A space capable of receiving the arm of the user may be provided inside the arm massage part 1130, and the arm of the user may be massaged by the air bag, but is not limited thereto. Such arm massage parts 1130 may be disposed on one side and the other side of the body massage part 1100.
The shoulder massage part 1140 is capable of massaging the shoulder portion of the user. The shoulder massage part 1140 is curved to surround the user's shoulder, and the user's shoulder may be massaged by the air bag, but is not limited thereto. Such a shoulder massage part 1140 may be disposed at one side of the arm massage part 1130. The shoulder massaging part 1140 may be coupled to one side of the arm massaging part 1130 by the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 and may be rotatable.
The shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 can adjust the motion of the shoulder massaging part 1140. For example, the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 can adjust the angle of the shoulder massaging part 1140. Here, the angle of the shoulder massage part 1140 is only to the extent that the shoulder massage part 1140 and the arm massage part 1130 are arranged in parallel to each other and move forward or backward of the massage apparatus 1000. The angle of the shoulder massage part 1140 can be set based on the state in which the shoulder massage part 1140 is parallel to the arm massage part 1130.
The shoulder angle adjusting unit 1150 restricts the movement of the shoulder massage unit 1140 at a predetermined angle to the front or the rear of the massage apparatus 1000 based on the state where the shoulder massage unit 1140 is parallel to the arm massage unit 1130. The shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 is disposed between the arm massaging part 1130 and the shoulder massaging part 1140. One side of the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 is fixed to the arm massaging part 1130, and the other side is fixed to the shoulder massaging part 1140, thereby restricting the motion of the shoulder massaging part 1140. The massage device 1000 of an embodiment of the present invention can adjust the angle of the shoulder massage portion 1140 in accordance with the body shape of the user by the shoulder angle adjustment portion 1150.
FIG. 4A is a perspective view of the combination of the shoulder angle adjusting part and the shoulder massaging part according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4B is an exploded perspective view of the shoulder angle adjusting part and the shoulder massaging part according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 to 11 are views for explaining the structures of the shoulder angle adjusting part and the shoulder massaging part.
Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have at least one of the fixing bracket 100, the angle adjusting member 200, the ball 300, the elastic member 400, the rotating member 500, and the pressing member 600. In addition, the shoulder massage part 1140 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have at least one of the handle member 700 and the coupling bracket 800.
The fixing bracket 100 can fix the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 and the shoulder massaging part 1140 to the arm massaging part 1130. One side of the fixing bracket 100 may be connected to the arm massaging part 1130, and the other side may be connected to the angle adjusting member 200. Such a fixing bracket 100 may be disposed at one side of the arm massage portion 1130. More specifically, the fixing bracket 100 is disposed inside the arm massage portion 1130 such that the shoulder massage portion 1140 is disposed inside the arm massage portion 1130. The fixing bracket 100 may be coupled with the arm massage part 1130 by fastening means of a screw and a nut, a bolt and a nut, or a bolt and a pin, but the coupling method is not limited thereto. The fixing bracket 100 may be made of hard materials such as metal and plastic.
Referring to fig. 5, a fixing bracket 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have at least one of a fixing bracket body 110, a fixing bracket protrusion 120, and a ball fixing hole 130.
The fixing bracket body 110 may have one side connected to the arm massage part 1130 and the other side connected to the angle adjusting member 200. A fixing bracket protrusion 120 protruding to the other side contacting the angle adjusting member 200 may be formed at a part of the fixing bracket body 110. The fixing bracket protrusion 120 can be inserted into the inside of an angle adjusting member 200 described below. A hole 111 for coupling with the angle adjusting member 200 may be provided at the outside of the fixing bracket protrusion 120. In addition, a plurality of ball fixing holes 130 may be provided inside the fixing bracket protrusion 120.
The angle adjusting member 200 can restrict the motion of the shoulder massaging part 1140. The angle adjusting member 200 can limit the angle of action of the shoulder massaging part 1140. A plurality of adjustment member protrusions 230 may be provided inside the angle adjustment member 200, and the movement is restricted as the rotation member 500 described below is caught at the plurality of adjustment member protrusions 230. The angle of the rotation member 500 is restricted by the angle adjustment member 200, and since the rotation member 500 is combined with the shoulder massage part 1140, the angle of the shoulder massage part 1140 is also restricted at the same time. Such an angle adjusting member 200 may be disposed at one side of the fixing bracket 100, and in particular, may be disposed such that the fixing bracket protrusion 120 is inserted thereinto. The angle adjustment member 200 may be made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, etc.
