本实用新型属于一种电动工具。其目的是提供 一种新型电动扳手，该电动扳手由前罩壳、工作头、减 速器、电动机以及机壳组成。本实用新型采用新型结 构，因此能够提高装配效率及装配质量，适合现代化 装配生产线的要求。

Description

本实用新型属于一种电动工具。
目前使用的电动扳手，其中间盖内壁设有内齿圈配合孔。在装配电动扳手时，先将电动机装入机壳内，再将内齿圈装入中间盖内壁的内齿圈配合孔内，然后将中间盖固定在机壳的前端。随后安装行星齿轮和工作头，最后将头罩壳固定在中间盖上。采取上述结构时，装配效率低，不适合现代化装配生产线的要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构设计合理，能大幅度地提高装配效率及装配质量的新型电动扳手。
本实用新型是这样实现的：头罩壳内壁设有内齿圈配合孔，内齿圈安装在该配合孔内。减速器及工作头装在头罩壳内，与装在机壳内的电动机分成两体，最后组装为一体。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实用新型由头罩壳、工作头、减速器、电动机以及机壳组成。头罩壳1内壁设有内齿圈配合孔2，内齿圈3压入该配合孔内。由主动轴4、主动冲击块5、从动冲击块6组成的工作头与行星齿轮7配合在一起装入头罩壳内，行星齿轮与内齿圈相啮合，组成减速器。电动机8装在机壳9内，中间盖10装在机壳的前端。最后使行星齿轮与电动机输出轴11相啮合，将头罩壳固定在中间盖上，头罩壳与机壳成为一体。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构设计合理，能大幅度地提高装配效率及装配质量，适应现代化装配生产线的要求。
