中国专利号CN200320122190.1于2004年12月1日公开一种动力混合机,其混合主轴由带减速箱的混合电机通过链条传动机构驱动,起混合搅拌作用的两个行星轴由混合主轴通过行星齿轮传动机构驱动进行公转和自转,其分散主轴由分散电机通过带传动机构驱动,该分散主轴穿过管状混合主轴的管腔,其下端通过带传动机构驱动两个分散轴,两分散轴通过轴承连接在行星齿轮传动机构的主箱体两侧,随主箱体一起公转,同时还被分散电机驱动进行高速自转。该机器不能实现智能化自动搅拌,搅拌过程中,每隔一定时间就需要打开料桶,对被搅拌物料进行检测,直到检测到物料的物理性质符合要求为止,其花费人力资源较多。

一种工业用智能搅拌设备的控制方法,其特征在于:结合分散驱动伺服电机工作时的参数变化来判断被加工的物料是否充分分散,所述参数为与分散驱动伺服电机工作时扭力输出有关的参数。不同状态的被加工物料对旋转工作的分散盘带来的阻力是不同的,如果分散盘需要保持相应的分散转速,则分散驱动伺服电机则需要改变其扭矩输出;利用这一特点,即可判断出分散驱动伺服电机工作时的参数变化与被加工的物料状态有关。

对所述参数进行设定,分散驱动伺服电机工作过程中,当分散伺服控制系统检测到分散驱动伺服电机的工作参数落入设定范围、并且持续一定时间后,则控制分散驱动伺服电机停止工作。

本实用新型的有益效果如下:

(1)此款工业用智能搅拌设备的分散轴通过分散驱动伺服电机带动,分散驱动伺服电机通过分散伺服控制系统控制,由于伺服控制系统内部实时对电压电流进行测量,并反馈调节输出,所以,通过供给电机线圈的电压电流,就能得知伺服电机的负载情况,从而判断出被加工物料的状态;

(2)此款工业用智能搅拌设备可根据不同的加工物料设定分散驱动伺服电机工作时的参数(如电压参数、电流参数),当分散伺服控制系统检测到分散驱动伺服电机的工作参数落入设定范围、并且持续一定时间后,则控制分散驱动伺服电机停止工作,以进一步提升该产品的自动化程度。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

参见图1- 8和图11- 14所示,一种工业用智能搅拌设备,包括机体,机体上设有搅拌机构、分散机构、搅拌驱动装置和分散驱动装置,搅拌机构包括搅拌桨5和搅拌轴51,搅拌桨5与搅拌轴51连接,搅拌轴51与搅拌驱动装置传动连接,分散机构包括分散盘6和分散轴61,分散盘6与分散轴61连接,所述分散驱动装置包括分散驱动伺服电机3和分散伺服控制系统,分散驱动伺服电机3与分散轴61传动连接,分散驱动伺服电机3与分散伺服控制系统电性连接。

所述机体包括机架和支承组件,支承组件转动设置在机架上,所述支承组件上设有同步齿轮94,机架上设有固定齿轮15,同步齿轮94与固定齿轮15啮合、并绕固定齿轮15转动。所述搅拌机构还包括环形齿轮28和搅拌被动齿轮52;搅拌驱动装置设置在机架上、并与环形齿轮28传动连接,环形齿轮28设置在支承组件上、并包围在所述固定齿轮15外,环形齿轮28设有内环齿面,内环齿面与同步齿轮94啮合;所述搅拌轴51转动设置在支承组件上,搅拌轴51上端伸至环形齿轮28与固定齿轮15之间、并与搅拌被动齿轮52连接,搅拌被动齿轮52与同步齿轮94啮合,搅拌轴51下端与搅拌桨5连接。所述分散机构还包括中心轴;分散驱动伺服电机3设置在机架上、并与中心轴传动连接,中心轴穿过固定齿轮15中心、并分别与机架和支承组件转动连接,分散轴61转动设置在支承组件上、并与中心轴传动连接,分散盘6设置在分散轴61上。

