The movement of the transfer device 200 in the horizontal direction is achieved by driving the transfer device 200 to slide along the horizontal rails 60, and the movement of the transfer device 200 in the up-down direction is achieved by driving the horizontal rails 60 to slide along the vertical rails 50.
The horizontal rail 60 moves up and down along the vertical rail 50 by the driving of a lifting gear (not shown). The conveyor 200 is driven by a horizontal transmission (not shown) to move back and forth along the horizontal rail 60. In one embodiment, the lifting transmission is a conveyor belt device and the horizontal transmission is a conveyor belt device. In this way, the transfer device 200 moves to the first window 71 to effect transfer of goods from the container 1 to the unmanned vehicle, or transfer of goods from the unmanned vehicle to the container 1; the transfer device 200 moves to the second window 72 to enable transfer of cargo from the container 1 to the drone or transfer of cargo from the drone into the container 1. In another embodiment, the side wall of the housing 70 is provided with a first window 71. In yet another embodiment, the top wall of the housing 70 is provided with a second window 72.
During the movement of the transport means, the conveyor 200 is located at the top end of the vertical rail 50, and the two protective curtains 40 respectively cover the first openings 11 of the boxes 10 of the two groups of cabinets 100. Thus, in the moving process of the transportation tool, the two protective curtains 40 can reliably limit the cargos in all the boxes 10 in the boxes 10, and the situation that the cargos slide off due to shaking is effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, a first conveyor belt 12 (see FIG. 5) is provided at the bottom of the housing 10 to convey the cargo within the housing 10 to the conveyor 200; and/or, the conveyer 200 includes a second conveyor belt 210 to convey goods placed on the conveyer 200 into the box 10. In this manner, the transfer of goods between the container 10 and the transfer device 200 is achieved.
In other embodiments, the box 10 includes a bottom plate 15 (see fig. 7) for supporting the cargo, a first rotating shaft 16 is disposed at an end of the bottom plate 15 away from the first opening 11, and the bottom plate 15 can rotate downward around the first rotating shaft 16 to facilitate the cargo to slide down to the conveying device 200. In this manner, the transfer of goods from the container 10 to the transfer device 200 is achieved.
Further, the box 10 further includes a baffle 17 covering the first opening 11, a second rotating shaft 18 is disposed at an end of the baffle 17 far away from the bottom plate 15, and when the bottom plate 15 rotates downwards around the first rotating shaft 16, the baffle 17 rotates upwards around the second rotating shaft 18 at the same time, so as to form a channel for sliding the supplied objects. In this manner, the cargo can be more reliably confined in the box 10 by providing the baffle 17.
In still other embodiments, the transfer device 200 includes forks (not shown) for holding the goods, and the bottom plate or the top plate of the box 10 is provided with hollows (not shown) matching the forks. In this manner, the transfer device 200 picks up the goods from the inside of the container 10 by the forks.
The other side of the box 10 opposite to the first opening 11 is provided with a second opening 19 and a door cover or a rolling door for closing the second opening 19. In the illustrated embodiment, the case 10 includes a door 191 for closing the second opening 19 and an electronic lock 192 for controlling the opening and closing of the door 191. The user can open the door 191 to take out the goods from the container body 10 through the second opening 19, and can put the goods into the container body 10 through the second opening 19.
The box body 10 comprises a frame body 131 and a shell 132 respectively, wherein the frame body 131 is formed by assembling a plurality of metal pieces, and the shell 132 is formed by injection molding on the frame body 131. Therefore, the frame 131 made of metal can ensure the rigidity of the box 10, and the housing 132 made of plastic makes the box 10 light in weight and excellent in heat insulation performance, and since the cabinet 100 is composed of a plurality of boxes 10 having the above structure, the container 1 can be effectively prevented from deforming during the moving process of the transportation means, and meanwhile, the smaller weight can effectively reduce the energy loss.
