本实用新型涉及一种软包矮圆柱锂离子电池整形治具。所述软包矮圆柱锂离子电池整形治具包括底座及依次设于底座上的电池定位槽、整形套筒,所述整形套筒中部设置锥形孔,所述电池定位槽位于整形套筒锥形孔较大开口的一端,所述底座一端设置与底座垂直的安装板,汽缸通过安装板安装在底座上,汽缸活塞杆位于电池定位槽内可在电池定位槽内往复运动实现对待整形电池的推送。在底座所述整形套筒锥形孔小开口端的一侧设置第二电池定位槽。本实用新型所述包装定型设备使用后能确保成品电池的外形形状的一致性,改善电池侧边封印的折边反弹,避免了电池重复加工,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种软包矮圆柱锂离子电池整形治具。
背景技术
目前,成品软包装矮圆柱形锂离子电池的包装是在电池的软包装的侧面手工折边,再用耐高温胶对折边进行固定。这种包装存在以下问题:
1、成品加工完电池半径不一致,外形形状较差。
2、包装膜封印折边加贴高温胶后,折边容易反弹,要反复加工。
3、在加工成品后,固定侧边边缘正、负极极耳引线处的耐高温胶容易松弛,在运输过程中易导致正负极引线的接触导通,发生短路,严重的甚至会造成安全事故。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供一种针对软包矮圆柱形锂离子电池的包装整形定型设备。
本实用新型的技术方案为: 一种软包矮圆柱锂离子电池整形治具,包括底座及依次设于底座上的电池定位槽、整形套筒,所述整形套筒中部设置锥形孔,所述电池定位槽位于整形套筒锥形孔较大开口的一端,所述底座一端设置与底座垂直的安装板,汽缸通过安装板安装在底座上,汽缸活塞杆位于电池定位槽内可在电池定位槽内往复运动实现对待整形电池的推送。
优选的,所述电池定位槽为长条形体,上端面设置与待整形的电池形状相适应的弧形凹槽。
优选的,在底座所述整形套筒锥形孔小开口端的一侧设置第二电池定位槽。
本实用新型所述包装定型设备整形治具使用后能确保成品电池的外形形状的一致性,改善电池侧边封印的折边反弹,避免了电池重复加工,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型连接弹片作进一步详细描述。
如图1、图2,本实用新型的软包矮圆柱锂离子电池整形治具,包括底座1,底座一端设有安装板11,在底座上依次设有电池定位槽2、整形套筒3和另一电池定位槽4。电池定位槽2和电池定位槽4均为长条形体,上端面设置与待整形的电池形状相适应的弧形凹槽。整形套筒3为一个倒放的柱形体,其中部设置锥形孔31,锥形孔31开口较大的一端位于电池定位槽4一端。安装板11上安装有汽缸,汽缸活塞杆5可在电池定位槽4内往复运动。
使用时,将待整形的电池放置在电池定位槽4内,可多个电池并列排放,启动汽缸,汽缸活塞杆5向前运动推动待整形电池从整形套3筒较大一端进入套筒,在整体套筒内经过挤压整形,再从整形套筒另一端推出至电池定位槽2上,完成整形。