所述支承组件为防护罩9,防护罩9包括上盖板91、护套92、下盖板93、轴承座95和所述同步齿轮94;上盖板91和下盖板93分别连接在护套92上下两端,护套92呈圆筒状,同步齿轮94转动设置在上盖板91上,轴承座95设置在下盖板93上;所述环形齿轮28和搅拌被动齿轮52设置在上盖板91上,中心轴经上盖板91伸入护套92内;所述搅拌轴51的下端伸出至下盖板93下方,分散轴61与轴承座95转动配合,分散轴61下端伸出至下盖板93下方。

所述搅拌驱动装置包括搅拌电机2、第一电机架21、减速箱22和搅拌原动齿轮27,第一电机架21设置在机架上,搅拌电机2和减速箱22设置在第一电机架21上,搅拌电机2通过减速箱22与搅拌原动齿轮27传动连接;所述环形齿轮28还设有外环齿面,搅拌原动齿轮27与外环齿面啮合。

所述分散驱动装置还包括第二电机架31,第二电机架31设置在机架上,分散驱动伺服电机3设置在第二电机架31上,分散驱动伺服电机3与中心轴传动连接。

所述分散机构还包括分散原动齿轮36、传动套筒62和分散被动齿轮63,分散原动齿轮36设置在中心轴外,传动套筒62转动设置在轴承座95上,分散被动齿轮63设置在传动套筒62外、并通过同步带37与分散原动链轮32传动连接;分散轴61垂直穿过传动套筒62、并与传动套筒62垂直滑动配合,分散轴61上端与升降驱动机构传动连接。

所述升降驱动机构包括升降驱动伺服电机67和升降传动副,升降驱动伺服电机67通过升降传动副与分散机构传动连接。所述分散轴61设有两根以上、并围绕中心轴分布;所述升降传动副为丝杠传动副69。所述升降驱动伺服电机67设置在下盖板93上。各分散轴61上端通过联动板68连接,联动板68通过丝杠传动副69与升降驱动伺服电机67传动连接。

一种工业用智能搅拌设备的控制方法,结合分散驱动伺服电机3工作时的参数变化来判断被加工的物料是否充分分散,所述参数为与分散驱动伺服电机3工作时扭力输出有关的参数。

对所述参数进行设定,分散驱动伺服电机3工作过程中,当分散伺服控制系统检测到分散驱动伺服电机3的工作参数落入设定范围、并且持续一定时间后,则控制分散驱动伺服电机3停止工作。

作为更具体的方案,机架为龙门架1,龙门架1包括底座13、立柱12和横梁11,底座13顶部左右两侧设有所述立柱12,横梁11两端承接在立柱12顶端,横梁11上设有搅拌机构、固定套4和所述防护罩9。

所述龙门架1的各部分铸造成型,所述底座13上设有料桶7抬升机构,料桶7抬升机构包括升降运动的托架83,托架83与料桶7之间设有横向限位结构。料桶7抬升机构还包括伺服电动缸8、垂直导轨81和滑块82,龙门架1上对应伺服电动缸8设有限位框架85,伺服电动缸8设置在限位框架85内,伺服电动缸8设有上下指向的伸缩杆,伸缩杆与限位框架85顶部之间设有缓冲件84缓冲件84为弹簧、海绵等弹性件,同时,伸缩杆与滑块82传动连接,滑块82上下滑动设置在垂直导轨81上,垂直导轨81与立柱12连接,托架83与滑块82连接。所述横向限位结构包括设置在托架83顶面的限位插孔831和设置在料桶7上的限位插销74,料桶7外周设有外凸边73,限位插销74设置在外凸边73底部并指向所述限位插孔831,当托架83抬起料桶7时,限位插孔831套入限位插销74外,可以起到防止料桶7横向移动的作用,避免发生倾倒事故。龙门架1的底座13一般是嵌入地面的,底座13顶面与地面持平,地面需要挖坑做基础与底座13连接。