Referring to fig. 6A and 6B, an angle adjustment member 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of an adjustment member body 210 and an adjustment member coupling portion 220.
The adjustment member body 210 may have a cylindrical shape with a hollow interior, for example, a cylindrical shape. As an example, the adjustment member body 210 may have at least one of an adjustment member protrusion 230 and an adjustment member step 240 inside thereof.
The adjustment member protrusion 230 can restrict the motion of the rotation member 500. The adjustment member protrusion 230 may be composed of a plurality of pieces, and is protrudingly formed at a predetermined interval inside the adjustment member body 210. The adjustment member protrusion 230 can restrict the motion of the rotation member 500 inserted inside the adjustment member body 210. The range in which the rotary member 500 can move is limited by the interval between the plurality of adjustment member protrusions 230, and the rotatable angle of the shoulder massage part 1140 combined with the rotary member 500 is also limited.
The adjustment member protrusion 230 may include, for example, a first adjustment member protrusion 231 and a second adjustment member protrusion 232 disposed at a predetermined interval from the first adjustment member protrusion 231. The rotation member 500 described below is rotatable only within a prescribed interval between the first regulation member protrusion 231 and the second regulation member protrusion 232. Therefore, the range in which the rotation member 500 can be operated can be restricted by setting the interval between the first adjustment member projection 231 and the second adjustment member projection 232, and the rotatable angle of the shoulder massage part 1140 can be restricted. The predetermined interval between the first and second adjustment member protrusions 231 and 232 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a 90-degree interval, based on the bottom surface of the adjustment member body 210 having 360 degrees, but is not limited thereto.
The regulation member step 240 can prevent the rotation member 500 from being separated to the region other than the regulation member protrusion 230 when the rotation member 500 is rotated between the plurality of regulation member protrusions 230. In addition, the adjustment member step 240 can function as a guide in the case where the rotation member 500 rotates inside the adjustment member body 210. Such an adjustment member step 240 may have the same thickness as the adjustment member protrusion 230.
An adjusting member coupling portion 220 protruding in a direction perpendicular to the adjusting member body 210 may be formed at one end of the adjusting member body 210. The adjustment member coupling portion 220 may be formed in a manner of surrounding one end of the adjustment member body 210. The adjusting member coupling portion 220 may have a coupling hole 221 at one side. The angle adjusting member 200 may be coupled to the fixing bracket 100 by fastening the coupling hole 221 of the adjusting member coupling part 220 with a screw and nut, a bolt and nut, or a bolt and pin to the hole 111 provided outside the fixing bracket protrusion 120, but the coupling method is not limited thereto.
The ball 300 can fix the shoulder massage part 1140 such that the shoulder massage part 1140 is not operated at an angle desired by the user. The ball 300 is inserted into the rotation member 500 and a portion may protrude toward the outside of the rotation member 500. In the case where one side portion of the ball 300 is inserted into the rotary member 500 to fix the shoulder massage part 1140 without any operation, the other side portion of the ball 300 may be inserted into the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100.
The diameter of the ball fixing hole 130 may be set to be smaller than the diameter of the ball 300. Therefore, the ball 300 as an example may be partially inserted into the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100, but may not pass through or be separated from the ball fixing hole 130. When the other side of the ball 300 is inserted into the ball fixing hole 130, the rotary member 500 is fixed without being rotated. Since the rotation member 500 is combined with the shoulder massage part 1140, when the other side portion of the ball 300 is inserted into the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100, the rotation member 500 is not rotated any more and the shoulder massage part 1140 can be fixed at an angle desired by the user.
On one hand, in a state that the other side portion of the ball 300 is inserted into the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100, if the user adjusts the angle of the shoulder massage part 1140, the other side portion of the ball 300 is escaped from the ball fixing hole 130, so that the shoulder massage part 1140 can act. When the shoulder massage part 1140 is operated, the other side of the ball 300 is engaged with the fixing bracket protrusion 120 of the fixing bracket 100 and inserted into the rotating member 500. Such a ball 300 may be made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, etc.
