In the body massage assembly 3000 of an embodiment of the present invention, the second assembly frame 200 and the first assembly frame 100 perform the rotation motion respectively, so that the flapping motion can be performed, and the flapping massage function can be provided to the user. The tapping massage function can have fascia-relieving effects such as blood circulation, wrinkle alleviation, and edema reduction, and can have a psychological stabilization effect and a lactic acid decomposition effect.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a massage unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing the massage unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a massage unit 3200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a first assembly frame 100, a second assembly frame 200, a frame guide 300, a frame actuator 400, a rotating shaft 500, and a ball member 600.
The first and second assembly frames 100 and 200 may be provided at the first and second massage members 150 and 250, respectively, capable of providing a tapping motion to a user. The first and second module frames 100 and 200 formed separately from each other may be disposed to contact each other at one side by the frame guide 300.
The second assembly frame 200 of one example is operable separately from the first assembly frame 100. The second assembly frame 200 is moveable by a frame actuator 400. The second assembly frame 200 of one example may receive power of the frame actuator 400 through the rotating shaft lever 500 and the ball member 600.
The ball holder 210 may be provided at the inner side of the example second assembly frame 200, and the ball member 600 is inserted into the ball holder 210 so as to be able to receive power. When the ball member 600 moves the second module frame 200, the second module frame 200 of one example can perform a motion of slapping the body of the user while performing a vertical rotation motion.
The frame guide 300 can fix the first and second module frames 100 and 200. The first and second module frames 100 and 200 may be inserted inside the frame guide 300 of one example. The frame guide 300 may fix the first and second assembly frames 100 and 200, which are separately formed, to prevent them from being separated and, at the same time, may move them. The frame guide 300 of one example may serve as a rotation axis when the second module frame 200 is rotated.
The frame actuator 400 can provide power to move the second assembly frame 200. The frame actuator 400 can rotate the rotation shaft 500, and the rotation shaft 500 can rotate the ball member 600. The ball head member 600 is inserted into the ball holder 210 of the second assembly frame 200, thereby enabling the second assembly frame 200 to move. One example of the frame actuator 400 may include, but is not limited to, a motor, a linear motor, an electric motor, a DC motor, an AC motor, a linear actuator, an electric actuator, and the like.
The rotating shaft 500 receives power from the frame actuator 400, thereby enabling the ball member 600 to rotate. The rotating shaft 500 may serve as a rotation axis when the ball member 600 is rotationally moved. The rotating shaft 500 of an embodiment of the present invention may be provided with an eccentric rotating shaft. The eccentric rotation shaft may be inserted into the ball member 600 to enable the ball member 600 to perform a circular motion.
The ball member 600 can transmit power from the rotating shaft 500 to the second assembly frame 200. The ball member 600 may have one end connected with the rotation shaft 500 and the other end connected with the second assembly frame 200. Specifically, one end of the ball member 600 may be connected with the eccentric rotation shaft of the rotation shaft 500. In addition, the other end of the ball head member 600 may be inserted into the ball holder 210 of the second assembly frame 200. The ball member 600 may perform a circular motion using an eccentric rotation shaft and also transmit a force to the second assembly frame 200 provided with the ball holder 210 to perform a circular motion.
However, the second module frame 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention does not perform a circular motion by the frame guide 300 like the ball head member 600, but performs an operation of flapping the body of the user while performing a vertical rotational motion with the frame guide 300 as a center axis.
As described above, in the massage apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the second module frame 200 and the first module frame 100 are rotated, the tapping motion can be performed, and the tapping massage function can be performed for the user.
Fig. 8 is a view showing a side frame of the massage unit according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a partially exploded perspective view showing the massage unit according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a massage unit 3200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a first assembly frame 100, a second assembly frame 200, a frame guide 300, a frame actuator 400, a rotating shaft 500, a ball member 600, and a bearing 700.
The first and second module frames 100 and 200 of one example may be disposed at the left and right sides of the massage unit 3200, respectively, but are only illustrated at one side (e.g., the left side) in fig. 8 and 9.
The first and second massage members 150 and 250 may be provided at the first and second assembly frames 100 and 200, respectively, to provide a user with a tapping motion. The first and second module frames 100 and 200 separately formed may be disposed to contact each other at one side by the frame guide 300.
The second assembly frame 200 of one example is operable separately from the first assembly frame 100. The second assembly frame 200 may be acted upon by a frame actuator 400. The second assembly frame 200 of one example may receive power of the frame actuator 400 through the rotating shaft lever 500 and the ball member 600. The second assembly frame 200 may perform a rotational motion with the frame guide 300 as a rotational axis.
A ball retainer 210 may be provided at an inner side of one example of the second assembly frame 200. The ball holder 210 connects the ball member 600 and the second assembly frame 200, and can prevent the ball joint portion 620 from being detached. The ball member 600 may be inserted into the interior of the ball holder 210, and the second assembly frame 200 may receive power of the ball member 600 through the ball holder 210.
The ball head member 600 may be inserted into the ball holder 210 so as not to be detached. Specifically, the ball joint portion 620 of the ball head member 600 may be inserted into the ball holder 210, and the ball holder 210 can prevent the ball joint portion 620 from being detached.
The ball holder 210 may be fixed to the second assembly frame 200 by means of a plurality of fixing screws, but the fixing method is not limited thereto. In fig. 8, the second assembly frame 200 (left side) to which the ball holder 210 is fixed and the second assembly frame 200 (right side) from which the ball holder 210 is omitted are shown at the same time. The ball holder 210 may be provided with a holder hole 210h, and the ball head member 600 may be inserted into the holder hole 210 h. When the ball member 600 moves the second module frame 200, the second module frame 200 of the example can perform a motion of flapping the body of the user while performing a vertical rotation motion.