所述防护罩9转动设置在横梁11下方,所述横梁11底部固定设有固定齿轮15,同步齿轮94与固定齿轮15啮合。

所述固定套4呈圆筒状,固定套4上端与横梁11底部固定连接,防护罩9位于固定套4内侧,固定套4下端用于与料桶7的顶部开口连接;固定套4下端设有底环41与料桶7的顶部开口凹凸配合,底环41与料桶7之间配合面可以设有密封圈。固定套4外周设有多个窗口,窗口可以设置透明观察窗、照明灯、加料口、抽真空管等,视实际应用而定。

所述分散轴61设有三根(分散轴61数量与搅拌轴51数量相等),其中,两根分散轴61上设有上下两个小直径的分散盘6(见图11中F、G处所示),另一分散轴61上设有上下两个大直径的分散盘6(见图11中E处所示)。上述三根分散轴61以非均布的形式分布在防护罩9的旋转中心外。分散盘6包括中间盘面64、上分散齿65和下分散齿66,上分散齿65和下分散齿66交替分布在中间盘面64外周。

所述搅拌桨5设有三把,各搅拌桨5上分别设有搅拌轴51,搅拌轴51以非均布的形式分布在防护罩9的旋转中心外。所述搅拌桨5包括连接头56、第一螺旋搅拌臂53、第二螺旋搅拌臂55和下连杆54,第一螺旋搅拌臂53和第二螺旋搅拌臂55的上端分别与连接头56的两端连接,下连杆54两端分别与第一螺旋搅拌臂53和第二螺旋搅拌臂55的下端连接。

结合图9和图10所示,L1为三把搅拌桨5自转工作时的外周旋转路径,L2为料桶7内壁(料桶7内腔中心理论上可以理解为防护罩9的旋转中心,两者中心重叠或基本重叠),L3、L4、L5为三根分散轴61自转时其上对应分散盘6的外周旋转路径;其中,三把搅拌桨5自转旋转路径的圆心分别为O1、O2、O3顺序连线构成虚拟面的中心点O’偏离料桶7内腔中心点O。

所述料桶7底部中心处横向设置有导向脚轮72,底座13顶面对应导向脚轮72设有前后指向的导向槽14,导向槽14顶部和至少一端敞开,导向脚轮72从导向槽14的开口端插入,导向脚轮72设有三个以上,并均布在导向脚轮72外周,导向脚轮72离开地面。料桶7外壁设有换热夹层75,换热夹层75内设有螺旋通道,螺旋通道可以通冷却液等换热介质。

结合图8所示,R1箭头为搅拌原动齿轮27旋转方向,搅拌原动齿轮27带动环形齿轮28及与环形齿轮28连接的防护罩9沿R2箭头方向转动(即实现了防护罩9上的搅拌轴51和分散轴61可以公转),环形齿轮28带动同步齿轮94绕固定齿轮15转动,同步齿轮94同时带动搅拌被动齿轮52及与搅拌被动齿轮52连接的搅拌轴51自转。由于中空轴35位于防护罩9中心,所以,可以不跟随防护罩9转动,即中空轴35可以独立启动,而实现在有需要时才控制与中空轴35传动的分散轴61自转。

其搅拌物料的原理是:装有物料的料桶7进入到底座13上方预定位置时,启动伺服电动缸8将料桶7抬起至料桶7顶部开口与固定套4的底环41密封配合(见图16所示),然后,对料桶7内部抽真空(该步骤示材料而定),启动搅拌电机2,开始进行搅拌工作,使得各物料均匀分布,此时,分散轴61处于图15状态。过一定的时间后,同时启动分散驱动伺服电机3,使分散轴61下降,分散盘6落入至物料内,分散轴61与搅拌轴51一起工作,使各物料更加均匀分布,也使其颗粒更细小;同时,在分散盘6旋转过程中,通过控制电路控制升降驱动伺服电机67做正反转运动,带动分散机构的分散轴61上下往复运动、并且保证分散盘6位于被加工的物料高度范围内运动。分散盘6旋转过程中,结合分散驱动伺服电机3工作时的参数变化来判断被加工的物料是否充分分散,所述参数为与分散驱动伺服电机3工作时扭力输出有关的参数。当分散伺服控制系统检测到分散驱动伺服电机3的工作参数落入设定范围、并且持续一定时间后,则控制分散驱动伺服电机3停止工作,升降驱动伺服电机67带动分散盘6及分散轴61往上升起。最后,泄压,伺服电动缸8的伸缩杆开始下行,实现料桶7下降(见图1所示)。

