本实用新型公开了一种海运装箱托盘装置，其组成包括：托盘结构和箱内结构，所述的托盘结构滑动安装在箱内结构内，所述的托盘结构包括钢结构托盘，所述的钢结构托盘底部焊接滑轮支架，所述的滑轮支架底部与滑轮轴连接，所述的箱内结构底部设置有滑轨，所述的圆形滑轮与滑轨相配。该海运装箱托盘装置结构简单，在海运装箱过程中，遇到一些单个重量较重，体积较大，形状不规则的钢结构构件，可以完美的解决普通集装箱的货物装箱问题。

背景技术
在海运装箱过程中，当遇到一些单个重量较重，体积较大，形状不规则的钢结构构件，通过集装箱进行货物装箱时，不能很好的进行装箱，因此设计一种海运装箱托盘装置来方便进行海运装箱。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种海运装箱托盘装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种海运装箱托盘装置，其组成包括：托盘结构和箱内结构，所述的托盘结构滑动安装在箱内结构内，所述的托盘结构包括钢结构托盘，所述的钢结构托盘底部焊接滑轮支架，所述的滑轮支架底部与滑轮轴连接，所述的箱内结构底部设置有滑轨，所述的圆形滑轮与滑轨相配。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：该海运装箱托盘装置结构简单，在海运装箱过程中，遇到一些单个重量较重，体积较大，形状不规则的钢结构构件，可以完美的解决普通集装箱的货物装箱问题。

请参阅图1，本实用新型提供一种技术方案：一种海运装箱托盘装置，其组成包括：托盘结构1和箱内结构2，所述的托盘结构1滑动安装在箱内结构2内，所述的托盘结构1包括钢结构托盘3，所述的钢结构托盘3底部焊接滑轮支架4，所述的滑轮支架4底部与圆形滑轮5轴连接，所述的箱内结构2底部设置有滑轨6，所述的滑轨6外侧焊接临时挡板，所述的圆形滑轮5与滑轨6相配。
工作原理：集装箱到工厂装货时，在集装箱内部地板上铺设轨道系统。铺设完毕以后，利用吊车将托盘连带货物提升到集装箱开口高度，利用吊车悬臂的移动，将托盘底部滑轮落在箱中轨道内，此时在货物的另外一侧，利用叉车给托盘及货物一个侧向力，由于滑动摩擦的阻力较低，在叉车侧向向里的力作用下，整个托盘及货物均可顺利行进到集装箱内部，最后在轨道外侧焊接临时挡板，防止货物在运输过程中产生位移。就此，整个装箱过程完毕。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种海运装箱托盘装置，其组成包括：托盘结构（1）和箱内结构（2），其特征是：所述的托盘结构（1）滑动安装在箱内结构（2）内，所述的托盘结构（1）包括钢结构托盘（3），所述的钢结构托盘（3）底部焊接滑轮支架（4），所述的滑轮支架（4）底部与圆形滑轮（5）轴连接，所述的箱内结构（2）底部设置有滑轨（6），所述的圆形滑轮（5）与滑轨（6）相配。
