本实用新型涉及汽车灯具设计领域,尤其涉及一种光导式转向日行灯,驱动线路板和LED线路板均固定在散热器上,驱动线路板和LED线路板之间通过柔性线路板实现电路的连接,转向灯LED灯珠和日行灯LED灯珠分别布置在LED线路板上,散热器固定在壳体上,密封圈布置在壳体和散热器之间且密封圈将LED线路板和驱动线路板包围形成密封灯腔,日行灯光导和转向灯光导均固定在光导支架上,日行灯光导的一端和日行灯LED灯珠相连,转向灯光导的一端和转向灯LED灯珠相连,光导支架固定在壳体上,LED线路板和驱动线路板集成在一个散热器上,驱动线路板也可以利用散热器进行散热,转向灯LED灯珠和日行灯LED灯珠集成在一个LED线路板上,大大节省空间,降低成本。

本实用新型涉及汽车灯具设计领域,尤其涉及一种光导式转向日行灯。
背景技术
日行灯为日间行驶时开启的灯具,在白昼或雨雾天气中开启日行灯能让对方行车更好的观察和识别;转向灯作为信号灯,是汽车灯具中不可或缺的部分,给前后车辆转弯的信号。现市面上常用多颗LED作为日行灯光源,光源布置不合理,占用空间大,成本一直居高不下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种节省空间、成本较低的光导式转向日行灯。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种光导式转向日行灯,包括面罩、LED光源总成、壳体和光导总成,LED光源总成包括散热器、LED线路板、转向灯LED灯珠、驱动线路板、柔性线路板、日行灯LED灯珠和密封圈,驱动线路板和LED线路板均固定在散热器上,驱动线路板和LED线路板之间通过柔性线路板实现电路的连接,转向灯LED灯珠和日行灯LED灯珠分别布置在LED线路板上,散热器固定在壳体上,密封圈布置在壳体和散热器之间且密封圈将LED线路板和驱动线路板包围形成密封灯腔,光导总成包括日行灯光导、转向灯光导和光导支架,日行灯光导和转向灯光导均固定在光导支架上,日行灯光导的一端和日行灯LED灯珠相连,转向灯光导的一端和转向灯LED灯珠相连,光导支架固定在壳体上。
进一步的,日行灯LED灯珠采用颗白光单芯片,且颗白光单芯片呈两排两列式排列,转向灯LED灯珠采用黄光LED单颗芯片。
优选的,所述日行灯光导、转向灯光导均和壳体固定连接。
有益效果:本实用新型将LED线路板和驱动线路板集成在一个散热器上,驱动线路板在实现本身功能的同时也可以利用散热器进行散热,大大节省空间,降低成本,转向灯LED灯珠和日行灯LED灯珠集成在一个LED线路板上,同样也能节省空间、降低成本。其中,密封圈的设置确保了整灯的气密性。

下面结合图1-4,对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
一种光导式转向日行灯,包括面罩10、LED光源总成20、壳体30和光导总成,LED光源总成20包括散热器21、LED线路板22、转向灯LED灯珠23、驱动线路板24、柔性线路板25、日行灯LED灯珠26和密封圈27,驱动线路板24和LED线路板22均固定在散热器21上,驱动线路板24和LED线路板22之间通过柔性线路板25实现电路的连接,转向灯LED灯珠23和日行灯LED灯珠26分别布置在LED线路板22上,散热器21固定在壳体30上,密封圈27布置在壳体30和散热器21之间且密封圈27将LED线路板25和驱动线路板24包围形成密封灯腔,光导总成包括日行灯光导41、转向灯光导42和光导支架43,日行灯光导41和转向灯光导42均固定在光导支架43上,日行灯光导41的一端和日行灯LED灯珠26相连,转向灯光导42的一端和转向灯LED灯珠23相连,光导支架43固定在壳体30上。本实用新型将LED线路板25和驱动线路板24集成在一个散热器21上,驱动线路板24在实现本身功能的同时也可以利用散热器21进行散热,大大节省空间,降低成本,转向灯LED灯珠23和日行灯LED灯珠26集成在一个LED线路板25上,同样也能节省空间、降低成本。其中,密封圈27的设置确保了整灯的气密性。
进一步的,日行灯LED灯珠26采用4颗白光单芯片,且4颗白光单芯片呈两排两列式排列,转向灯LED灯珠23采用黄光LED单颗芯片。
优选的,所述日行灯光导41、转向灯光导42均和壳体30固定连接。确保了日行灯光导41与日行灯LED灯珠26位置的精确度,同样的,确保了转向灯光导42与转向灯LED灯珠23位置的精确度。

1.一种光导式转向日行灯,其特征在于:包括面罩(10)、LED光源总成(20)、壳体(30)和光导总成,LED光源总成(20)包括散热器(21)、LED线路板(22)、转向灯LED灯珠(23)、驱动线路板(24)、柔性线路板(25)、日行灯LED灯珠(26)和密封圈(27),驱动线路板(24)和LED线路板(22)均固定在散热器(21)上,驱动线路板(24)和LED线路板(22)之间通过柔性线路板(25)实现电路的连接,转向灯LED灯珠(23)和日行灯LED灯珠(26)分别布置在LED线路板(22)上,散热器(21)固定在壳体(30)上,密封圈(27)布置在壳体(30)和散热器(21)之间且密封圈(27)将LED线路板(25)和驱动线路板(24)包围形成密封灯腔,光导总成包括日行灯光导(41)、转向灯光导(42)和光导支架(43),日行灯光导(41)和转向灯光导(42)均固定在光导支架(43)上,日行灯光导(41)的一端和日行灯LED灯珠(26)相连,转向灯光导(42)的一端和转向灯LED灯珠(23)相连,光导支架(43)固定在壳体(30)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光导式转向日行灯,其特征在于:日行灯LED灯珠(26)采用4颗白光单芯片,且4颗白光单芯片呈两排两列式排列,转向灯LED灯珠(23)采用黄光LED单颗芯片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光导式转向日行灯,其特征在于:所述日行灯光导(41)、转向灯光导(42)均和壳体(30)固定连接。
