the inductive switch is a microswitch: the microswitch is fixed on the base 1, two contact pins on the microswitch are respectively connected with a circuit where the control system is positioned, and at least part of a touch part on the microswitch is protruded and exposed out of the base 1; when the cover body 2 is closed, the cover body 2 triggers the touch part, so that the micro switch conducts related circuits in the control system, and electric control components such as a hot air component and the like can be controlled by the control system to normally work; when the cover body 2 is opened, the touch part of the microswitch is in a reset state, and further related circuits in a control system are cut off, so that electric control components such as a hot air component and the like cannot work normally, accidents caused by misoperation are avoided, and the safety is improved;
the inductive switch is a magnetic control switch: the magnetic control switch is fixed on the base 1, two power pins on the magnetic control switch are respectively connected with a circuit where the control system is located, and a magnetic component (such as a magnet, not shown in the figure) is arranged on the cover body 2; when the cover body 2 is closed, the magnetic component on the cover body 2 and the magnetic control switch are close to each other, and the magnetic control switch is conducted with relevant circuits in the control system under the action of a magnetic field generated by the magnetic component, so that electric control components such as a hot air component and the like can be controlled by the control system to normally work; when the cover body 2 is opened, the magnetic field acting on the magnetic control switch disappears, the magnetic control switch is in a reset state, and then related circuits in a control system are cut off, so that electric control assemblies such as hot air assemblies cannot work normally, accidents caused by misoperation are avoided, and safety is improved;
the inductive switch is a photoelectric switch: the photoelectric switch is fixed on the base 1, two contact pins on the photoelectric switch are respectively connected with a circuit where the control system is located, and the cover body 2 is provided with a shading part (not shown in the figure); when the cover body 2 is closed, the shading part on the cover body 2 enters the sensing range (light transmission range) of the photoelectric switch, so that the photoelectric switch conducts related circuits in the control system, and electric control components such as a hot air component and the like can be controlled by the control system to normally work; when the cover body 2 is opened, the shading part on the cover body 2 leaves the sensing range (light transmission range) of the photoelectric switch, the photoelectric switch is in a reset state, and then related circuits in a control system are cut off, so that electric control assemblies such as hot air assemblies cannot normally work, misoperation accidents are avoided, and safety is improved.
Air explosion conditions
Referring to fig. 2-5, in this condition, two sets of cooking modules can be operated simultaneously or separately, and the two heating cavities a are separated from each other by the partition 4 in the middle; a rotary disc 11 in the rotating assembly is in transmission connection with a rotating motor 9, and different food materials can be placed on the rotary disc 11 in different heating cavities A; under this condition, the transverse rotating assembly and the frying assembly do not work, i.e. the rotating shaft 14 and the frying pan 13 are respectively disassembled and do not participate in the work. When the food frying machine works, the cover body 2 is closed and triggers the corresponding inductive switch, the hot air assembly and the rotating assembly work normally, and food materials are cooked in an air frying mode.
Frying and roasting conditions
Referring to fig. 7-11, under this condition, the partition plate 3 is detached to communicate the two heating cavities a with each other to form a heating total cavity a', the frying pan 13 is placed on the top of the base 101, the frying pan 13 spans across the two heating cavities a, the frying pan 13 is located at the air outlet end of the front side of the hot air assembly and above the first heating body 12, and the food material is placed on the frying pan 13; in this condition, the rotating assembly and the transverse rotating assembly do not work, i.e. the rotating disc 11 and the rotating shaft 14 are respectively disassembled and do not work. When the electric frying and baking machine works, firstly, the cover body 2 is closed and triggers the corresponding inductive switch, the hot air assembly and the frying and baking assembly can work normally, and the hot air assembly and the frying and baking assembly can work independently according to actual needs; secondly, the cover body 2 is opened, the corresponding inductive switch is reset, and the frying and baking assembly works independently.
Transverse rotation regime
Referring to fig. 12-15, under this condition, the partition board 3 is detached to make the two heating cavities a communicate with each other to form a heating total cavity a', the rotating shaft 14 is rotatably mounted on the supporting block 104, the rotating shaft 14 is located at the front side air outlet end of the hot air component and above the first heating body 12, and the food material is inserted on the rotating shaft 14; under this operating mode, the rotating assembly does not work, that is, the rotating disc 11 is detached and does not work, and the frying pan 13 is arranged below the rotating shaft 14 and can be used for collecting food grease. During operation, the cover body 2 is closed and triggers the corresponding inductive switch, and the hot air assembly and the transverse rotating assembly can work normally.

