 3 has a sealably closed chamber 3a in which the atmosphere in the recess can be evacuated and/or replaced by filling with an exchange gas or a gas mixture, for example, before sealing by means of the upper film 10 output from the upper film receptacle 9.
The transverse cutting device 4 may be configured as a blanking machine which severs the bottom film 8 and the top film 10 between adjacent recesses in a direction transverse to the conveying direction R. The transverse cutting device 4 is operated in such a way that the carrier film 8 is not cut over the entire width, but at least in the edge regions.
The longitudinal cutting device 5 can be configured as a knife device, by means of which the base film 8 and the upper film 10 are cut off between adjacent recesses and at the side edges of the base film 8 in the conveying direction R, so that separated packages are present after the longitudinal cutting device 5.
The right and left conveyor chains 11 and 11 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1, which grasp the base film 8 on both sides, are respectively guided in chain guide portions 13. The chain guides 13 are each protected to the outside by a side wall 14 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 and are optionally fastened to the side wall 14. The side dams 14 may be plate members.
Furthermore, stretch film wrapping machine 1 has an operator terminal 15, the task of which is to control and monitor the processes carried out in stretch film wrapping machine 1. A display device 16 with operating elements 17 is used to display or influence the process sequence in the stretch film wrapping machine 1.
Central electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film wrapping machine 1, for example, connections to an external power source, are arranged in the switch cabinet 18. The side of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 facing the viewer in fig. 1 is an operating side B, on which an operator is positioned to actuate the operating elements 17 or, if necessary, to fill the packaging machine along the filling section 12. The switch cabinet 18 is arranged on a side E of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 opposite the operating side B.
Fig. 1 also shows a holding part 19, which is fastened to the frame 6 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 on the left side in the conveying direction R and is used to support the operation terminal 15. The operating terminal 15 is mounted on the holder 19 at a distance from the switch cabinet 18, in particular without any structural connection thereto. The switch cabinet 18 therefore does not exist as a support for the operating terminal, which advantageously results in a reduction in the overall height of the switch cabinet 18. In fig. 1, the operator terminal 15 and the switch cabinet 18 are fastened independently of one another in the transport direction R on opposite sides B, E of the stretch film wrapping machine 1. In other words, the switch cabinet 18 has no influence on the installation of the operation terminal 15.
Fig. 2 shows the mounting position of the operation terminal 15 at the stretch film wrapping machine 1 in an enlarged perspective view. In fig. 2, the operation terminal 15 is fixed at an upper film printing mark control section 20 by means of a holding section 19, the upper film 10 is conveyed to the upper film printing mark control section 20 by an upper film conveying device 21, and the upper film printing mark control section 20 is positioned as a separate component for printing the upper film 10 before the sealing station 3 on the frame 6. The upper film printed marking control 20 is designed, for example, to print product information, such as product weight, minimum shelf life and/or details about the packaging process, for example, the packaging moment, onto the upper film 10 guided by the upper film printed marking control 20.
Fig. 2 shows that a holding portion 19 for operating the terminal 15 is configured at the upper film print label control portion 20. In fig. 2, the upper film print mark control section 20 has a side plate 22 fixed to the frame 6 on the left side in the conveyance direction R, i.e., on the operation side B. The upper film print mark control section 20 also has another side plate 23 fixed to the frame 6 on the right side, i.e., on the side E, in the conveyance direction R. Between the two side plates 22, 23 of the upper film print index control 20, a guide roller 24 is rotatably fixed for the upper film 10 and a printing unit 34 is provided to control the feeding and printing of the upper film 10 before the upper film 10 is introduced into the sealing station 3.
According to fig. 2, the holding part 19 for supporting the operation terminal 15 is configured as a vertical extension of the side plate 22 fixed at the operation side B. The holding portion 19 is integrally constructed at the side plate 22. The side plate 22 and the holding portion 19 may be formed of one plate member, as it is. A step section 25 is formed between the side plate 22 and the holder 19. The step section 25 enables the operator terminal 15 to be supported offset inward transversely to the conveying direction R toward the side E opposite the operator side B in order to be positioned in a protected position. It is thereby achieved that the operator terminal 15 does not project beyond the side panel 22 and/or the side screen 14, preferably in the direction of view of the observer even behind the installation plane of the side panel 22 and/or the side screen 14.
Fig. 2 also shows that the operator terminal 15 has an input side 26, on which input side 26 the operator control element 17 is formed, and a housing side wall 27. The housing side wall 27 and the part of the input side 26 connected thereto may be at least partially injection molded. Furthermore, the operator terminal 15 in fig. 2 has a rear side 28 opposite the input side 26, wherein the holder 19 forms a rear wall 29 for closing the rear side 28 of the operator terminal 15.
Fig. 3 shows a rear wall 29 formed by the holding portion 19 for operating the terminal 15, from a side E of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 opposite to the operating side B to the viewer. At the rear wall 29, a connection 30 for an electrical line 31 is fixed. The electrical leads 31 are led to the operator terminal 15 via a connection 30 through an opening 32 formed in the rear wall 29.
Fig. 3 shows that the holder 19 for the operator terminal 15, in particular the rear wall 29 formed thereon, is formed as a plate 33 in the form of a full (geschlossen) flat plate.
The stretch film wrapping machine 1 according to the invention provides a cost-effective and compact installation position for the operator terminal 15, for which the operator terminal 15 is reliably supported and is ergonomically accessible to the operator. To this end, according to the invention, the operating terminal 15 is fixed to the stretch film packaging machine 1 on the left side in the conveying direction R and is uncoupled from the switch cabinet 18 positioned on the opposite side E. As the holding portion 19 for the operation terminal 15, a plate member originally fixed to the operation side B of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 at a processing station thereof, for example, a flat plate integrally formed on the side plate 22, is considered.
