液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术：
液晶聚酯主要品种有聚丙烯酸(芳)酯、聚甲基丙烯酸(芳)酯类、聚对羟基苯甲酸酯、芳香族聚酯(均聚体或共聚物)等。具有强度高、热稳定性和化学稳定性好的特点。由二元酸或二酰氯与二元酚或二元醇缩聚制得。主要用于电子、电器、汽车、机械、航空、航天和化工等方面。
在液晶聚酯的生产过程中，阀门作为一种必不可少的生产设备，对生产过程起到至关重要的作用，常规的旋转密封阀的结构是由减速机驱动旋转密封阀的转子按照规定的方向旋转，转子叶片构成的受料槽在旋转密封阀的入口处接受焦炭并按逆时针方向旋转至旋转密封阀的出口将物料排出，在转子旋转全过程的任意工位进料口与出料口不会形成贯通状态，由于液晶聚酯粘度较大，容易发生卡阻现象，而生产原料大部分为有毒物质，处理旋转密封阀卡阻具有相当的危险性。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，能有效避免旋转密封阀在工作的过程中发生卡阻，保障生产的顺利进行，消除工作人员的安全隐患。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，包括台车，所述台车上安装机架，所述机架上安装阀体，所述阀体里面具有转子，所述转子上通过一组隔板形成受料槽，所述阀体上部设置有进料口，所述阀体下部设置有出料口，所述进料口处设置有与连通所述阀体内部的进料通道，所述进料通道里面安装倾斜设置的筛板，所述的筛板的一侧通过转轴连接在所述进料通道的内壁，所述筛板的另一侧通过拉簧连接所述进料通道的内壁，所述筛板上位于所述拉簧的一侧设置有激振锤，所述筛板进料通道上对应所述筛板底部的位置设置有透明密封门。
所述的液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，所述的筛板倾斜的角度为5-15°。
所述的液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，所述筛板底部设置有导料漏斗。

有益效果：
1.本发明在阀体上部的进料口处加装一个进料通道，并在进料通道里面设置有筛板，物料经过筛板以后再进入受料槽，有效避免了旋转密封阀在工作的过程中发生卡阻，保障生产的顺利进行，消除工作人员的安全隐患，同时，本发明在进料通道上对应筛板底部的位置加装透明密封门，正常工作状态下，透明密封门密封关闭，可以从透明密封门观察筛板上部的积料情况，如果积累的物料过多，停机时间打开透明密封门对筛板上部进行清理。
2.本发明的筛板底部设置有导料漏斗，使得物料能够精准地落入受料槽中。
3.本发明的进料通道与阀体之间采用焊接连接，连接密封性好，避免工作过程中有害气体泄漏。

如图1所示：本实施例的液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，包括台车1，所述台车上安装机架2，所述机架上安装阀体3，所述阀体里面具有转子4，所述转子上通过一组隔板5形成受料槽，所述阀体上部设置有进料口6，所述阀体下部设置有出料口7，所述进料口处设置有与连通所述阀体内部的进料通道8，所述进料通道里面安装倾斜设置的筛板9，所述的筛板的一侧通过转轴连接在所述进料通道的内壁，所述筛板的另一侧通过拉簧连接所述进料通道的内壁，所述筛板上位于所述拉簧的一侧设置有激振锤10，所述筛板进料通道上对应所述筛板底部的位置设置有透明密封门11。
本实施例中所述的液晶聚酯生产用旋转密封阀，所述的筛板倾斜的角度为5-15°。

工作过程：
物料经过筛板的筛分，去除杂质后进入受料槽中，保障生产顺利进行，同时，本发明在进料通道上对应筛板底部的位置加装透明密封门，正常工作状态下，透明密封门密封关闭，可以从透明密封门观察筛板上部的积料情况，如果积累的物料过多，停机时间打开透明密封门对筛板上部进行清理。
