Abstract
一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,包括转子本体,转子本体在罗茨泵壳体内转动,转子本体的两端面为密封面,密封面与罗茨泵壳体内壁相啮合,密封面两侧均设置有转子刮槽腔,转子刮槽腔与密封面相靠近的一面设为刮刀面,刮刀面与密封面形成锐边,转子本体表面设置有导向面,导向面位于转子刮槽腔远离密封面的一侧。本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,通过刮刀面的作用使附着物能够被刮下来并汇聚到转子刮槽腔中;并且随着转子本体的旋转,颗粒物和粉尘会非常容易的掉落到泵的排气口外;从而实现了避免工艺气体中粉尘、凝固物和其他不可压缩的介质在泵壳壁上积累。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及罗茨转子技术领域,具体涉及一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子。
背景技术
罗茨是指泵内装有两个相反方向同步旋转的叶形转子,转子间、转子与泵壳内壁间有细小间隙而互不接触的一种变容机械旋转泵。罗茨泵的叶型转子的型线主要是以渐开线或者摆线为基础,在转子的外圆均是属于连续的圆弧,在旋转的过程中与泵壳壁都是以切线啮合。
因此泵壳壁上残留的粉尘、凝固物以及液滴等不可压缩的颗粒物与罗茨转子接触时,就像是轮胎滚过有粉尘积累的地面,原先松散的粉尘被碾压,从而越来越密实,附着在壳壁上越来越牢。因此当罗茨泵在抽吸带有粉尘、易凝固和有水汽的介质时,往往停机后,再次运行时,就会因为壳壁和转子之间间隙被坚固的附着物填死,阻力过大,造成卡死不能运行,在拆卸清洗过程中,发现附着物非常的坚硬和光滑,就是由于罗茨转子的线性是连续圆弧,切线啮合所形成的。
而且随着对科技发展,需要真空的工艺越来越多,需要处理的工艺气体介质也越来越复杂,经常会遇到含有大量粉尘、凝固物,不可压缩的介质,例如冶金精炼钢,制药、化工、半导体,多晶硅等。因此需要对现有传统的罗茨转子进行改进,使得满足现代化的工业需求。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,克服了现有技术的不足,设计合理,通过刮刀面的作用使附着物能够被刮下来并汇聚到转子刮槽腔中;并且随着转子本体的旋转,颗粒物和粉尘会非常容易的掉落到泵的排气口外;从而实现了避免工艺气体中粉尘、凝固物和其他不可压缩的介质在泵壳壁上积累。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,包括转子本体,所述转子本体在罗茨泵壳体内转动,所述转子本体的两端面为密封面,所述密封面与罗茨泵壳体内壁相啮合,所述密封面两侧均设置有转子刮槽腔,所述转子刮槽腔与密封面相靠近的一面设为刮刀面,所述刮刀面与密封面形成锐边,所述转子本体表面设置有导向面,所述导向面位于转子刮槽腔远离密封面的一侧。
优选地,所述刮刀面与转子刮槽腔底部为圆弧过渡。
优选地,所述转子刮槽腔的内表面呈抛物线结构。
优选地,相匹配的两个转子本体表面的导向面相啮合。
本实用新型提供了一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子。具备以下有益效果:当罗茨泵壳体内壁的附着物与转子刮槽腔侧面的刮刀面相接触时,由于在刮刀面与附着物相接触的位置和罗茨泵壳体内壁之间预留的间隙非常小,从而通过刮刀面的作用使附着物能够被刮下来并汇聚到转子刮槽腔中;并且随着转子本体的旋转,原先在转子刮槽腔中的附着物就会通过离心作用被抛出去,并掉落到两个转子本体表面相啮合的凹槽的位置,并随着转动,颗粒物和粉尘会非常容易的掉落到泵的排气口外;从而实现了避免工艺气体中粉尘、凝固物和其他不可压缩的介质在泵壳壁上积累。