Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种皮卡车软厢盖,具有通过连接夹可拆卸连接在皮卡车厢顶部的框架;所述框架具有围成“口”字形的四条边框,相邻边框之间通过转角接头可拆连接,框架上连接有软盖;所述框架的左右两边框之间通过撑杆塞头可拆卸连接有至少一根撑杆;所述撑杆塞头的一端缝制在软盖的边缘,另一端与撑杆端部插接。本实用新型的撑杆塞头的一端缝制在软盖的软盖的边缘,另一端与撑杆端部插接,采用插接方式,撑杆位置稳定可靠,且不会随意转动或脱落。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种皮卡车车厢盖,特别涉及一种皮卡车软厢盖。
背景技术
皮卡车是一种采用轿车车头和驾驶室,同时带有敞开式货车车厢的车型。其特点是既有轿车版的舒适性,又不失动力强劲,而且比轿车的载货和适应不良路面的能力还强。但是由于其车厢为敞开式的,其运载的物品会受到天气的影响日晒雨淋,因此就有人在车厢上添加厢盖。现有的皮卡车厢盖一般分为硬厢盖和软厢盖,硬厢盖为掀开式厢盖,前端铰接,需要打开时从后端掀开,这种厢盖较为笨拙,打开操作不方便,搬运物品也会受到厢盖的影响;而软厢盖较为轻盈方便,操作简单且不影响物品搬运,因此得到了广泛的使用。
现在的软厢盖为了在使用时更加贴合,一般都在软盖与框架贴合处间隔设置卡扣或者魔术贴等可以将软盖与框架贴合的结构,而软厢盖容易造成中间塌陷,雨雪天大量积水的问题。
目前国外出现了在软盖的下表面缝有2~3个布环,将横杆置于布环内从而达到支撑效果,但该种设计存在以下缺陷:
1、在车厢盖频繁的开关过程中,横杆的端部容易从布环中脱落,每次脱落后都需要重新装,比较繁琐;
2、一般使用的横杆都有一点弧度,从而达到更好的支撑效果,然而,在车厢盖频繁的开关过程中,横杆容易在布环中转动,每次盖上厢盖时,都要对横杆进行调整;
3、在正常行驶过程中,由于上下坡以及频繁颠簸,横杆也容易在布环中转动;
4、软盖的下表面缝有2~3个布环,使得软盖的表面出现针脚及裸露的缝线,影响美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种安装使用方便、所需要操作空间小、撑杆位置稳定可靠,且不会随意转动或脱落的皮卡车软厢盖。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种皮卡车软厢盖,具有通过连接夹可拆卸连接在皮卡车厢顶部的框架;所述框架具有围成“口”字形的四条边框,相邻边框之间通过转角接头可拆连接,框架上连接有软盖;所述框架的左右两边框之间通过撑杆塞头可拆卸连接有至少一根撑杆;所述撑杆塞头的一端缝制在软盖的边缘,另一端与撑杆端部插接。
上述技术方案所述撑杆塞头由一体成型的软薄连接片、连接座和插接头组成;所述软薄连接片的自由端缝制在软盖的边缘;所述插接头与撑杆端部的插接口相匹配。
上述技术方案所述插接头呈“丰”字形。
上述技术方案所述撑杆为中空结构。
上述技术方案所述连接座的上端与软薄连接片齐平连接,下端两个脚为圆角。
上述技术方案所述软盖与边框之间为扣合或魔术贴贴合。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本实用新型采用软厢盖,需要使用厢盖时,将软厢盖铺开,利用卡扣或魔术贴将软厢盖连接在框架上,而打开厢盖时,只需将软厢盖向前卷拢或向前折叠,所以厢盖的使用很方便,而且所需要的操作空间很小。
(2)本实用新型的构件之间的连接采用的是可拆卸连接的方式,所以给安装、维修带来方便。
(3)本实用新型的撑杆塞头的一端缝制在软盖的软盖的边缘,另一端与撑杆端部插接,采用插接方式,撑杆位置稳定可靠,且不会随意转动或脱落。
(4)本实用新型的软薄连接片不仅可以防止撑杆转动,因为其柔性可以便捷的拆卸,同时软薄连接片的宽度大于等于单根边框的宽度,软薄连接片置于边框上面,使用中不会造成表面凸起。
(5)本实用新型插接头整体外围连线呈矩形结构,可以防止撑杆插接后出现转动,同时避免了整个方体因接触面大而造成摩擦力大,“丰”字形便于插拔。
(6)本实用新型的软薄连接片的下端两个脚为圆角,避免使用过程中出现划伤手或磕碰。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1至图6,本实用新型具有通过连接夹可拆卸连接在皮卡车厢顶部的框架1;框架1具有围成“口”字形的四条边框,相邻边框之间通过转角接头3可拆连接,框架1上连接有软盖2;框架1的左右两边框之间通过撑杆塞头4可拆卸连接有至少一根撑杆5;撑杆塞头4的一端缝制在软盖2的边缘,另一端与撑杆5端部插接,撑杆5为中空结构。
撑杆塞头4由一体成型的软薄连接片6、连接座7和插接头8组成;软薄连接片6的自由端缝制在软盖2的边缘;插接头8与撑杆5端部的插接口相匹配。插接头8呈“丰”字形。
连接座7的上端与软薄连接片6齐平连接,下端两个脚为圆角。
软盖2与边框之间为扣合或魔术贴贴合。

1.一种皮卡车软厢盖,具有通过连接夹可拆卸连接在皮卡车厢顶部的框架;所述框架具有围成“口”字形的四条边框,相邻边框之间通过转角接头可拆连接,框架上连接有软盖;其特征在于:所述框架的左右两边框之间通过撑杆塞头可拆卸连接有至少一根撑杆;所述撑杆塞头的一端缝制在软盖的边缘,另一端与撑杆端部插接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮卡车软厢盖,其特征在于:所述撑杆塞头由一体成型的软薄连接片、连接座和插接头组成;所述软薄连接片的自由端缝制在软盖的边缘;所述插接头与撑杆端部的插接口相匹配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的皮卡车软厢盖,其特征在于:所述插接头呈“丰”字形。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的皮卡车软厢盖,其特征在于:所述撑杆为中空结构。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的皮卡车软厢盖,其特征在于:所述连接座的上端与软薄连接片齐平连接,下端两个脚为圆角。
6.根据权利要求5所述的皮卡车软厢盖,其特征在于:所述软盖与边框之间为扣合或魔术贴贴合。
