本发明公开了一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,包括一条或者多条厚壁光导,厚壁光导的下方或者侧方设置电路板,电路板上设置有单色LED和双色LED,单色LED和双色LED连接LED控制驱动电路,LED控制驱动电路包括驱动芯片,驱动芯片采用罗姆BD18351芯片,罗姆BD18351芯片的EN脚作为使能端连接转向灯驱动信号电路和昼行位置灯驱动信号电路,罗姆BD18351芯片的PWMOUT脚输出PWM信号去驱动MOSFET,MOSFET连接单色LED和双色LED。本发明通过光学设计,电路驱动设计来实现各个功能的相互切换。一体化设计,不仅可以优化灯具内部的结构,还能体现现代灯具的科技感。

一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及车灯光学及电子领域,具体涉及一根厚壁光导能实现多种功能(昼行、位置、转向)的切换应用,应用于车辆照明领域。
背景技术
现有汽车前部照明灯具内部一般都含有昼行灯、位置灯、转向灯,这几个功能的灯,在不同环境或者需求下被使用,这三个功能通常是独立存在的。因此需要配置三个独立的灯来实现三种功能,这样灯具内部的结构就较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,能够方便快捷切换昼行、位置、转向灯功能。
一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,包括一条或者多条厚壁光导,厚壁光导的下方或者侧方设置电路板,电路板上设置有单色LED和双色LED,单色LED和双色LED连接LED控制驱动电路,LED控制驱动电路包括驱动芯片,驱动芯片采用罗姆BD18351芯片,罗姆BD18351芯片的EN脚作为使能端连接转向灯驱动信号电路和昼行位置灯驱动信号电路,罗姆BD18351芯片的PWMOUT脚输出PWM信号去驱动MOSFET,MOSFET连接单色LED和双色LED。
所述罗姆BD18351芯片的DCD脚连接开关二极管D1后分两路,一路连接场效应管S1,场效应管S1连接开关二极管D3,另一路连接开关二极管D2。
所述双色LED为昼行位置灯,采用28颗LED颗粒,分两路并联。
所述单色LED为转向灯,采用22颗LED颗粒,分两路并联。
所述厚壁光导上侧设置有光导装饰件。
所述厚壁光导下侧设置有光导安装支架。
所述单色LED和双色LED上设置有散热铝支架。
本发明通过光学设计,电路驱动设计来实现各个功能的相互切换。一体化设计,不仅可以优化灯具内部的结构,还能体现现代灯具的科技感。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,包括一条或者多条厚壁光导2,厚壁光导2的下方或者侧方设置电路板,电路板上设置有单色LED3和双色LED6,单色LED和双色LED连接LED控制驱动电路,LED控制驱动电路包括驱动芯片,驱动芯片采用罗姆BD18351芯片,罗姆BD18351芯片的EN脚作为使能端连接转向灯驱动信号电路和昼行位置灯驱动信号电路,罗姆BD18351芯片的PWMOUT脚输出PWM信号去驱动MOSFET,MOSFET连接单色LED和双色LED。
所述厚壁光导2上侧设置有光导装饰件1。厚壁光导2下侧设置有光导安装支架5。单色LED和双色LED上设置有散热铝支架4。
如图3,所述罗姆BD18351芯片的DCD脚连接开关二极管D1后分两路,一路连接场效应管S1,场效应管S1连接开关二极管D3,另一路连接开关二极管D2。此处电路主要用于昼行与位置灯信号以及转向灯信号的采集输入。
双色LED采用白色和琥珀色两种颜色,为昼行位置灯,采用28颗LED颗粒,分两路并联,昼行灯功能时为白色,位置灯功能时为琥珀色。
单色LED采用琥珀色,为转向灯,采用22颗LED颗粒,分两路并联。
车辆正常行驶过程中为昼行灯功能,双色LED为显示白色,当需要作出功能切换转变为位置灯,罗姆BD18351芯片的DCD脚作为调光脚位发出调光信号,PWMOUT脚输出PWM信号去驱动MOSFET减少通过双色LED颗粒的电流,双色LED变为琥珀色位置灯。当需要转向的时候,转向灯开启,单色LED亮起琥珀色,转向灯变为琥珀色。

1.一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,包括一条或者多条厚壁光导,厚壁光导的下方或者侧方设置电路板,电路板上设置有单色LED和双色LED,单色LED和双色LED连接LED控制驱动电路,LED控制驱动电路包括驱动芯片,驱动芯片采用罗姆BD18351芯片,罗姆BD18351芯片的EN脚作为使能端连接转向灯驱动信号电路和昼行位置灯驱动信号电路,罗姆BD18351芯片的PWMOUT脚输出PWM信号去驱动MOSFET,MOSFET连接单色LED和双色LED。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,所述罗姆BD18351芯片的DCD脚连接开关二极管D1后分两路,一路连接场效应管S1,场效应管S1连接开关二极管D3,另一路连接开关二极管D2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,所述双色LED为昼行位置灯,采用28颗LED颗粒,分两路并联。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,所述单色LED为转向灯,采用22颗LED颗粒,分两路并联。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,所述厚壁光导上侧设置有光导装饰件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,所述厚壁光导下侧设置有光导安装支架。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车灯具中厚壁光导多功能切换的装置,其特征在于,所述单色LED和双色LED上设置有散热铝支架。