Claims (6)

1.一种工业用智能搅拌设备,包括机体,机体上设有搅拌机构、分散机构、搅拌驱动装置和分散驱动装置,搅拌机构包括搅拌桨(5)和搅拌轴(51),搅拌桨(5)与搅拌轴(51)连接,搅拌轴(51)与搅拌驱动装置传动连接,分散机构包括分散盘(6)和分散轴(61),分散盘(6)与分散轴(61)连接,其特征在于:所述分散驱动装置包括分散驱动伺服电机(3)和分散伺服控制系统,分散驱动伺服电机(3)与分散轴(61)传动连接,分散驱动伺服电机(3)与分散伺服控制系统电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述工业用智能搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述机体包括机架和支承组件,支承组件转动设置在机架上,所述支承组件上设有同步齿轮(94),机架上设有固定齿轮(15),同步齿轮(94)与固定齿轮(15)啮合、并绕固定齿轮(15)转动;
所述搅拌机构还包括环形齿轮(28)和搅拌被动齿轮(52);搅拌驱动装置设置在机架上、并与环形齿轮(28)传动连接,环形齿轮(28)设置在支承组件上、并包围在所述固定齿轮(15)外,环形齿轮(28)设有内环齿面,内环齿面与同步齿轮(94)啮合;所述搅拌轴(51)转动设置在支承组件上,搅拌轴(51)上端伸至环形齿轮(28)与固定齿轮(15)之间、并与搅拌被动齿轮(52)连接,搅拌被动齿轮(52)与同步齿轮(94)啮合,搅拌轴(51)下端与搅拌桨(5)连接;
所述分散机构还包括中心轴;分散驱动伺服电机(3)设置在机架上、并与中心轴传动连接,中心轴穿过固定齿轮(15)中心、并分别与机架和支承组件转动连接,分散轴(61)转动设置在支承组件上、并与中心轴传动连接,分散盘(6)设置在分散轴(61)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述工业用智能搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述支承组件为防护罩(9),防护罩(9)包括上盖板(91)、护套(92)、下盖板(93)、轴承座(95)和所述同步齿轮(94);上盖板(91)和下盖板(93)分别连接在护套(92)上下两端,护套(92)呈圆筒状,同步齿轮(94)转动设置在上盖板(91)上,轴承座(95)设置在下盖板(93)上;所述环形齿轮(28)和搅拌被动齿轮(52)设置在上盖板(91)上,中心轴经上盖板(91)伸入护套(92)内;所述搅拌轴(51)的下端伸出至下盖板(93)下方,分散轴(61)与轴承座(95)转动配合,分散轴(61)下端伸出至下盖板(93)下方。
4.根据权利要求3所述工业用智能搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌驱动装置包括搅拌电机(2)、第一电机架(21)、减速箱(22)和搅拌原动齿轮(27),第一电机架(21)设置在机架上,搅拌电机(2)和减速箱(22)设置在第一电机架(21)上,搅拌电机(2)通过减速箱(22)与搅拌原动齿轮(27)传动连接;所述环形齿轮(28)还设有外环齿面,搅拌原动齿轮(27)与外环齿面啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述工业用智能搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述分散驱动装置还包括第二电机架(31),第二电机架(31)设置在机架上,分散驱动伺服电机(3)设置在第二电机架(31)上,分散驱动伺服电机(3)与中心轴传动连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述工业用智能搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述分散机构还包括分散原动齿轮(36)、传动套筒(62)和分散被动齿轮(63),分散原动齿轮(36)设置在中心轴外,传动套筒(62)转动设置在轴承座(95)上,分散被动齿轮(63)设置在传动套筒(62)外、并通过同步带(37)与分散原动链轮(32)传动连接;分散轴(61)垂直穿过传动套筒(62)、并与传动套筒(62)垂直滑动配合,分散轴(61)上端与升降驱动机构传动连接。
