[0046] 参见图1- 8和图11- 14所示,一种搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,所述搅拌设备包 括机架和分散盘收藏结构,机架为龙门架1,分散盘收藏结构搅拌传动机构包括分散机构、 支承组件(支承组件为防护罩9)和分散驱动装置。龙门架1包括底座13、立柱I2和横梁11,底 座13顶部左右两侧设有所述立柱12,横梁11两端承接在立柱12顶端,横梁11上设有搅拌机 构、固定套4和所述防护罩9。
[0047] 所述龙门架1的各部分铸造成型,所述底座13上设有料桶7抬升机构,料桶7抬升机 构包括升降运动的托架83,托架83与料桶7之间设有横向限位结构。料桶7抬升机构还包括 伺服电动缸8、垂直导轨81和滑块82,龙门架1上对应伺服电动缸8设有限位框架85,伺服电 动缸8设置在限位框架85内,伺服电动缸8设有上下指向的伸缩杆,伸缩杆与限位框架85顶 部之间设有缓冲件84缓冲件84为弹簧、海绵等弹性件,同时,伸缩杆与滑块82传动连接,滑 块82上下滑动设置在垂直导轨81上,垂直导轨81与立柱I2连接,托架83与滑块82连接。所述 横向限位结构包括设置在托架83顶面的限位插孔831和设置在料桶7上的限位插销74,料桶 7外周设有外凸边73,限位插销74设置在外凸边73底部并指向所述限位插孔831,当托架83 抬起料桶7时,限位插孔831套入限位插销74外,可以起到防止料桶7横向移动的作用,避免 发生倾倒事故。龙门架1的底座13—般是嵌入地面的,底座13顶面与地面持平,地面需要挖 坑做基础与底座13连接。
[0048] 所述防护罩9转动设置在横梁11下方,防护罩9包括上盖板91、护套92、下盖板93、 同步齿轮94和轴承座95,上盖板91和下盖板93分别连接在护套92上下两端,护套92呈圆筒 状,同步齿轮94转动设置在上盖板91,下盖板93上设有轴承座95;所述横梁11底部固定设有 固定齿轮15,同步齿轮94与固定齿轮15啮合。
[0049] 所述固定套4呈圆筒状,固定套4上端与横梁11底部固定连接,防护罩9位于固定套 4内侧,固定套4下端用于与料桶7的顶部开口连接;固定套4下端设有底环41与料桶7的顶部 开口凹凸配合,底环41与料桶7之间配合面可以设有密封圈。固定套4外周设有多个窗口,窗 口可以设置透明观察窗、照明灯、加料口、抽真空管等,示实际应用而定。
[0050]分散机构包括分散电机3、第二电机架31、分散原动链轮32、分散传动链条33、分散 被动链轮34、中心轴(中心轴为中空轴35)、分散原动齿轮36、分散盘6、和分散轴61;第二电 机架31设置在横梁11上与相对第一电机架21相对的一端,分散电机3设置在第二电机架31 上,分散电机3依次通过分散原动链轮32、分散传动链条3:3、分散被动链轮34与中空轴35传 动连接,中空轴35从横梁11外部经固定齿轮15、上盖板91伸入防护罩9内;分散原动齿轮36 位于防护罩9内、并设置在中空轴35外;分散轴61转动设置在下盖板⑽的轴承座95上,分散 轴61上端伸入防护罩9内、并与分散原动齿轮36传动连接,分散轴61下端伸至下盖板93下方 与分散盘6连接。
[0051]所述分散轴ei升降设置在下盖板⑽上,防护罩g内设有控制分散轴61升降运动的 升降驱动机构。

[0053]所述分散机构还包括传动套筒62和分散被动齿轮⑵,传动套筒62转动设置在轴承 座95上,分散被动齿轮63设置在传动套筒62外、并通过同步带37与中空轴35上的分散原动 链轮32传动连接;分散轴ei垂直穿过传动套筒62、并与传动套筒62垂直滑动配合,分散轴61 上端与气缸67传动连接。具体是:分散轴61表面沿其轴线方向设有直线导向筋611,传动套 筒62内壁沿传动套筒62轴线方向设有直线导向凹槽,直线导向筋eil与直线导向凹槽直线 滑动配合。