The elastic member 400 is inserted into the rotating member 500 to fix the ball 300 such that the ball 300 remains fixed in the fixed bracket 100. The elastic member 400 can prevent the ball 300 from being detached from the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100. More specifically, the elastic member 400 keeps one side portion of the ball 300 staying on the end of the rotation member 500 while being able to prevent the ball 300 from being detached from the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100 from the ball of the fixing bracket 100.
In addition, the elastic member 400 can prevent the ball 300 from being detached from the rotation member 500. When the shoulder massage part 1140 is operated, the ball 300 can be inserted into the rotary member 500, and at this time, the elastic member 400 can prevent the ball 300 from being separated to the outside of the rotary member 500. As shown in fig. 7, the diameter of the elastic member 400 may be set smaller than the diameter of the ball 300, but is not limited thereto. The elastic member 400 can continuously support the ball 300 to prevent the ball 300 from being detached. Such an elastic member 400 may be made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, etc., and may be constructed in a spring form, but is not limited thereto.
The rotating member 500 may actuate the shoulder massage part 1140. More specifically, the rotary member 500 rotates inside the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150, and one side is coupled with the shoulder massaging part 1140, so that the shoulder massaging part 1140 can be operated. The rotating member 500 may be inserted into the inside of the adjustment member body 210 of the angle adjustment member 200 to be rotatable inside the adjustment member body 210. The outer peripheral portion of the rotation member 500 is provided with a rotation frame protrusion 570 protrudingly formed, and the rotation member protrusion 570 may be caught to the adjustment member protrusion 230 in a case where the rotation member 500 is rotated inside the adjustment member body 210. The rotating member 500 can rotate along the adjustment member body 210 of the angle adjustment member 200, the action of which is restricted by the adjustment member protrusion 230 of the angle adjustment member 200. Such a rotation member 500 may be made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, etc.
Referring to fig. 8A and 8B, a rotary member 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a rotary member body 510 and a rotary member protrusion 570.
The rotating member body 510 can be inserted into the inside of the adjusting member body 210 of the angle adjusting member 200. The rotating member body 510 may have a shape that can rotate inside the adjusting member body 210, and may have a cylindrical shape, for example.
The rotating member body 510 may include at least one of a rotating member groove 520, a member insertion portion 530, a rotating member fastening portion 540, a rotating member fixing portion 550, and a rotating member coupling groove 560.
A rotating member groove 520 may be provided inside the rotating member body 510. The rotation member groove 520 may be formed in a shape of a recess inside one side of the rotation member body 510. A pressing member 600, which will be described later, may be inserted into the rotating member groove 520.
Ball 300 and elastic member 400 may be inserted into member insertion portion 530. The member insertion part 530 may be formed to penetrate the rotating member body 510 and be protrudingly formed inside the rotating member groove 520. One end of the member insertion part 530 is disposed inside the rotating member groove 520, and the other end is disposed at the other end of the rotating member body 510. The member insertion part 530 is provided such that one end thereof protrudes into the rotating member groove 520, but is not limited thereto.
The member insertion part 530 may have a cylindrical shape with a hollow inside and may be formed such that the size of the diameter of one end is different from the size of the diameter of the ball 300. One end of the member insertion part 530 may be formed to have a smaller diameter than the ball 300. Therefore, the ball 300 inserted into the member insertion portion 530 does not come off the other end of the member insertion portion 530, and a part of the ball may protrude outward of the rotation member 500 in a state of being inserted into the rotation member 500.
The rotary member fastening part 540 can fasten the coupling bracket 800 of the shoulder massage part 1140 described below with the rotary member 500. One end of the rotating member fastening part 540 may be disposed in the rotating member groove 520, and the other end may be disposed at the other end of the rotating member body 510. One end of the rotary member fastening part 540 may be formed in a shape protruding inside the rotary member groove 520. The rotating member fastening part 540 may have a cylindrical shape with a hollow inside, but is not limited thereto. The rotary member 500 may be coupled to the coupling bracket 800 of the shoulder massage part 1140 by the rotary member fastening part 540 being fastened by a screw and nut, a bolt and nut, or a bolt and a pin, but the coupling method is not limited thereto.
The rotating member fixing portion 550 can fasten the pressing member 600 and the rotating member 500 described below. The rotation member fixing portion 550 may include at least one of a rotation member side fixing portion 551 and a rotation member center fixing hole 552.
