目前，湿粕经过湿粕刮板的输送，由于湿粕含溶量较大，湿粕容易粘附在链条上，当湿粕输送到下料口时粘附在链条上的部分没有自行落下，而随着链条运转经过链轮的挤压形成湿粕块状非常坚硬，再通过低温脱溶的翻滚也不能散开，不能成为豆粕产品，而形成了粕块在粕冷工序被筛选出来，单独存放低价销售，增加了加工成本。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种湿粕刮板头轮刮料装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
一种湿粕刮板头轮刮料装置，包括链轮、输送链条、防爆刮料刀、支架和刮板壳体，所述刮板壳体的底部开设有下料口，所述刮板壳体的内部壳壁上固定安装有所述支架，所述支架上固定安装有所述防爆刮料刀，所述刮板壳体的内部还安装有所述链轮，所述链轮上驱动绕接有所述输送链条，所述支架的一端还安装有支架配重。
