Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination with fig. 7, the cooking appliance with a baking function includes an inner container 100, a plurality of partitions 210, a heating device 300, and a signal collecting member 600. The partition 210 is detachably disposed in the liner 100, and divides the liner 100 into a plurality of independent inner chambers; the heating device 300 is used for heating the corresponding inner cavity, and the heating device 300 comprises a hot air circulation system 330 correspondingly arranged in the inner cavity, a temperature sensor 310 used for sensing the temperature of the inner cavity and a heating element 320 used for heating the inner cavity; the signal acquisition part 600 is used for sensing whether the partition plate 210 is positioned in the inner container 100 and is installed in place; the hot air circulating system 330, the temperature sensor 310, the heating element 320 and the signal acquisition element 600 are all electrically connected with the controller 500 of the cooking appliance; when the partition 210 is mounted in place, the trigger signal acquisition member 600 sends a first feedback signal to the controller 500, so that the controller 500 can control the heating apparatus 300 according to a first operation command.
When the partition 210 is located in the inner container 100 and is installed in place, the partition 210 triggers the signal acquisition element 600, so that the signal acquisition element 600 sends a first feedback signal to the controller 500, the controller 500 controls the cooking appliance to start the layered baking mode, and then the heating device 300 is controlled by a first operation instruction manually input by a user. For example, when the first operation instruction input by the user is to activate the heating device 300 of one of the plurality of lumens, the controller 500 correspondingly controls the activation of the heating device 300; when the first operation instruction input by the user is to simultaneously start the heating devices 300 of the plurality of inner cavities, the controller 500 correspondingly controls the plurality of heating devices 300 to be simultaneously started; when the first operation command input by the user is to activate all the heating devices 300 of the inner cavities, the controller 500 correspondingly controls all the heating devices 300 to be activated.
When the partition 210 is positioned in the inner container 100 and is installed in place, the partition 210 divides the inner container 100 into a plurality of independent inner cavities, and the inner cavities can contain food with small volume. Because each inner cavity is equipped with the heating device 300, each inner cavity is equipped with the hot air circulating system 330, the temperature sensor 310 and the heating element 320, wherein the temperature sensor 310 is used for sensing the temperature of the inner cavity, and the heating element 320 is used for heating the inner cavity, therefore, each inner cavity can independently bake the food in the inner cavity, so that the food in each inner cavity can be heated and baked, and the baking of the food in the inner cavities is more uniform. In addition, every intracavity all is equipped with temperature sensor 310's setting, has realized the heating temperature that can respond to different intracavity respectively to in the user instant understanding the baking temperature of every inner chamber, thereby the user can place the food that corresponds baking temperature in corresponding the inner chamber according to actual need, consequently, the same food or different food can be toasted to different inner chambers, makes this cooking appliance function with toast function more various, and it is more convenient to use.
In this embodiment, when the partition 210 is not mounted in place, the signal collection member 600 is reset to send a second feedback signal to the controller 500, so that the controller 500 can control the heating apparatus 300 according to a second operation command.
When the partition 210 is detached, the partition 210 is not mounted in place, and the signal collecting member 600 is reset to send a second feedback signal to the controller 500, so that the controller 500 controls the cooking appliance to close the layered baking mode, and then controls the heating device 300 according to an operation instruction manually input by a user. For example, when the user inputs an activation operation command, the controller 500 correspondingly controls all the heating devices 300 to be activated.
Wherein, when dismantling baffle 210, can hold for example turkey, the equivoluminous great food of gigot in the inner bag 100, all heating device 300 all start, and then all heating device 300 can act on food jointly, have realized toasting each position of food simultaneously, have consequently improved the homogeneity of toasting to a certain extent, and a plurality of heating device 300's setting has also shortened when toasting and using, has improved the efficiency of toasting. Therefore, this cooking appliance with baking function is various in function, and it is more convenient to use, and whether set up baffle 210 in inner bag 100, the homogeneity that all can improve to a certain extent toast the food, consequently improved the quality of toasting.
Alternatively, the heating element 320 provided in the inner cavity near the top end or the bottom end of the inner container 100 may be disposed in the inner cavity or disposed outside the inner cavity, which is not limited herein. For example, referring to fig. 3, the heating element 320 disposed in the inner cavity near the bottom end of the inner container 100 is disposed outside the inner container 100; alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the heating element 320 disposed in the inner cavity near the bottom end of the inner container 100 is disposed in the inner container 100.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the heating air circulation system 330 includes a fan 331, and the fan 331 is electrically connected to the controller 500. Optionally, the direction of rotation of the fans in different inner cavities is the same or different, and is not limited herein.
The fan 331 is arranged to conduct heat from the heating element 320 to the inner cavity for heat exchange with cold air in the inner cavity as soon as possible, so that heat in the inner cavity is distributed more uniformly, food in the inner cavity is heated more uniformly, and the baking quality is improved. In addition, the fans 331 are arranged in each inner cavity, when the partition plate 210 is not installed, the fans 331 are started at the same time, and the heat exchange efficiency in the inner container is further improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the signal collecting element 600 is a travel switch, the partition 210 determines that the partition 210 is installed in place by triggering the travel switch through the top rod 410, and the top rod 410 is provided with an elastic element 420 which makes the top rod 410 always have a tendency of moving in a direction away from the travel switch.