One end of the rotating member side fixing portion 551 may be disposed at the rotating member groove 520, and the other end may be disposed at the other end of the rotating member body 510. One end of the rotating member side fixing portion 551 may be formed in a shape protruding inside the rotating member groove 520. The rotating member side fixing portion 551 may have a cylindrical shape with a hollow interior. The rotating member 500 may be coupled to the pressing member 600 by the rotating member side fixing portion 551 being fastened by a screw and nut, a bolt and nut, or a bolt and a pin, but the coupling method is not limited thereto.
The rotating member center part fixing hole 552 may be provided at the center part of the rotating member 500. One end of the rotating member center portion fixing hole 552 may be disposed in the rotating member groove 520 and the other end may be disposed at the other end of the rotating member body 510. The pressing member center portion protrusion 622 to which the pressing member 600 is fixed may be inserted into the rotating member center portion fixing hole 552.
The rotating member coupling groove 560 is a groove for coupling the handle member 700 of the shoulder massaging part 1140 described below and the rotating member 500. The rotation member coupling groove 560 may be provided at a side of the rotation member body 510. The rotation member coupling groove 560 may be formed along a side of the rotation member body 510. The rotation member coupling groove 560 may be formed from one end to the other end of the rotation member 500. The handle member protrusion 720 of the handle member 700 may be inserted and fixed in the rotating member coupling groove 560.
The rotation member protrusion 570 can restrict the motion of the rotation member 500. The rotation member protrusion 570 may be protrudingly provided at a side of the rotation member body 510. The rotation member protrusion 570 may be formed in a region of the side of the rotation member body 510 where the rotation member coupling groove 560 is not provided. When the rotation member 500 is inserted into the inside of the angle-adjusting member 200, the rotation member protrusions 570 may be disposed between the adjusting member protrusions 230 of the angle-adjusting member 200. In addition, when the rotating member 500 is inserted into the inside of the angle adjusting member 200, the rotating member protrusion 570 may be configured to be in contact with the adjusting member step 240. The rotating member protrusion 570 is rotatable inside the angle adjusting member 200 along the adjusting member step 240. The rotation member protrusion 570 stops rotating when it contacts the adjustment member protrusion 230 during the rotation inside the angle adjustment member 200. The rotating member protrusion 570 can only rotate between the plurality of angle-adjusting members 200.
The pressing member 600 can prevent the ball 300 and the elastic member 400 from being separated from the rotation member 500. For example, the diameter of one end of the member insertion part 530 of the rotary member 500 is formed smaller than the diameter of the ball 300 so that the ball 300 is not separated from the one end, but the ball 300 may be separated from the other end, and thus a member such as the elastic member 400 inserted together is required to prevent the member insertion part 530 from being separated outward. Therefore, by inserting the pressing member 600 into the rotary member 500, the ball 300 and the elastic member 400 can be prevented from being removed from the member insertion portion 530.
The pressing member 600 keeps a part of the ball 300 inserted into the rotary member 500 in a state of protruding to the outside of the rotary member 500. For example, when the user actuates the shoulder massage parts 1140 in order to adjust the angle of the shoulder massage parts 1140, the other side portions of the balls 300 are brought into contact with the fixed bracket protrusions 120 of the fixed bracket 100 and inserted into the rotating member 500. At this time, if the shoulder massage part 1140 is continuously operated, the other side of the ball 300 is protruded to the outside of the rotary member 500 and is inserted into the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100. In this way, in order to insert the other side portion of the ball 300 into the rotation member 500 and then extend the ball out of the rotation member 500, the elastic force of the elastic member 400 that continuously supports the ball 300 is required, and the pressing member 600 can exert a function of pressing the elastic member 400 to continuously support the ball 300. Therefore, by coupling the pressing member 600 to the rotary member 500 and pressing the elastic member 400, the state in which the ball 300 is protruded to the outside of the rotary member 500 can be maintained. Such a pressing member 600 may be made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, etc.
Referring to fig. 9A and 9B, a pressing member 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a pressing member body 610 and a pressing member protrusion 630.
