In some examples, the reclaimer assembly 2 is coupled to the first block 31, in other examples, the reclaimer assembly 2 is coupled to the second block 32, and in still other examples, the reclaimer assembly 2 is coupled to the first block 31 and the second block 32. Therefore, the clamping piece 3 is matched and connected with the material taking device 2, when the transmission belt 243 moves, the clamping piece 3 can move along with the transmission belt 243, and the material taking device 2 can be driven by the movement of the clamping piece 3, so that the material taking device 2 moves in the up-and-down direction of the frame.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second driving device 24 includes a screw, a sliding component and a second driving motor (not shown), the screw extends along the upper and lower directions, the sliding component is sleeved on the screw and is in threaded fit with the screw, the material taking device 2 is arranged on the sliding component, the second driving motor is used for driving the screw to rotate, that is, one end of the sliding component is in threaded fit with the screw, and the sliding component can slide along the screw. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, cooking apparatus 100 further includes a first detecting device 61, and first detecting device 61 is disposed on material taking device 2 to detect whether magazine assembly 112 is transferred to material taking device 2. That is, during taking of the magazine assembly 112 by the material taking device 2, the first detecting device 61 disposed on the material taking device 2 can detect the state of the magazine assembly 112 on the material taking plane 221, and in some examples, after the first detecting device 61 detects that the magazine assembly 112 is on the material taking plane 221, the material taking device 2 can drive the pushing rod 251, so that the pushing rod 251 drives the magazine assembly 112 on the material taking plane 221 to move towards the cooking device 5. In other examples, the first detecting device 61 does not detect the presence of the magazine assembly 112 on the material taking plane 221, and the cooking apparatus 100 may alarm to facilitate timely handling and checking of malfunction of the cooking apparatus 100.
Optionally, the material box assembly 112 includes a plurality of material boxes 1121 arranged side by side, so that the plurality of material box assemblies 112 can contain more food materials, and the plurality of material box assemblies 112 can also contain different types of food materials to store the food materials separately, thereby preventing the food materials from being mixed and affecting the freshness of the food materials. Further, a plurality of material boxes 1121 in one material box assembly 112 can be used for containing all the food materials required by one dish, so that the material box assembly 112 is driven towards the cooking device 5 through the material taking device 2 to take the food materials, and the food taking device is high in efficiency and good in reliability.
The first detecting device 61 includes a plurality of magazines 1121 corresponding to the first detecting devices 61 one by one when the magazine assembly 112 is transferred to the material extracting device 2. That is, after the magazine assembly 112 is transferred to the material taking device 2, one detection device may detect whether one magazine 1121 is transferred to the material taking device 2, in some examples, each detection device may detect whether the corresponding magazine 1121 is transferred to the material taking device 2, if each magazine 1121 is transferred to the material taking device 2, the material taking device 2 may push the magazine assembly 112 toward the cooking device 5, and if any magazine 1121 is not transferred to the material taking device 2, the cooking apparatus 100 may alarm, and the operator may check. Of course, it is understood that the first detecting device 61 may also have other methods for detecting the cartridge 1121, and is not limited herein.
In some examples of the present invention, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a second detecting device 62, the second detecting device 62 being disposed on the material taking device 2 and being closer to the downstream end of the material taking device 2 than the first detecting device 61. It should be noted that, here, the downstream end refers to a position where the magazine assembly 112 passes behind during the movement of the magazine assembly 112 from the magazine platform 11 toward the cooking device 5, and is downstream, for example, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the second detection device 62 is disposed on the material taking device 2, and the second detection device 62 is disposed between the cooking device 5 and the first detection device 61, that is, the second detection device 62 is disposed at an end of the first detection device 61 toward the cooking device 5.
Further, the second detecting device 62 may be a photoelectric sensor, when the push rod 251 pushes the cartridge assembly 112 to move towards the cooking device 5, the second detecting device 62 may detect the moving process of the cartridge assembly 112 towards the cooking device 5, in some examples, after a plurality of cartridges 1121 successfully pass through the second detecting device 62 and enter the discharging area of the cooking device 5, it indicates that all cartridges 1123 are transferred to the downstream equipment of the material taking device 2, so that the preparation for discharging may be performed. In other examples, cartridge assembly 112 has not successfully passed second detection device 62, cooking apparatus 100 is alerted and an operator may check. Thus, the reliability of the cooking apparatus 100 can be made higher by detecting the cartridge assembly 112 by the first and second detection means 61 and 62.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a third detecting device 63, the third detecting device 63 is disposed on the material taking device 2 and behind the storage rack module 1, and the third detecting device 63 is used for detecting whether the storage platform 11 is short of materials. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, one end of the third detecting device 63 is disposed on the material taking device 2, and the other end extends toward the left side of the material taking device 2, and in the front-rear direction, the third detecting device 63 is disposed at the rear end of the magazine module 1. When the material taking device 2 obtains the magazine assembly 112 on the target storage platform 11, the third detecting device 63 may detect whether the magazine assembly 112 is on the target storage platform 11, specifically, when the magazine assembly 112 is not detected on the third detecting device 63, a signal that the magazine assembly 112 is not on the storage platform 11 is sent out, so as to determine that the magazine assembly 112 on the storage platform 11 has been taken out and is in a material shortage state, the cooking apparatus 100 alarms to prompt that material needs to be added, and an operator may perform material distribution work.
