Description

Stretch film packaging machine
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a stretch film packaging machine.
Background
Stretch film wrapping machines of this type are well known and described, for example, in DE 10227610 a1 or in DE 102016125132 a1, the disclosure of which is hereby expressly referred to. Such stretch film wrapping machines typically have a switch cabinet mounted beside the wrapping machine and which is high or taller than one person. Due to its height, the switchgear cabinet can provide the required volume in order to accommodate a plurality of electrical and electronic components of the packaging machine. On the other hand, as shown in the two aforementioned documents, switch cabinets are used in conventional packaging machines for supporting upper film rolls and for fixing upper film transport sections with different guide rollers.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the invention is to improve a stretch film packaging machine in terms of its operability in a manner that is as cost-effective as possible.
This object is achieved by a stretch film wrapping machine having the following features. Advantageous developments of the invention are given in further preferred embodiments.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by: there is provided a stretch film wrapping machine including: a forming station for drawing the grooves in the base film; a filling section for filling the recess with a product; a sealing station for sealing the groove; a chain guide for guiding a conveyor chain for the carrier film; side guards and a switch cabinet for housing electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film wrapping machine,
it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the upper edge of the switch cabinet is located at the height of the upper edge of the side shield or at a height lower than the upper edge of the side shield.
Preferably, the upper edge of the switchgear cabinet is located at a height of a lower edge of the side guards or at a height lower than the lower edge of the side guards.
Preferably, the upper edge of the switchgear cabinet is located at a height of maximum 100cm above a reference plane.
Preferably, the upper edge of the switchgear cabinet is located at a height of maximum 75cm above a reference plane.
Preferably, the upper edge of the switchgear cabinet is located at a height of at most 60cm above a reference plane.
Preferably, pneumatic components of the stretch film wrapping machine are accommodated in the switch cabinet in addition to electrical and/or electronic components.
The stretch film packaging machine according to the invention has a switch cabinet for accommodating at least electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film packaging machine. According to the utility model discloses, the last arris of cubical switchboard is located the high department of the last arris of stretch film packaging machine's side shield or is less than the last arris of side shield even. The upper edge of the switch cabinet is therefore significantly lower than in conventional stretch film packaging machines. This has the advantage, on the one hand, that the stretch film wrapping machine is more cost-effective, since less material is required for the switch cabinet. However, this has the major advantage that the machine set and the processing stations, for example the sealing station, of the stretch film wrapping machine, for example the sealing station or the cutting station, can be accessed considerably more easily. These stations and their tools can now be inspected, maintained, replaced and/or cleaned from both sides of the stretch film wrapping machine, if necessary.
In view of the above-mentioned advantages, it is particularly advantageous if the upper edge of the switch cabinet is even lower, i.e. at the level of or even lower than the lower edge of the side screen. In such an embodiment, it is even conceivable to arrange a part of the switch cabinet directly below the side guards, or even directly below the chain guide of the stretch film wrapping machine, in order to make the wrapping machine more compact overall.
Preferably, the upper edge of the switch cabinet is located at a height of maximum 100cm, preferably maximum 75cm, most preferably maximum 60cm above a reference surface, which may be a standing surface for the stretch film wrapping machine or a floor surface, for example a factory hall. Such a height of the switchgear cabinet allows easy access to the machine set or processing station of the packaging machine located behind the switchgear cabinet.
In a variant of the invention, it is conceivable that pneumatic components of the stretch film packaging machine, for example valves or throttle valves for compressed air or protective gas, are accommodated in the switch cabinet in addition to the electrical and/or electronic components.
