Abstract
The invention relates to an isolated partition type grid conveying system capable of effectively preventing non-clean zone strains from entering a clean zone through a conveying belt. The isolated partition type grid conveying system comprises a clean area, an unclean area and a grid conveying device, and is characterized in that: the grid conveying device comprises a clean area grid conveying device positioned in the clean area and an unclean area grid conveying device positioned in the unclean area, wherein the position of the clean area grid conveying device is higher than that of the unclean area grid conveying device, and the front end of the clean area grid conveying device is connected with the rear end of the unclean area grid conveying device through an inclined slideway. According to the partition type grid conveying system, independent grid conveying devices are respectively arranged in the clean area and the unclean area, the transition of materials is realized by utilizing the height difference of the two grid conveying devices, the bacteria in the unclean area are prevented from entering the clean area through the conveying belt, and the bacteria in the unclean area are prevented from entering the clean area through air pressure difference.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a grid conveying system, in particular to a grid conveying system for conveying medicine plates, which is provided with a clean area and a non-clean area.
Background
The blister packaging machine generally comprises a blister machine and a boxing machine, wherein the blister machine is used for forming and packaging the blister of the medicine plate, and the boxing machine is used for boxing the blister of the medicine plate. After the blister boards are packaged, the blister boards are conveyed to the front through a grid conveying system, and then the blister boards on the grid conveying system are transferred to a feeding grid of the boxing machine through a mechanical arm. The inner side diaphragm which can be moved and adjusted left and right is arranged on the inner side housing, and the outer side diaphragm which can be moved and adjusted left and right is arranged on the outer side housing.
According to the isolated partition type grid conveying system provided by the invention, the independent grid conveying devices are respectively arranged in the clean area and the unclean area, the transition of materials is realized by utilizing the height difference of the two grid conveying devices, the bacteria in the unclean area is prevented from entering the clean area through the conveying belt, and then the air pressure difference is utilized to prevent the bacteria in the unclean area from entering the clean area through the air, so that the problem that the bacteria in the unclean area enter the clean area is thoroughly solved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the partition type grid conveying system comprises a clean area C, a non-clean area D and a grid conveying device, wherein the clean area C and the non-clean area D are all surrounded by a glass outer wall, and only the clean area C is of a closed structure and is strictly forbidden to be opened, so that the requirement on the index of the strain content in the air is higher, and no bacteria enter when a bubble cap plate is filled with capsules, so that the international sanitary standard for medicine packaging is met.
The existing grid conveying system is an independent system and penetrates through the clean zone C and the unclean zone D, and the sterile environment of the clean zone C is ensured only through the pressure difference, however, as described in the background art, the independent grid conveying system can also bring strains from the unclean zone D to the clean zone C through a grid conveying belt thereof, so that pollution is caused to the clean zone C. In order to solve the problem, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the grating conveyor of the present invention comprises a clean zone grating conveyor 1 located in a clean zone C and an unclean zone grating conveyor 2 located in an unclean zone D, such that the clean zone grating conveyor 1 is located only in the clean zone C and the unclean zone grating conveyor 2 is located only in the unclean zone D, both of which are conveyed by separate grating conveyor belts, and are not affected by each other; in order to realize the conveying connection of the two, the position of the clean area grating conveying device 1 is higher than that of the unclean area grating conveying device 2, and the front end of the clean area grating conveying device 1 and the rear end of the unclean area grating conveying device 2 are connected through an inclined slideway 3; the bubble plate is conveyed from the clean area grating conveying device 1 and slides to the unclean area grating conveying device 2 through the inclined slideway 3, so that the conveying connection of the bubble plate and the unclean area grating conveying device is realized; of course, in the clean zone C and the unclean zone D separated by the partition wall 4, the partition wall 4 has a window 40, and the inclined slide 3 passes through the window 40 (the partition wall 4 is disposed at this position to minimize the window 40 and minimize the possibility of the strain entering the clean zone through the window 40, and at the same time, the partition wall 4 does not interfere with the two side grid conveyors, so that the two side grid conveyors are more convenient to install and maintain). By the structure, the non-clean zone D strain can be prevented from entering the clean zone C through the conveying belt; in addition, the air pressure of the clean zone C is higher than that of the unclean zone D, and the unclean zone D strain is prevented from entering the clean zone C through air by the air pressure difference, so that the problem that the unclean zone strain enters the clean zone is thoroughly solved.