The pressing member body 610 may be formed in a columnar or thin plate shape. The pressing member body 610 may be provided with a pressing member fixing portion 620 for coupling with the rotary member 500. The pressing member fixing portion may include at least one of a pressing member side fixing hole 621 and a pressing member center portion protrusion 622.
The pressing member side fixing hole 621 can be coupled to a rotating member side fixing portion 551 provided at the rotating member 500. The rotating member 500 may be coupled to the pressing member 600 by fastening the rotating member side fixing portion 551 to the pressing member side fixing hole 621 by a screw and nut, a bolt and nut, or a bolt and a pin, but the coupling method is not limited thereto.
The pressing member center portion protrusion 622 can be combined with a rotating member center portion fixing hole 552 provided at the rotating member 500. The pressing member center portion protrusion 622 may be protrudingly provided at a lower portion of the center portion of the pressing member 600.
The pressing member protrusion 630 can prevent the ball 300 and the elastic member from being separated from the rotation member 500. In addition, the pressing member protrusion 630 can keep a part of the ball 300 inserted into the rotary member 500 in a state of protruding to the outside of the rotary member 500. Such a pressing member protrusion 630 may be protrudingly formed at a lower portion of the pressing member body 610 and may be inserted into the member insertion portion 530 of the rotary member 500.
The handle member 700 functions as a handle when the user adjusts the angle of the shoulder massage part 1140. Since the handle member 700 is coupled to the rotation member 500, when the user operates the handle member 700, the rotation member 500 rotates. Such a handle member 700 may be made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, etc.
Referring to fig. 10A and 10B, a handle member 700 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a handle member body 710, a handle member protrusion 720, and a handle member protrusion 730.
The handle member body 710 may be configured in a thin plate shape. The handle member body 710 may have a shape to surround the user's shoulder. The handle member body 710 may be formed of one side facing the fixing bracket and the other side facing the coupling bracket 800. The handle member body 710 may be provided with a through hole for inserting the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150.
A handle member protrusion 720 may be formed on the handle member body 710 inward of the through hole. The handle member protrusion 720 may be slidably coupled with the rotation member coupling groove 560 of the rotation member 500. Therefore, when the user operates the handle member 700, the rotation member 500 rotates.
The handle member protrusion 730 may be formed at the other side of the handle member body 710 facing the coupling bracket 800. The handle member protrusion enables a coupling bracket 800, which will be described below, to be coupled with the handle member 700.
The coupling bracket 800 can couple the handle member 700 to the airbag disposed in the shoulder massage portion 1140. The connecting bracket 800 may be made of hard materials such as metal and plastic.
Referring to fig. 11, a combining bracket 800 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a thin plate shape. The binding bracket 800 may be shaped to encompass the user's shoulders. The coupling bracket 800 may have a shape similar to the handle member body. The coupling bracket 800 may be formed with one side facing the handle member 700 and the other side facing the airbag. For example, the coupling bracket 800 may include at least one of the coupling bracket through hole 810 and the coupling bracket coupling hole 820.
The coupling bracket penetration hole 810 may be provided at a central portion of the coupling bracket 800. The coupling bracket through hole 810 can be coupled with the rotating member fastening part of the rotating member 500. The coupling bracket 800 is coupled to the rotation member fastening part 540 and the coupling bracket through-hole 810 of the rotation member 500 by fastening means of a screw and a nut, a bolt and a nut, or a bolt and a pin, but the coupling method is not limited thereto.
The coupling bracket coupling hole 820 may be formed to face the handle member protrusion 730 of the handle member 700. The coupling bracket coupling hole 820 is coupled to the handle member protrusion 730, thereby enabling the coupling bracket 800 to be coupled to the handle member 700.
Fig. 12A and 12B are views for explaining an operation state of the shoulder angle adjusting part according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 12A, an initial state of the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As for the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 in the initial state, the pressing member 600 presses the elastic member 400, the elastic member 400 presses the ball 300, and the ball 300 is inserted into the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100.
Referring to fig. 12B, a rotation state of the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. When the user rotates the shoulder massage part 1140 to one side, the fixing bracket 100 presses the ball 300 and the elastic member 400 is compressed, and the ball 300 is released from the ball fixing hole 130 of the fixing bracket 100. Accordingly, as the ball 300 is removed from the ball fixing hole 130, the shoulder angle adjusting part 1150 rotates, and the shoulder massaging part 1140 also rotates.
