人们已知可以将外围设备附接至衣物。然而,在已知的系统中,均假定衣物是结实的并且具有相当的强度。
在危险环境中,人们越来越多地穿着高可见度的服装。这些服装通常由相对轻质的材料制作。因此,在通过广泛使用的接合系统来附接已知的外围设备方面存在问题。
实用新型内容

在图4的实施例中,第一织机部分303是硅橡胶隔离的带状线缆。硅橡胶提供耐磨损的隔离,其还在清洗循环过程中保护织机导体。因此,织机成为永久性的子组件,形成衣物的一部分。接着,在需要时将外部设备连接至被支撑的导电体,但在清洗和储藏时被移除。
在一实施例中,控制单元和电源被容纳在专门的外部设备中。接着,这可以控制连接至织机的其他设备并与所述连接至织机的其他设备通信。数据传输可以在织机上以低带宽实现,或者在需要较高带宽的通信时可进行蓝牙配对。在备选实施例中,较高带宽的通信在织机上是可行的,从而蓝牙通信在个人网中不再是必需的。

3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,包括外模件,所述外模件具有用于接纳所述外部的机械/电气接口部分的孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述外模件包括用于接纳所述缝纫线的指示件;并且
所述缝纫线延伸经过所述外模件、所述衣物和所述包覆成型件。
5.一种织机子组件,包括:
被配置为能拆卸地附接外部设备的多个电连接器,其中每个所述电连接器由权利要求1所述的装置所支撑,其特征在于,第一织机部分将第一电路板连接至第二电路板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,所述第一织机部分是用硅橡胶隔离的带状线缆。
7.根据权利要求5所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,所述第一织机部分由非导电材料的带构成,导线包括在带中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,
所述导线的第一端连接至所述第一电路板;
所述导线的第二端连接至所述第二电路板,以保持织机的整体性;并且
所述非导电材料保持为未切割。
9.根据权利要求5所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,所述能够以机械方式拆卸的电气接口展示出圆形表面,所述圆形表面被安排为与所述外表面平行,包括多个同心的电连接器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,
所述能够以机械方式拆卸的电气接口是圆筒形的;
所述孔是圆筒形的,具有至少一个附加的缺口孔;并且
所述包覆成型件包括至少一个缺口,用于插入相应的缺口孔,以保持所述电连接器的对准。
11.根据权利要求6所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,进一步包括将所述第二电路板连接至第三电路板的第二织机部分。
12.根据权利要求11所述的织机子组件,其特征在于,进一步包括将所述第三电路板连接至第四电路板的第三织机部分。
13.一种具有权利要求7所述的织机子组件的衣物,其特征在于,
所述导线被限制在所述带的中心的部分;并且
所述带被缝纫到所述衣物中沿着所述带的第一边缘部分的位置。
14.根据权利要求13所述的衣物,其特征在于,所述带还被缝纫到沿着第二边缘部分的位置。
15.根据权利要求13所述的衣物,其特征在于,包括彩色线,所述彩色线包括在所述带中,以表示缝纫位置。