The frame guide 300 can fix the first and second module frames 100 and 200. The first and second module frames 100 and 200 may be inserted inside the frame guide 300 of one example. The frame guide 300 fixes the first and second module frames 100 and 200, which are separately formed, to prevent them from being separated while allowing them to move. The frame guide 300 of one example may serve as a rotation axis when the second module frame 200 is rotated. The frame guide 300 is illustrated in more detail in fig. 10.
More specifically, frame actuator 400 may rotate rotating shaft 500 via belt member 410 and pulley member 420. The frame actuator 400 is connected with the belt member 410, and the pulley member 420 may be embedded in the belt member 410 to transmit power. The rotating shaft 500 is fitted into the pulley member 420, and the rotating shaft 500 can be rotated. At this time, the shaft body 510 may be inserted into the pulley member 420.
The rotating shaft 500 may receive power from the frame actuator 400, thereby enabling the ball member 600 to rotate. The rotating shaft 500 may serve as a rotation axis when the ball member 600 is rotationally moved. Referring to fig. 9, a rotating shaft 500 of an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a shaft body 510 and an eccentric rotating shaft 520.
The shaft body 510 may transmit power to the ball member 600 through the pulley member 420. The shaft body 510 of one example may have a cylindrical shape, but is not limited thereto.
The eccentric rotation shaft 520 may make the ball member 600 perform a circular motion. One example of the eccentric rotation shaft 520 may be provided at an end (e.g., a bottom surface) of the shaft body 510. The eccentric rotary shaft 520 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be disposed at an eccentric portion of an eccentric center, not at a side center portion of the shaft body 510. Accordingly, when the shaft body 510 rotates, the eccentric rotation shaft 520 may perform a circumferential rotation rather than a rotation in place.
In one aspect, the eccentric rotary shaft 520 is embedded in a bearing 700, and the bearing 700 is inserted into the ball member 600. Referring to fig. 9, a bearing 700 is inserted into the ball member 600, and an eccentric rotary shaft 520 may be inserted into a through hole of the bearing 700.
The ball member 600 may transmit power received from the eccentric rotation shaft 520 of the rotation shaft 500 to the second assembly frame 200. One end of the ball member 600 may be connected with the rotation shaft 500 and the other end may be connected with the second assembly frame 200. More specifically, one end of the ball head member 600 may be connected with the eccentric rotary shaft 520, and the other end may be inserted into the ball holder 210.
The ball member 600 may perform a circular motion with the eccentric rotation shaft 520 as a rotation shaft, and may also transmit power to the second assembly frame 200 provided with the ball holder 210 to perform a circular motion. However, the second assembly frame 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention does not perform a circular motion by the frame guide 300 like the ball member 600, but performs a vertical rotational motion with the frame guide 300 as a central axis to perform a motion of beating the body of the user.
Such a ball head member 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a joint portion 610 and a ball joint portion 620.
Joint 610 may connect rotating shaft 500 and ball joint 620. The rotating shaft 500 may be inserted into the inside of the joint part 610 together with the bearing 700. Specifically, the eccentric rotary shaft 520 may be fitted into the joint portion 610 through the bearing 700. The ball joint portion 620 may be embedded into the exterior of the joint portion 610.
The ball joint part 620 may transmit the movement of the eccentric rotation shaft 520 to the second assembly frame 200 through the ball holder 210. The first end 621 of the ball joint part 620 may be connected with the joint part 610, and the second end 622 may be connected with the second assembly frame 200 through the ball holder 210. The second end 622 may be inserted into the interior of the ball retainer 210 through the retainer hole 210 h. The second end 622 of one example may be formed in a spherical shape, but is not limited thereto.
To reduce friction, at least one bearing 700 may be provided on the rotating shaft 500. The bearing 700 of one example is inserted into the joint portion 610 of the ball member 600, and the eccentric shaft 520 is inserted into the bearing 700.
As described above, in the massage apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the second module frame 200 and the first module frame 100 are rotated, respectively, the beating motion can be performed and the massage function can be provided to the user.
Fig. 10 is a view showing a frame guide according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 10, the frame guide 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a frame insertion groove 310h, a bushing insertion groove 320h, and a bushing member 320.
The first and second assembly frames 100 and 200 may be inserted into the frame insertion groove 310 h. The frame insertion groove 310h may be provided at one end of the frame guide 300.
The bushing member 320 may be inserted into the bushing insertion groove 320 h. The bushing insertion groove 320h may be provided at a side of the frame guide 300. In order to prevent the first and second assembly frames 100 and 200 from being separated from the frame guide 300, the bushing member 320 may be inserted into the bushing insertion groove 320 h. At this time, the bushing member 320 may be inserted into the bushing insertion groove 320h so as to penetrate the first and second assembly frames 100 and 200.
The bush member 320 is inserted into the bush insertion groove 320h so that the second assembly frame 200 can perform a rotational movement and can be prevented from being detached. The second assembly frame 200 may perform a rotational motion with the frame guide 300 as a rotational axis, and more particularly, may perform a rotational motion with the bushing member 320 as a rotational axis.
The bushing member 320 may include: a side guide 321 for guiding sides of the first and second component frames 100 and 200; and a circular penetration portion 322 protruding from the side guide portion 321 and penetrating the first and second assembly frames 100 and 200, but not limited thereto. The second assembly frame 200 is inserted into the circular penetration portion 322 so as to be capable of rotational movement.