1. A multipurpose horizontal cooking appliance comprises a base (1) and a hot air assembly, wherein the hot air assembly is electrically connected with a control system on the base (1); the method is characterized in that: two or more heating cavities (A) for containing food materials are arranged on the machine base (1); the hot air assemblies and the heating cavity (A) are arranged in two or more groups in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the hot air assembly corresponds to the heating cavity (A) in front and back, and the air outlet end of the hot air assembly is communicated with the heating cavity (A); the hot air assembly and the corresponding heating cavity (A) are combined to form a cooking module; the machine base (1) is provided with a transverse rotating component for driving food materials to transversely rotate and/or a frying and roasting component for frying and roasting the food materials; the transverse rotating assembly and/or the frying and roasting assembly are electrically connected with the control system.
2. The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein: a cover body (2) is hinged on the base (1); two or more heating cavities (A) are transversely arranged; the heating cavity (A) is provided with a first side opening (A1) and a second side opening (A2); the cover body (2) is turned over relative to the machine base (1) to close or open a first side opening (A1) and a second side opening (A2) on two or more heating cavities (A).
3. The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein: in two or more heating cavities (A) which are transversely arranged, a third side opening (A3) is arranged on the heating cavity (A) positioned at the first end, and/or a fourth side opening (A4) is arranged on the heating cavity (A) positioned at the second end; the cover body (2) is turned over relative to the machine base (1) to close or open the third side opening (A3) and/or the fourth side opening (A4).

The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein: the cover body (2) is provided with a first panel (201) for closing the first side opening (A1), a second panel (202) for closing the second side opening (A2), a third panel (203) for closing the third side opening (A3) and/or a fourth panel (204) for closing the fourth side opening (A4); the first side opening (A1) corresponds to the top side of the heating cavity (A), the second side opening (A2) corresponds to the front side of the heating cavity (A), the third side opening (A3) corresponds to the left side of the first end heating cavity (A), and the fourth side opening (A4) corresponds to the right side of the second end heating cavity (A); the left side and the right side of the cover body (2) are respectively hinged with the machine base (1), the cover body (2) is used for closing or opening two or more than two first side openings (A1), second side openings (A2), third side openings (A3) and/or fourth side openings (A4) on the heating cavity (A) in an up-down turning mode relative to the machine base (1).

The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein: the transverse rotating assembly comprises a transverse driving motor (4) and a rotating shaft (14), and the transverse driving motor (4) is electrically connected with the control system; the transverse driving motor (4) is fixed on the base (1), and a motor shaft of the transverse driving motor (4) is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft (14); the rotary shaft (14) transversely penetrates through one or more heating cavities (A), the rotary shaft (14) corresponds to the air outlet end of the hot air assembly, and the transverse driving motor (4) drives the rotary shaft (14) to rotate around a transverse shaft (C).

The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein: the frying and roasting assembly comprises a frying and roasting plate (13) and a first heating body (12); the frying and baking tray (13) is arranged in one or more heating cavities (A); the first heating body (12) is positioned below the frying pan (13) and is electrically connected with the control system.

The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein: the machine base (1) is provided with a partition plate (3), and two adjacent heating cavities (A) are separated by the partition plate (3); the partition plate (3) is fixedly or detachably arranged on the base (1); when the partition board (3) which is detachably arranged is detached, two or more heating cavities (A) are communicated with each other to form a heating total cavity (A '), and the air outlet ends of more than one group of hot air assemblies are communicated with the heating total cavity (A'); the transverse rotating component or the frying and roasting component is matched with the heating main cavity (A').

The multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein: an inductive switch for monitoring the opening and closing conditions of the cover body (2) is arranged between the base (1) and the cover body (2); when the cover body (2) is closed, the induction switch conducts a circuit where the hot air assembly is located; when the cover body (2) is opened, the circuit where the hot air assembly is located is cut off by the induction switch.

A multi-purpose horizontal cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the engine base (1) comprises a base (101) and a supporting shell (102), wherein the supporting shell (102) is arranged at the end part of the base (101); the base (101) corresponds to the bottom of the heating cavity (A), and the support shell (102) corresponds to the rear side of the heating cavity (A); the hot air assembly is arranged on the supporting shell (102); the transverse rotating component is arranged on the base (101) or the supporting shell (102); the frying and roasting component is arranged on the base (101).
