背景技术
纽扣电池因体形较小,故在各种微型电子产品中得到了广泛的应用,直径从4.8mm至30mm,厚度从1.0mm至7.7mm不等;一般用于各类电子产品的后备电源,如电脑主板,电子表,电子词典,电子秤,记忆卡,遥控器,电动玩具,心脏起搏器,电子助听器,计数器,照相机等,现有的钮扣电池制作工艺相对复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术性问题是提供一种填充式钮扣锂离子电池,是直接在壳盖中填充极性材料,再用隔膜纸隔开正负极性材料,然后将壳盖压合在一起就形成了一个钮扣电池,制作工艺比较简单。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种填充式钮扣锂离子电池,其包括:填充上体、隔膜纸、填充下体,所述的填充上体位于隔膜纸的正上方,是由上壳盖及正极填充料组成,所述的隔膜纸夹于填充上体与填充上体之间,所述的填充下体位于隔膜纸正下方,是由下壳盖及负极填充料组成,所述的上壳盖及下壳盖内部有若干根导电针,将隔膜放置于填充上体及填充下体之间,然后将填充上体与填充下体压合在一起形成一个钮扣电池。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:制作工艺比较简单,减少了工序,节省了成本。

如图1、2、3及4所示,一种填充式钮扣锂离子电池,其包括:填充上体1、隔膜纸2、填充下体3,所述的填充上体1位于隔膜纸2的正上方,是由上壳盖11及正极填充料组成,所述的隔膜纸2夹于填充上体1与填充上体3之间,所述的填充下体3位于隔膜纸2正下方,是由下壳盖21及负极填充料组成,所述的上壳盖11及下壳盖21内部有若干根导电针,将隔膜放置于填充上体及填充下体之间,然后将填充上体与填充下体压合在一起形成一个钮扣电池。

1.一种填充式钮扣锂离子电池,其包括:填充上体、隔膜纸、填充下体,其特征是:所述的填充上体位于隔膜纸的正上方,是由上壳盖及正极填充料组成,所述的隔膜纸夹于填充上体与填充上体之间,所述的填充下体位于隔膜纸正下方,是由下壳盖及负极填充料组成。
