本实用新型涉及一种防紫外线高刚性自封喷头,主要针对解决现有同类产品中喷嘴结构设计欠佳,雾化效果不理想,较难产生极细雾状喷射的技术问题而设计。该自封喷头的头帽出液孔设有喷嘴,头帽的进液孔至出液孔呈L字形通道,头帽位于外罩内,外罩与大圈扣合,大圈设置于外瓶的瓶口,大圈的中心孔设有泵芯组立,泵芯组立的阀杆与头帽的进液孔套合,外瓶内设有大活塞;其要点是所述喷嘴的喷液孔内设有堵塞,堵塞呈T字形,堵塞的一端扣柱外径设有扣位筋圈,堵塞的另一端圆端面为密封膜面,堵塞的密封膜面与喷嘴一端喷液孔孔口的台阶面槽贴合的同时,堵塞的扣位筋圈与喷嘴该侧孔径凸起的内壁筋柱扣合,堵塞为硅胶堵塞,外瓶为防紫外线高刚性外瓶。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及微型喷雾器的喷头,是一种防紫外线高刚性自封喷头。
背景技术
目前,市场上采用自封喷头的化妆品包装较少,因其结构限制,采用此类型的产品不是组成零件较多,就是造成外观结构的影响。这些自封喷头应用于日化包装护肤品中,在使用喷头时能使内容物有效地出液,在不使用喷头时能有效地阻隔空气,防止内容物氧化、滋生细菌。如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201820405895.0,授权公告日2018.10.30,实用新型名称“一种喷头用压帽改进结构”;再如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201720650842.0,授权公告日2018.01.05,实用新型名称“一种喷头用压帽”。但上述喷头和同类产品的主要部件中缺少弹套结构设计,喷头内压强或回旋效果欠佳,较难用于外瓶内带大活塞的日化包装护肤品。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的是向本领域提供一种防紫外线高刚性自封喷头,使其解决现有同类产品中喷嘴结构设计欠佳,雾化效果不理想,较难产生极细雾状喷射的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种防紫外线高刚性自封喷头,该自封喷头的头帽出液孔设有喷嘴,头帽的进液孔至出液孔呈L字形通道,头帽位于外罩内,外罩与大圈扣合,大圈设置于外瓶的瓶口,大圈的中心孔设有泵芯组立,泵芯组立的阀杆与头帽的进液孔套合,外瓶内设有大活塞;其结构设计要点是所述喷嘴的喷液孔内设有堵塞,堵塞呈T字形,堵塞的一端扣柱外径设有扣位筋圈,堵塞的另一端圆端面为密封膜面,堵塞的密封膜面与喷嘴一端喷液孔孔口的台阶面槽贴合的同时,堵塞的扣位筋圈与喷嘴该侧孔径凸起的内壁筋柱扣合,堵塞为硅胶堵塞,外瓶为防紫外线高刚性外瓶。从而按压头帽时,外瓶内的液体通过大活塞的作用进入泵芯组立内,泵芯组立内的液体通过阀杆进入头帽,最后通过头帽处喷嘴内的堵塞阻挡雾化喷出。
所述喷嘴的内壁筋柱呈均距三等分设置,喷嘴另一端外径凸起的圈筋与头帽的出液孔扣合,喷嘴的喷液孔与头帽的出液孔对齐。上述便于喷嘴与头帽之间的固定,以及产生间隙通道,使液体阻挡雾化喷出。
所述泵芯组立的内塞与大圈的上圈口内径扣合,泵芯组立的泵体底部泵孔与大圈的下圈口扣合,泵体内的底部泵孔设有弹套,泵体内阀针与阀杆套合,泵体内阀针的外径设有小活塞,阀杆伸出内塞,阀杆的头帽一端外径与内塞之间的阀杆外径设有弹簧。上述为泵芯组立的具体结构,方便了该自封式喷头的自动化生产装配。