[0054]所述分散轴61设有三根(分散轴61数量与搅拌轴51数量相等),其中,两根分散轴 61上设有上下两个小直径的分散盘6 (见图11中F、G处所示),另一分散轴61上设有上下两个 大直径的分散盘6 (见图11中E处所示)。上述三根分散轴61以非均布的形式分布在防护罩9 的旋转中心外。分散盘6包括中间盘面M、上分散齿65和下分散齿册,上分散齿65和下分散 齿66交替分布在中间盘面64外周。
[0055]所述横梁11上还设有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构包括搅拌电机2、第一电机架21、减 速箱22、搅拌原动链轮23、搅拌传动链条24、搅拌被动链轮25、搅拌传动轴26、搅拌原动齿轮 27、环形齿轮28、搅拌桨5、搅拌轴51和搅拌被动齿轮52;第一电机架21设置在横梁11 一端, 搅拌电机2和减速箱22设置在第一电机架21上,搅拌电机2依次通过减速箱22、搅拌原动链 轮23、搅拌传动链条24、搅拌被动链轮25、搅拌传动轴26与搅拌原动齿轮27传动连接;环形 齿轮28设置在防护罩9的上盖板91上、并包围在所述固定齿轮15外,环形齿轮28包括外环齿 面和内环齿面,外环齿面与搅拌原动齿轮27啮合,内环齿面与所述同步齿轮94啮合;搅拌轴 51垂直设置在防护罩9上、并与上盖板91和下盖板93转动配合,搅拌轴51上端伸至环形齿轮 28与固定齿轮15之间、并与搅拌被动齿轮52连接,搅拌被动齿轮52与同步齿轮94啮合,搅拌 轴51下端伸至下盖板93下方与搅拌桨5连接。
[0056]所述搅拌桨5设有三把,各搅拌桨5上分别设有搅拌轴51,搅拌轴51以非均布的形 式分布在防护罩9的旋转中心外。所述搅拌桨5包括连接头56、第一螺旋搅拌臂53、第二螺旋 搅拌臂55和下连杆54,第一螺旋搅拌臂53和第二螺旋搅拌臂5f5的上端分别与连接头56的两 端连接,下连杆54两端分别与第一螺旋搅拌臂53和第二螺旋搅拌臂55的下端连接。
[0057]结合图9和图10所示,L1为三把搅拌桨5自转工作时的外周旋转路径,L2为料桶7内 壁(料桶7内腔中心理论上可以理解为防护罩9的旋转中心,两者中心重叠或基本重叠)n L4、L5为三根分散轴61自转时其上对应分散盘6的外周旋转路径;其中,三把搅拌桨5自转旋 转路径的圆心分别为01、02、03顺序连线构成虚拟面的中心点〇,偏离料桶7内腔中心点〇。 [0058]所述料桶7底部中心处横向设置有导向脚轮72,底座13顶面对应导向脚轮72设有 前后指向的导向槽14,导向槽14顶部和至少一端敞开,导向脚轮72从导向槽14的开口端插 入,导向脚轮72设有三个以上,并均布在导向脚轮72外周,导向脚轮72离开地面。料桶7外壁 设有换热夹层75,换热夹层75内设有螺旋通道,螺旋通道可以通冷却液等换热介质。
[0059] 结合图8所示,R1箭头为搅拌原动齿轮27旋转方向,搅拌原动齿轮27带动环形齿轮 28及与环形齿轮28连接的防护罩9沿R2箭头方向转动(即实现了防护罩9上的搅拌轴51和分 散轴61可以公转),环形齿轮28带动同步齿轮94绕固定齿轮15转动,同步齿轮94同时带动搅 拌被动齿轮52及与搅拌被动齿轮M连接的搅拌轴51自转。由于中空轴35位于防护罩9中心, 所以,可以不跟随防护罩9转动,即中空轴35可以独立启动,而实现在有需要时才控制与中 空轴35传动的分散轴61自转。
[0060] 其搅拌物料的原理是:装有物料的料桶7进入到底座13上方预定位置时,启动伺服 电动缸8将料桶7抬起至料桶7顶部开口与固定套4的底环41密封配合(见图16所示),然后, 对料桶7内部抽真空(该步骤示材料而定),启动搅拌电机2,开始进行搅拌工作,使得各物料 均匀分布,此时,分散轴61处于图15状态;过一定的时间后,同时启动分散电机3,分散轴61 与搅拌轴51 —起工作,使各物料更加均匀分布,也使其颗粒更细小。最后,泄压,伺服电动缸 8的伸缩杆开始下行,实现料桶7下降(见图1所示)。