In order to realize sampling inspection, a reflux guide channel 5 is arranged in front of a non-clean area grating conveying device 2, a reflux conveying belt 6 is arranged below the reflux guide channel 5, and a sampling collecting barrel 60 is arranged at the discharge end of the reflux conveying belt 6. In general, the blister board on the unclean area grid conveying device 2 is transferred to a feeding grid of a boxing machine through a manipulator, and then boxing is carried out; when the sampling inspection is needed to be carried out on the bubble cap plate, the mechanical arm stops the suction plate, the bubble cap plate is continuously conveyed forwards, falls down when reaching the rear end, then falls onto the reflux conveying belt 6 through the reflux guide channel 5, and finally is conveyed into the sampling collection barrel 60 through the reflux conveying belt 6, so that the sampling inspection can be carried out from the sampling collection barrel 60. The reflux spot check delivery system has two functions: firstly, leak detection and inspection of the tightness of the bubble cap plate are realized in a non-clean area D; secondly, supply the feeding system to carry out the bubble board, two purposes are achieved, the sampling collecting barrel 60 is arranged beside the feeding system, the bubble board can be tidied at any time to carry out feeding to a material warehouse of the feeding system, equipment shutdown caused by feeding bubble boards is avoided, and the full-servo high-speed bubble-cap boxing all-in-one machine can realize the improvement of production benefits to the greatest extent.
In order to improve the conveying efficiency, a typical grid conveying device has a plurality of conveying channels (the number of conveying channels of the clean area grid conveying device 1 is the same as that of the non-clean area grid conveying device 2), as shown in fig. 4 and 6, each conveying channel is composed of a grid conveying chain hook 24 (i.e. a grid conveying belt), a driving chain wheel and a driven chain wheel 23, the grid conveying chain hook 24 is wound on the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel 23, and the driving chain wheel is in transmission connection with the power source 7. The grille conveying chain hook 24 rotates by the driving of the power source 7, so that the bubble plate is driven to realize conveying.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the grid conveying device of the present invention has three conveying channels, wherein the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket of the inner conveying channel are both installed on the inner housing 20, the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket 23 of the middle conveying channel are both installed on the middle housing 21, and the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket of the outer conveying channel are both installed on the outer housing 22; in order to realize the adjustment of the width of a conveying channel so as to adapt to bubble plates with different widths, the invention is provided with an adjusting screw rod 26 on a middle housing 21, two ends of the adjusting screw rod 26 are respectively in threaded connection with an inner housing 20 and an outer housing 22, in addition, a left baffle mounting frame 25 and a right baffle mounting frame 25 which can be adjusted in a relative movement manner are arranged on the middle housing 21, a middle left baffle 210 and a middle right baffle 211 are arranged on the baffle mounting frame 25, and the middle conveying channel is positioned between the middle left baffle 210 and the middle right baffle 211. When the width of the three conveying channels needs to be adjusted, for example, the width needs to be lengthened, firstly, the distance between the two partition plate mounting frames 25 on the middle housing 21 is adjusted to be larger, so that the distance between the middle left partition plate 210 and the middle right partition plate 211 mounted on the middle housing is larger, and the width of the middle conveying channel is widened; then, the inner housing 20 and the outer housing 22 on the two sides are moved in opposite directions by rotating the adjusting screw 26 (which can be manually rotated or driven by the motor 8), so that the outer conveying channels of the inner conveying channels are widened; of course, the width of the conveying path is narrowed, also by the above-mentioned adjusting method. The adjusting method is simple to operate and can adapt to conveying of the bubble plates with different widths.
Finally, to fine tune the width of the conveying channels at two sides, the inner side diaphragm 200 capable of being moved and adjusted left and right is installed on the inner side housing 20, and the outer side diaphragm 220 capable of being moved and adjusted left and right is installed on the outer side housing 22. The inner side housing 20 and the outer side housing 22 can be adjusted at a larger distance, and the inner side partition 200 and the outer side partition 220 can be finely adjusted, so that the fine adjustment can be realized manually, and the adjustment is quite convenient.