本实用新型结构设计合理,密封性好,雾状喷射极细,生产、装配方便,应用范围广;适合作为护肤品中外瓶内设有大活塞的容器喷头使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本实用新型结构作进一步描述。如图1-3所示,该自封喷头的头帽2出液孔设有喷嘴4,头帽的进液孔至出液孔呈L字形通道,头帽位于外罩1内,外罩与大圈6扣合,大圈设置于外瓶7的瓶口,大圈的中心孔设有泵芯组立5,泵芯组立的阀杆与头帽的进液孔套合,外瓶内设有大活塞8;泵芯组立的内塞与大圈的上圈口内径扣合,泵芯组立的泵体底部泵孔与大圈的下圈口扣合,泵体内的底部泵孔设有弹套,泵体内阀针与阀杆套合,泵体内阀针的外径设有小活塞,阀杆伸出内塞,阀杆的头帽一端外径与内塞之间的阀杆外径设有弹簧。其具体结构如下:喷嘴的喷液孔内设有堵塞3,堵塞呈T字形,堵塞的一端扣柱外径设有扣位筋圈301,堵塞的另一端圆端面为密封膜面302,堵塞的密封膜面与喷嘴一端喷液孔孔口的台阶面槽402贴合的同时,堵塞的扣位筋圈与喷嘴该侧孔径凸起的内壁筋柱401扣合,堵塞为硅胶堵塞,外瓶为防紫外线高刚性外瓶。其中,喷嘴的内壁筋柱呈均距三等分设置,喷嘴另一端外径凸起的圈筋403与头帽的出液孔扣合,喷嘴的喷液孔与头帽的出液孔对齐。
该自封喷头为硅胶堵塞装配喷嘴结构,堵塞(硅胶材料)的扣位筋圈装入喷嘴的三条内壁筋柱中,此时堵塞的密封膜面与喷嘴的台阶面槽贴合,形成密封状态,然后装入头帽孔内。在喷头出液体时,由于内部压力,内容物挤压堵塞密封面,此时会从喷嘴与堵塞的贴合密封面中流出(硅胶面变形),完成出液,在喷头不使用时,堵塞密封面回复原先形态,使之始终处于头帽与堵塞贴合密封状态,能有效的保护头帽内的内容物不接触空气,防止内容物氧化、滋生细菌。因此,该自封喷头不同与市面上的自封喷头,在不牺牲外观设计的情况下,且用最少零部件,只用三个零件组成,且能满足功能要求,最大限度节约成本,且外形美观大方。
Claims (3)
1.一种防紫外线高刚性自封喷头,该自封喷头的头帽(2)出液孔设有喷嘴(4),头帽的进液孔至出液孔呈L字形通道,头帽位于外罩(1)内,外罩与大圈(6)扣合,大圈设置于外瓶(7)的瓶口,大圈的中心孔设有泵芯组立(5),泵芯组立的阀杆与头帽的进液孔套合,外瓶内设有大活塞(8);其特征在于所述喷嘴(4)的喷液孔内设有堵塞(3),堵塞呈T字形,堵塞的一端扣柱外径设有扣位筋圈(301),堵塞的另一端圆端面为密封膜面(302),堵塞的密封膜面与喷嘴(4)一端喷液孔孔口的台阶面槽(402)贴合的同时,堵塞的扣位筋圈与喷嘴孔径凸起的内壁筋柱(401)扣合,堵塞为硅胶堵塞,外瓶为防紫外线高刚性外瓶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线高刚性自封喷头,其特征在于所述喷嘴(4)的内壁筋柱(401)呈均距三等分设置,喷嘴另一端外径凸起的圈筋(403)与头帽(2)的出液孔扣合,喷嘴的喷液孔与头帽的出液孔对齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线高刚性自封喷头,其特征在于所述泵芯组立(5)的内塞与大圈(6)的上圈口内径扣合,泵芯组立的泵体底部泵孔与大圈的下圈口扣合,泵体内的底部泵孔设有弹套,泵体内阀针与阀杆套合,泵体内阀针的外径设有小活塞,阀杆伸出内塞,阀杆的头帽(2)一端外径与内塞之间的阀杆外径设有弹簧。
