背景技术
目前，建筑施工大都采用钢筋混凝土结构，因此在施工过程中需要采用浇筑方法进行施工。建筑模板是混凝土浇筑成形的模壳和支架，浇筑工艺中，建筑工人需将独立的模板进行固定组成封闭的模块才能进行浇筑。传统的建筑模块的固定一般采用U形卡扣或螺栓，采用这些连接固定件连接模板时拆装比较麻烦，费时费力，效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种建筑模板夹具，解决以上技术问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种建筑模板夹具，包括夹具主体、固定设置在夹具主体前端的固定夹体、滑动设置在夹具主体上与固定夹体相配合的滑动夹体和插销；所述夹具主体整体呈方形空心管状，其顶面上设置有若干条凸齿形成齿条，其顶面两侧边处沿其长度方向分别设置有凸棱；所述固定夹体包括两个夹爪，所述的两个夹爪对称设置在夹具主体的两侧；所述滑动夹体的截面呈U型，包括两个与夹爪一一对应的夹臂，两个夹臂的内侧分别设置有凸柱，所述的凸柱与凸棱相配合避免滑动夹体与夹具主体脱离；所述凸柱上方的夹臂上开设有与插销相匹配的插孔；所述插销的底面上设置有与齿条相啮合的斜齿；所述夹爪与夹臂的底端分别设置有内向的夹头，所述的夹头分别与夹爪和夹臂为模具一体成型结构，且其上端面与待夹紧的模板边框型材相匹配。
优选的：所述夹具主体两侧面的端部分别设置有挡件，所述的挡件与夹具主体为模具一体成型结构。
优选的：所述插销的一端设置有限位挡块。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例
参照图1-图5，本实施例所述的建筑模板夹具，包括夹具主体1、固定设置在夹具主体1前端的固定夹体、滑动设置在夹具主体1上与固定夹体相配合的滑动夹体2和插销3。所述的滑动夹体2与固定夹体之间的最大开合距离为150mm。其中：
所述夹具主体1整体呈方形空心管状，其顶面上设置有若干条凸齿形成齿条4，其顶面两侧边处沿其长度方向分别设置有凸棱5。
所述固定夹体包括两个夹爪6，所述的两个夹爪6对称设置在夹具主体1的两侧。
所述滑动夹体2的截面呈U型，包括两个与夹爪6一一对应的夹臂，两个夹臂的内侧分别设置有凸柱7，所述的凸柱7与凸棱5相配合避免滑动夹体2与夹具主体1脱离。所述凸柱7上方的夹臂上开设有与插销3相匹配的插孔。
所述插销3的底面上设置有与齿条4相啮合的斜齿8。所述插销3的一端设置有限位挡块11。
所述夹爪6与夹臂的底端分别设置有内向的夹头9，所述的夹头9分别与夹爪6和夹臂为模具一体成型结构，且其上端面与待夹紧的模板的型材相匹配。利用本实用新型所述的夹具夹紧两片模板时，夹头9的上端面与待夹紧的模板边框型材12相卡合，不仅将两片模板夹紧，同时使两片模板的连接处更平整，使得两片模板上的胶合板处于同一平面上，保证了墙面整体的平整度。
为了避免滑动夹体2从夹具主体1的两端滑脱，在所述夹具主体1两侧面的端部分别设置有挡件10，所述的挡件10与夹具主体1为模具一体成型结构。所述挡件10能够阻挡凸柱7从夹具主体1的端部滑出，进而阻挡滑动夹体2从夹具主体1的两端滑脱。
本实用新型的工作原理简述如下：
两片模板连接固定时，首先将固定夹体的两个夹爪6卡合在待夹紧的两片模板的其中一片模板上(夹爪6的夹头9与此模板的模板边框型材12相卡合)；再向夹具主体1前端方向移动滑动夹体2使滑动夹体2的两个夹臂卡合在另一片待夹紧的模板上(夹臂的夹头9与此模板的模板边框型材12相卡合)。此时，插入插销3对滑动夹体2进行锁紧固定。
拆卸时，抽出插销3解除对滑动夹体2的锁紧固定，向夹具主体1末端方向移动滑动夹体2，取下夹具实现两片模板之间的拆卸。
本实用新型用于模板的连接，拆装方便，省时省力，极大的提高了模板拼接的施工效率；此外，夹头的设置使两片模板的连接处更平整，保证了墙面整体的平整度。
