A plurality of trough portions and a plurality of ridge portions are provided on the rack hinge portion 230. At this time, the trough and ridge portions provided at the rack hinge portion 230 may be provided at the same interval as the trough and ridge portions provided at the rack 200. Accordingly, the body massage assembly 1350 can move between the hip rack 210 and the back rack 220 by the rack hinge part 230.
Specifically, the rack-hinge part 230 may be rotated, and as the rack-hinge part 230 is rotated, an angle between the hip rack bar 210 coupled to one side of the rack-hinge part 230 and the back rack bar 220 coupled to the other side may be adjusted. At this time, the body massage unit 1350 which moves by engaging with the rack 200 can move by engaging with the valley portion and the ridge portion provided in the rack hinge portion 230 even if the angle between the hip rack 210 and the back rack 220 is changed and the angle of the portion where the hip rack 210 and the back rack 220 face each other is changed.
A detailed description of the structure of the rack hinge part 230 will be described later in fig. 7.
The frame connection part 300 can guide the angle change between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120. When the angle of the hip frame 110 or the back frame 120 is changed, the frame connection part 300 can guide the angle change, so that the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 can move freely and the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 are prevented from being separated by a predetermined interval or more.
The frame connecting portion 300 can connect the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120, which are provided at a distance from each other. The frame connection part 300 may have one side coupled to the hip frame 110 and the other side coupled to the back frame 120. An elliptical hole may be formed in the long hole bracket 310. One end of the connection rod 330 may be inserted into the hole, and the connection rod 330 may move according to the shape of the hole. At this time, the connecting rod 330 can move within the length range of the major axis of the elliptical hole.
The rotating bracket 320 may fix the connecting rod 330 such that the connecting rod 330 rotates without being disengaged. An exemplary swivel bracket 320 may be disposed at least one end of the back frame 120. The rotating bracket 320 may have a disk shape as an example. The connecting rod 330 has one end fixed to the eccentric of the rotating bracket 320 and rotates about the eccentric. In adjusting the angle of the back frame 120, the end of the connecting rod 330 fixed to the rotating bracket 320 can be rotated according to the angle change of the back frame 120.
The connecting rod 330 can connect the long hole bracket 310 and the rotating bracket 320. The connection rod 330 may have one end coupled to the long hole bracket 310 and the other end coupled to the rotation bracket 320. When the angle of the back frame 120 to the ground increases or decreases, one end of the connection rod 330 connected to the long hole bracket 310 moves in a linear motion and the other end of the connection rod 330 connected to the rotation bracket 320 moves in a circular motion.
More specifically, one end of the connecting rod 330 connected to the long hole bracket 310 performs a linear motion along the long axis of the hole formed in the long hole bracket 310, and at the same time, the other end of the connecting rod 330 connected to the rotating bracket 320 is eccentrically rotatable.
The sliding hinge part 400 can prevent the body massage assembly 1350 from being separated from between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120. In addition, the slide hinge part 400 can guide the angle change between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120, and can connect the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120. The sliding hinge part 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of the hinge sliders 410 and 420 and the hinge slider fixing member 430.

The hinge slider fixing members 410 and 420 may be disposed on the upper surface of the hip frame 110 and/or the back frame 120, and may be disposed to have a gap with the upper surface of the hip frame 110 and/or the back frame 120. The hinge sliders 430 may be inserted into the gaps formed between the hinge slider fixing members 410 and 420 and the upper surfaces of the hip frame 110 and/or the back frame 120. The hinge slider fixing members 410 and 420 may include at least one of a first hinge slider fixing member 410 disposed on the hip frame 110 and a second hinge slider fixing member 420 disposed on the back frame 120.
The hinge slide 430 can prevent the body massage assembly 1350 from being disengaged from between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120. More specifically, the body massage assembly 1350 may be guided to move by the grooves provided at the inner side of the body frame 100, however, the body massage assembly 1350 may be separated from the gap spaced between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120. Therefore, the upper frame 1330 according to an embodiment of the present invention can prevent the body massage assembly 1350 from being detached from the body frame 100 by disposing the hinge sliders 430 in the gaps between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120.
The hinge slider 430 may be inserted into the lower portion of the hinge slider fixing member 410, 420. The hinge sliders 430 may be inserted into or withdrawn from the lower portions of the hinge slider fixing members 410, 420 according to the movement of the hip frame 11 and the back frame 120. As the angle between the back frame 120 and the ground increases, the portion of the hinge slider 430 inserted into the lower portion of the hinge slider fixing member 410, 420 may increase.
The hinge slider 430 is provided at a center portion thereof, for example, with a hinge, and can be bent according to the angle adjustment between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120, and can prevent the body massage assembly 1350 from being detached from the body frame 100.
The body massage assembly 1350 of an embodiment of the present invention includes an assembly body 500, and the assembly body 500 may include at least one of a massage member 510, a rotation member 520, a rotation rod 525, and a pinion 530.

The pinion gear 530 may move along at least one of the hip rack gear 210, the back rack gear 220, and the rack hinge part 230.
More specifically, when the angle between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 is in the first angle range, the pinion 530 according to an embodiment of the present invention moves in a state of engaging with the upper surface of the hinge gear (refer to fig. 7) in the structure of the rack-and-pinion unit 230 in the first area range, and when the angle between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 is in the second angle range, the pinion 530 moves in a state of engaging with the hinge gear in the second area range, which is smaller than the first area range. Wherein the angle of the second angular range may be an angle smaller than the first angular range.
When the angle between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 is reduced, the distance between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 is shortened, the hinge gear of the rack hinge part 230 moves to the lower portions of the hip rack 210 and the back rack 220, and accordingly, the pinion gear 530 moves in a state where the area of meshing with the hinge gear is reduced.
As described above, the massage apparatus 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention can adjust the angle between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 by dividing the body frame 100 into the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 which are separated from each other. In addition, in the massage apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rack hinge part 230 is provided between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120, so that the body massage unit 1350 can be moved between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 even if the angle between the hip frame 110 and the back frame 120 is changed.
Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing a rack according to an embodiment of the present invention.