When the partition plate 210 is arranged in the inner container 100 and is installed in place, the partition plate 210 drives the elastic sheet of the travel switch to be closed, so that the travel switch is triggered; when the partition 210 is detached from the inner container 100 and the partition 210 is not mounted in place, the elastic sheet automatically resets, so that the travel switch resets. It should be noted that the signal collecting member 600 may also be other signal collecting devices, and is not limited to a travel switch, and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the partition 210 triggers the travel switch through the push rod 410, and two implementation manners are described below.
As a first way to realize, please refer to fig. 4, the travel switch is disposed on the outer shell or the inner container 100 of the cooking appliance, the push rod 410 is disposed on the inner container 100, and one end of the push rod 410 corresponds to the elastic piece of the travel switch, and the other end corresponds to the partition 210; when the partition 210 is installed in the inner container 100, the partition 210 pushes the push rod 410 toward the travel switch, so that the push rod 410 moves until the travel switch is triggered.
Referring to fig. 5, as a second implementation manner, a travel switch is disposed on the outer shell or the inner container 100 of the cooking appliance, the push rod 410 is disposed on the partition 210, and when the partition 210 is located in the inner container 100 and is installed in place, the push rod 410 triggers the travel switch. For example, the travel switch is disposed outside the inner container 100, a through hole communicating the inside and the outside of the inner container 100 is formed on the inner container 100, and the outside of the through hole corresponds to the elastic piece of the travel switch. When the partition 210 is disposed in the inner container 100, the rod 410 passes through the through hole and contacts with the elastic piece through the through hole, and can push the elastic piece to trigger the travel switch.
When the elastic member 420 is disposed to detach the partition 210 from the inner container 100, the elastic member 420 disengages the push rod 410 from the travel switch to reset the travel switch.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the cooking appliance with a baking function further includes a first input module 910 capable of inputting a preset baking temperature to each cavity, and the first input module 910 is electrically connected to the controller 500.
Preferably, the number of the first input modules 910 is equal to the number of the cavities, and each first input module 910 is used for inputting a preset baking temperature to one cavity.
When a user inputs a preset baking temperature into the inner cavity through the first input module 910, the temperature in the inner cavity is maintained at the preset baking temperature, and the following description will take one of the inner cavities as an example. When the oven is used, a preset baking temperature of the inner cavity is input through the first input module 910, and the preset baking temperature is transmitted to the controller 500; the heating device 300 is turned on again, so that the heating element 320 heats the inner cavity, the temperature in the inner cavity rises until the temperature sensor 310 senses that the temperature in the inner cavity reaches the preset baking temperature, the heating of the inner cavity is realized, and therefore the food in the inner cavity can be baked.
With such an arrangement, each cavity is provided with the temperature sensor 310 and the heating element 320, and the adjacent cavities are separated by the partition 210, so that each cavity can work independently and do not interfere with each other. When the same preset baking temperature is set in each inner cavity, the baking environment in each inner cavity is the same, so that the uniformity of baking the food in the inner cavities is improved; when different preset baking temperatures are set in each inner cavity, different foods can be baked simultaneously, and the baking efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the preset baking temperature is floated up and down to form a preset maximum temperature and a preset minimum temperature, and when the user inputs the preset baking temperature through the first input module 910, the temperature in the inner cavity is maintained between the maximum temperature and the preset minimum temperature of the preset baking temperature. Optionally, the preset maximum temperature and the preset minimum temperature are formed at the preset baking temperature ± 0.5 ℃ to 1 ℃.
When the heating element 320 heats the inner cavity until the temperature sensor 310 senses that the temperature in the inner cavity reaches a preset maximum temperature, the controller 500 correspondingly controls the heating element 320 to be closed, so that the temperature in the inner cavity gradually decreases, and when the temperature sensor 310 senses that the temperature in the inner cavity reaches a preset minimum temperature, the controller 500 correspondingly controls the heating element 320 to be opened, thereby completing a temperature control cycle. In summary, such an arrangement enables the temperature within the internal chamber to be maintained at all times between a preset maximum temperature and a preset minimum temperature.
Alternatively, the number of baffles 210 is two, three, four, or five, etc. Referring to fig. 1-3, in the present embodiment, the number of the partition plates 210 is one, and thus the number of the inner cavities is two, namely, a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity. The following description will be given taking as an example the number of the partition plates 210 set as one: when the partition 210 is disposed on the inner container 100 and installed in place, the oven has three operating modes: the first inner cavity works independently, the second inner cavity works independently, and the first inner cavity and the second inner cavity work simultaneously, so that the baking oven is suitable for baking food with small volume. When the partition 210 is removed from the inner container 100, a large volume of food can be roasted.
Therefore, the cooking electric appliance with the baking function solves the problems that when the existing oven is used for baking food with small volume, the space in the oven is wasted, the heating efficiency is low, and the small oven can not cook the food with large volume.
