Abstract

本实用新型公开一种无边框背发光面板灯,其包括:灯架、背板、导光板和LED光源,导光板上端外缘设有槽位,灯架下端卡嵌于该槽位中,并通过胶水粘合固定,且导光板下端侧面与该灯架的外侧面齐平,或导光板下端侧面凸出于该灯架的外侧面;LED光源设于背板的下端面,并朝向导光板,以致LED光源由上至下发光而直射导光板,且LED光源的LED灯珠外围设有反光层。LED光源产生的光线不仅能够沿导光板下端面照射出去,也能沿导光板下端侧面朝四周照射出去,以此扩大出光角度范围,并且能够实现整面无边框发光效果,其照明效果更为理想。LED光源由上至下发光而直射导光板,以此可保证LED光源产生均匀的光线直射至导光板,令导光板能够均匀导光,可提高照明效果。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及灯具产品技术领域,特指一种无边框背发光面板灯。
背景技术:
面板灯是灯具的一种,其采用LED发光导光以实现照明,美观大方,简单实用,其具有节能、环保、防尘、防静电,透光度及稳光性强等优点。
现有技术中的面板灯均为侧面发光,具体而言,面板灯的发光模组设置于导光板两侧,该发光模组发光后,光线由两侧向导光板中部集中,并由导光板的光引导出去,实现照明目的,这样导致照明光线不均匀,照明效果不够理想;另外,现有技术中面板灯的导光板安装于边框中,即该边框会包住导光板的外侧面,导致该导光板的外侧面无法导光,即无法将光沿导光板的外侧面引导出去,影响出光角度范围,并且无法实现整面发光。
有鉴于此,本发明人提出以下技术方案。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种无边框背发光面板灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:该无边框背发光面板灯包括:灯架、安装于灯架上端的背板、安装于灯架下端的导光板和用于发光的LED光源,所述导光板上端外缘设置有槽位,所述灯架下端卡嵌于该槽位中,并通过胶水粘合固定,且该导光板下端侧面与该灯架的外侧面齐平,或导光板下端侧面凸出于该灯架的外侧面;所述LED光源设置于背板的下端面,并朝向导光板,以致该LED光源由上至下发光而直射导光板,且该LED光源的LED灯珠外围设置有反光层。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述灯架内侧成型有上大下小并呈喇叭状的倾斜反光面。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述背板上端中部设置有安装盒。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述反光层为反光纸,其贴合固定于LED光源与背板之间。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述LED光源包括有电路板以及复数设置于电路板上的LED灯珠,所述反光层设置于该电路板上。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述灯架上端设置有安装槽,所述背板设置于该安装槽中,并通过螺丝锁固。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:本实用新型中由于导光板下端侧面与该灯架的外侧面齐平,或导光板下端侧面凸出于该灯架的外侧面,以致使该导光板的下端侧面也能导光,即LED光源产生的光线不仅能够沿导光板下端面照射出去,也能沿导光板下端侧面朝四周照射出去,以此扩大出光角度范围,并且能够实现整面无边框发光效果,其照明效果更为理想。所述LED光源设置于背板的下端面,并朝向导光板,以致该LED光源由上至下发光而直射导光板,以此可保证LED光源产生均匀的光线直射至导光板,令导光板能够均匀导光,可提高照明效果,且该LED光源的LED灯珠外围设置有反光层,使LED光源产生的光线全部照射在导光板,提高照明亮度。

具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
见图1-3所示,为一种无边框背发光面板灯,其包括:灯架1、安装于灯架1上端的背板2、安装于灯架1下端的导光板3和用于发光的LED光源4,工作时,LED光源4通电而产生光线,光线照射于该导光板3上,并由该导光板3将光线引导出去,以此实现照明。
所述导光板3上端外缘设置有槽位31,所述灯架1下端卡嵌于该槽位31中,并通过胶水粘合固定,且该导光板3下端侧面与该灯架1的外侧面齐平,或导光板3下端侧面凸出于该灯架1的外侧面,这样的设计能够使该导光板3的下端侧面也能导光,使光线不仅能够沿导光板3下端面照射出去,也能沿导光板3下端侧面朝四周照射出去,以此扩大出光角度范围,并且能够实现整面无边框发光效果,其照明效果更为理想。所述LED光源4设置于背板2的下端面,并朝向导光板3,以致该LED光源4由上至下发光而直射导光板3,以此可保证LED光源4产生均匀的光线直射至导光板3,令导光板3能够均匀导光,可提高照明效果,且该LED光源4的LED灯珠42外围设置有反光层6,使LED光源4产生的光线全部照射在导光板3,提高照明亮度。
所述灯架1内侧成型有上大下小并呈喇叭状的倾斜反光面11,以此可扩大光线射出的角度范围,并提高照明效果。
所述反光层6为反光纸,其贴合固定于LED光源4与背板2之间。所述LED光源4包括有电路板41以及复数设置于电路板41上的LED灯珠42,所述反光纸设置于该电路板41上。
所述背板2上端中部设置有安装盒5。
所述灯架1上端设置有安装槽12,所述背板2设置于该安装槽12中,并通过螺丝锁固,以致使该背板2能够相对灯架拆卸。
综上所述,由于导光板3下端侧面与该灯架1的外侧面齐平,或导光板3下端侧面凸出于该灯架1的外侧面,以致使该导光板3的下端侧面也能导光,即LED光源4产生的光线不仅能够沿导光板3下端面照射出去,也能沿导光板3下端侧面朝四周照射出去,以此扩大出光角度范围,并且能够实现整面无边框发光效果,其照明效果更为理想。所述LED光源4设置于背板2的下端面,并朝向导光板3,以致该LED光源4由上至下发光而直射导光板3,以此可保证LED光源4产生均匀的光线直射至导光板3,令导光板3能够均匀导光,可提高照明效果,且该LED光源4的LED灯珠42外围设置有反光层6,使LED光源4产生的光线全部照射在导光板3,提高照明亮度。

1.一种无边框背发光面板灯,其包括:灯架(1)、安装于灯架(1)上端的背板(2)、安装于灯架(1)下端的导光板(3)和用于发光的LED光源(4),其特征在于:
所述导光板(3)上端外缘设置有槽位(31),所述灯架(1)下端卡嵌于该槽位(31)中,并通过胶水粘合固定,且该导光板(3)下端侧面与该灯架(1)的外侧面齐平,或导光板(3)下端侧面凸出于该灯架(1)的外侧面;所述LED光源(4)设置于背板(2)的下端面,并朝向导光板(3),以致该LED光源(4)由上至下发光而直射导光板(3),且该LED光源(4)的LED灯珠(42)外围设置有反光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无边框背发光面板灯,其特征在于:所述灯架(1)内侧成型有上大下小并呈喇叭状的倾斜反光面(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无边框背发光面板灯,其特征在于:所述背板(2)上端中部设置有安装盒(5)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无边框背发光面板灯,其特征在于:所述反光层为反光纸,其贴合固定于LED光源(4)与背板(2)之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种无边框背发光面板灯,其特征在于:所述LED光源(4)包括有电路板(41)以及复数设置于电路板(41)上的LED灯珠(42),所述反光层设置于该电路板(41)上。
