本实用新型涉及模具加工技术领域，具体为一种采用活动镶件脱模的结构。
背景技术
在注塑成型的每一个循环中，产品必须从每一个型腔取出，最理想的是模具开启后，产品由自身重力自行脱落，而事实上，由于产品骨位较多且深，产品与模具之间存在较大的包紧力，很难出模。传统的产品顶出是靠顶针或斜顶，对于一些骨位深的产品，往往用脱模剂才能出模，易将产品顶坏，因此需要设计一种活动镶件脱模的结构，以活动镶件降低塑胶产品的包紧力，使产品顺利出模，从而降低产品的不良率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采用活动镶件脱模的结构，具有结构简单，不良率低，顶出效果好的优点，解决了现有技术中产品顶出、顶白、顶变形、顶断的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种采用活动镶件脱模结构，包括后模仁，所述后模仁的中央上端设置有活动镶件，活动镶件与后模仁活动套接安装；所述活动镶件的右端上方开设有凹槽；所述活动镶件的下方设置有后模顶针，后模顶针与后模仁活动套接；所述后模仁的左侧设置有产品，产品的上端与活动镶件的下端接触安装，产品的右端与后模顶针的左端接触安装。
优选的，所述凹槽的左侧面与活动镶件的上端部分的左侧面的水平间距为A，产品的右侧面与后模仁的左侧面的水平间距为B，其中A的水平间距大于B的水平间距。
优选的，所述活动镶件的左端面与产品的上端部分的右侧面接触安装。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果如下：
本采用活动镶件脱模结构在使用时，推动“T”字形的后模顶针顶动产品，由于产品与活动镶件之间存在包紧力，则会带动活动镶件脱离模仁，因为A的水平间距大于B的水平间距，“T”字形的后模顶针继续顶动产品，以活动镶件降低塑胶产品的包紧力，使产品顺利出模，将产品顺利取出；整体结构简单，不良率低，顶出效果好。

请参阅图1，一种采用活动镶件脱模结构，包括后模仁1，后模仁1的中央上端设置有活动镶件2，活动镶件2与后模仁1活动套接安装；活动镶件2的右端上方开设有凹槽3；活动镶件2的下方设置有后模顶针4，后模顶针4与后模仁1活动套接；后模仁1的左侧设置有产品5，产品5的上端与活动镶件2的下端接触安装，产品5的右端与后模顶针4的左端接触安装，活动镶件2的左端面与产品5的上端部分的右侧面接触安装；其中凹槽3的左侧面与活动镶件2的上端部分的左侧面的水平间距为A，产品5的右侧面与后模仁1的左侧面的水平间距为B，其中A的水平间距大于B的水平间距；本采用活动镶件2脱模结构在使用时，由于注塑后产品5的骨位较深与后模仁1包紧力较大，推动“T”字形的后模顶针4顶动产品5，由于产品5与活动镶件2之间存在包紧力，则会带动活动镶件2脱离后模仁1，因为A的水平间距大于B的水平间距，“T”字形的后模顶针4继续顶动产品5，产品5最终将会脱离活动镶件2，将产品5顺利取出。
综上所述：本采用活动镶件脱模结构在使用时，由“T”字形的后模顶针4顶动产品5，由于产品5与活动镶件2之间存在包紧力，则会带动活动镶件2脱离后模仁1，因为A的水平间距大于B的水平间距，“T”字形的后模顶针4继续顶动产品5，以活动镶件2降低塑胶产品5的包紧力，使产品5顺利出模，将产品5顺利取出；整体结构简单，不良率低，顶出效果好。

1.一种采用活动镶件脱模结构，包括后模仁(1)，其特征在于：所述后模仁(1)的中央上端设置有活动镶件(2)，活动镶件(2)与后模仁(1)活动套接安装；所述活动镶件(2)的右端上方开设有凹槽(3)；所述活动镶件(2)的下方设置有后模顶针(4)，后模顶针(4)与后模仁(1)活动套接；所述后模仁(1)的左侧设置有产品(5)，产品(5)的上端与活动镶件(2)的下端接触安装，产品(5)的右端与后模顶针(4)的左端接触安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用活动镶件脱模结构，其特征在于：所述凹槽(3)的左侧面与活动镶件(2)的上端部分的左侧面的水平间距为A，产品(5)的右侧面与后模仁(1)的左侧面的水平间距为B，其中A的水平间距大于B的水平间距。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用活动镶件脱模结构，其特征在于：所述活动镶件(2)的左端面与产品(5)的上端部分的右侧面接触安装。