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型中的附图,对本实用新型中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图2所示,一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,包括转子本体1,转子本体1在罗茨泵壳体2内转动,转子本体1的两端面为密封面3,密封面3与罗茨泵壳体2内壁相啮合,密封面3两侧均设置有转子刮槽腔4,转子刮槽腔4与密封面3相靠近的一面设为刮刀面5,刮刀面5与密封面3形成锐边,转子本体1表面设置有导向面6,导向面6位于转子刮槽腔4远离密封面3的一侧。
在具体实施时,将一对转子本体1放置在一个罗茨泵壳体2的内腔中,罗茨转子本体1采用同步异向的旋转;当转子本体1旋转时遇到罗茨泵壳体2的内壁上有液体、粉尘、凝固物以及不可压缩的介质时,先是转子本体1的导向面6与罗茨泵壳体2的内壁相接触,由于转子本体1的导向面6与罗茨泵壳体2内壁上的间隙很大,且是逐步切向接近,因此罗茨泵壳体2内壁上的附着物7靠近转子刮槽腔4时,转子刮槽腔4与罗茨泵壳体2内壁还预留非常大间隙;因此使附着物7位于转子刮槽腔4内的位置时,与转子刮槽腔4侧面的刮刀面5相接触,并且由于刮刀面5靠近转子本体1的密封面3,因此在刮刀面5与附着物7相接触的位置和罗茨泵壳体2内壁之间预留的间隙非常小,从而通过刮刀面5的作用使附着物7能够被刮下来并汇聚到转子刮槽腔4中;并且随着转子本体1的旋转,刮刀面5离开罗茨泵壳体2内壁的区域,原先在转子刮槽腔4中的颗粒物或粉尘就会通过离心作用被抛出去,并掉落到两个转子本体1表面相啮合的凹槽的位置,并随着转动,颗粒物和粉尘会非常容易的掉落到泵的排气口外面了;从而实现了避免工艺气体中粉尘、凝固物和其他不可压缩的介质在泵壳壁上积累;导向面6为转子本体1的渐开线或摆线,并且相匹配的两个转子本体1表面的导向面6相啮合。
进一步的,刮刀面5与转子刮槽腔4底部为圆弧过渡。且刮刀面5是一个直面,转子刮槽腔4底部为一个平面,刮刀面5与转子刮槽腔4底部平面的夹角为80°-88°;从而既使刮刀面5能够更好的将附着的粉尘、颗粒物以及不可压缩的介质进行铲动和分离;同时通过刮刀面5底部与转子刮槽腔4底部圆弧过渡,能够防止铲动和分离后的附着物残留在刮刀面5与转子刮槽腔4之间的夹缝中。
进一步的,转子刮槽腔4的内表面呈抛物线结构。使刮刀面5所刮下的颗粒物、粉尘或者其他粘附物以松散结构汇聚在转子刮槽腔4内,并且当转子本体1再次旋转时,通过离心作用使汇聚在转子刮槽腔4内的颗粒物、粉尘等能够沿着转子刮槽腔4内的抛物线结构顺利甩出。

1.一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,包括转子本体(1),所述转子本体(1)在罗茨泵壳体(2)内转动,其特征在于:所述转子本体(1)的两端面为密封面(3),所述密封面(3)与罗茨泵壳体(2)内壁相啮合,所述密封面(3)两侧均设置有转子刮槽腔(4),所述转子刮槽腔(4)与密封面(3)相靠近的一面设为刮刀面(5),所述刮刀面(5)与密封面(3)形成锐边,所述转子本体(1)表面设置有导向面(6),所述导向面(6)位于转子刮槽腔(4)远离密封面(3)的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,其特征在于:所述刮刀面(5)与转子刮槽腔(4)底部为圆弧过渡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,其特征在于:所述转子刮槽腔(4)的内表面呈抛物线结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可去除粉尘凝固物和液滴的罗茨转子,其特征在于:相匹配的两个转子本体(1)表面的导向面(6)相啮合。