The switch cabinet may have a width of between 0.15 and 0.45m3The volume in between. It can be advantageous if a distance of at least 120mm, preferably at least 150mm, is present between the mounting surface of the stretch film wrapping machine and the lower edge or lower surface of the switch cabinet, in order to be able to clean this area well.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an intermittently operating stretch film wrapping machine 1 according to the present invention. The stretch film wrapping machine 1 has a forming station 2, a sealing station 3, a transverse cutting device 4, and a longitudinal cutting device 5, which are arranged in this order on a frame 6 in a conveying direction R. On the input side, a supply roll 7 is arranged on the machine frame 6, from which a carrier film 8 is drawn off. The stretch film wrapping machine 1 furthermore has a conveyor chain 11, which grips the carrier film 8, in particular a conveyor chain or gripper chain 11 arranged on both sides, and which conveys the carrier film 8 further in the conveying direction R in each main operating cycle.
In the embodiment shown, the shaping station 2 is designed as a stretching station, in which grooves are formed in the carrier film 8 by stretching, for example by means of compressed air and/or vacuum. The forming station 2 can be designed such that a plurality of recesses are formed next to one another in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction R. After the shaping station 2 in the conveying direction R, a filling section 12 is provided, in which filling section 12 the recesses formed in the carrier film 8 are filled with the product.
The sealing station 3 has a sealably closed chamber 3a in which the atmosphere in the recess can be evacuated and/or replaced by a degassing by means of exchange gas or by means of a gas mixture, for example, before sealing by means of the upper film 10 output from the upper film receptacle 9.
The transverse cutting device 4 may be configured as a blanking machine which severs the bottom film 8 and the top film 10 between adjacent recesses in a direction transverse to the conveying direction R. The transverse cutting device 4 is operated in such a way that the carrier film 8 is not cut over the entire width, but at least in the edge regions.
The longitudinal cutting device 5 can be configured as a knife device, by means of which the base film 8 and the upper film 10 are cut off between adjacent recesses and at the side edges of the base film 8 in the conveying direction R, so that separated packages are present after the longitudinal cutting device 5.
The right and left conveying chains 11, 11 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 that grasp the film 8 on both sides are respectively guided in chain guides 13. The chain guides 13 are each protected to the outside by a side wall 14 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 and are optionally fastened to the side wall 14. The side dams 14 may be plate members.
Further, the stretch film wrapping machine 1 has a control section 19. The task is to control and monitor the processes taking place in stretch film wrapping machine 1. A display device 20 with operating elements 21 is used to display or influence the process sequence in the stretch film wrapping machine 1 to or by an operator.
Central electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film wrapping machine 1, for example, connections to an external power source, are arranged in the switch cabinet 22. The side of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 facing the viewer in fig. 1 is an operating side B, on which an operator is located in order to actuate the operating elements 21 or, if appropriate, to fill the packaging pockets along the filling section 12. The switch cabinet 22 is disposed on the side of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 opposite the operation side B.
Fig. 2 shows the stretch film wrapping machine 1 from the side opposite the operation side B in a side view. The side guards 14 have upper edges 14a and lower edges 14 b. The upper edge 14a of the side baffle 14 can be located, for example, several centimeters above the plane in which the carrier film 8 is conveyed.
The switch cabinet 22 has an upper edge 22a and a lower edge 22b, which correspond to the highest and lowest points of the switch cabinet 22. As can be seen particularly clearly in fig. 2, the upper edge 22a of the switch cabinet 22 is lower than the upper edge 14a of the side panel 14, and in the exemplary embodiment shown is even slightly lower than the lower edge 14b of the side panel 14. The height H of the upper edge 22a of the switch cabinet 22 is at most 100cm, preferably at most 75cm and better still at most 60cm, relative to a reference surface 23, for example a resting surface on which the stretch film wrapping machine 1 rests. The lower edge 22b of the switch cabinet 22 is at a distance h of at least 10cm, for example at least 15cm, from the reference surface 23.
In general, the switch cabinet 22 may have, for example, 0.1m3To 0.45m3For example having a height H1 of 50 to 60 cm.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 on the side opposite to the operation side B. It can be seen particularly clearly here that the switch cabinet 22 is substantially rectangular. It is also shown that, in addition to the electrical and/or electronic components 24, 25, pneumatic components 26 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 can be accommodated in the switch cabinet 22.