Claims (10)

1. 一种搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,包括分散机构、支承组件和分散驱动装置,支承组 件转动设置在搅拌设备的机架上,分散驱动装置设置在机架上、并与分散机构传动连接,其 特征在于:所述分散机构包括中心轴、分散盘(6)和分散轴(61),中心轴转动设置在支承组 件的旋转中心上、并与分散轴(61)传动连接,分散轴(61)上下运动设置在支承组件上,支承 组件上设有用于控制分散轴(61)上下运动的升降驱动机构,分散轴(61)下端伸至支承组件 下方、并与分散盘(6)连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述升降驱动机构为 气缸(67)、液压缸或电动缸。
3. 根据权利要求2所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述分散轴(61)设有 两根以上、并围绕中心轴分布,各根分散轴(61)共同由一升降驱动机构控制上下运动,或 者,各根分散轴(61)分别由对应的升降驱动机构控制。
4. 根据权利要求3所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述各根分散轴(61) 上端通过联动板(68)连接,升降驱动机构与联动板(68)传动连接。
5. 根据权利要求4所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述支承组件为防护 罩(9),防护罩⑼包括上盖板(91)、护套(92)、下盖板(93)和轴承座(95);上盖板(91)和下 盖板(93)分别连接在护套(92)上下两端,护套(92)呈圆筒状,轴承座(95)设置在下盖板 (93)上;中心轴上端与机架转动配合、并与分散驱动装置传动连接,中心轴下端依次穿过上 盖板(91)和下盖板(93);所述升降驱动机构为气缸(67),气缸(67)设置在护套(92)内,气缸 (67)的缸体与下盖板(93)连接,气缸(67)的活塞杆与联动板(68)连接。
6. 根据权利要求5所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述下盖板(93)上对 应分散轴(61)设有轴承座(95),所述分散机构还包括分散原动齿轮(36)、传动套筒(6¾和 分散被动齿轮(63),分散原动齿轮(36)设置在中心轴外,传动套筒(62)转动设置在轴承座 (95)上,分散被动齿轮(63)设置在传动套筒(62)外、并通过同步带(37)与分散原动链轮 (32)传动连接;分散轴(61)垂直穿过传动套筒(62)、并与传动套筒(62)垂直滑动配合。
7. 根据权利要求6所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述分散轴(61)表面 沿其轴线方向设有直线导向筋(611),传动套筒(62)内壁沿传动套筒(62)轴线方向设有直 线导向凹槽,直线导向筋(611)与直线导向凹槽直线滑动配合。
8. 根据权利要求4所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述中心轴为中空轴 (35),气缸(67)的气路经中空轴(35)引出至机架上。
9. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述分散驱动装置包 括分散电机(3)和第二电机架(31),第二电机架(31)设置在机架上,分散电机(3)设置在第 二电机架(31)上,分散电机(3)与中心轴传动连接。
10. 根据权利要求1所述搅拌设备用分散盘收藏结构,其特征在于:所述机架上设有搅 拌驱动装置,搅拌驱动装置与支承组件传动连接。
