本实用新型属于门窗技术领域，具体涉及一种新型门框与门扇上的合页组合结构。
背景技术
周知，现有的防盗门以及防火门的门框和门扇通过合页固定至一体，现有的固定方式是在门扇上焊接一个合页固定片，通过固定片将合页固定后再与门框锁紧固定，此种工序复杂，需先将合页固定片焊接固定，然后通过打磨后喷漆处理，影响产品制作效率，并且单独针对合页固定处进行防尘及防烟处理造价较高。
针对现有技术的弊端，如何通过技术改进，采用免漆及免焊接工艺实现门框与门扇和合页的连接，并且此种结构或者工艺的前提是保证本产品的强度及外观效果。

为实现上述技术功能，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种新型门框与门扇上的合页组合结构，其包括一个门框和一个门扇，所述的门扇与合页固定的一端竖直设有加强凸起，所述的合页与门扇结合时，合页在门扇处设有加强折弯，所述的加强折弯贴合加强凸起设置，合页与门扇结合的门扇固定板上，其通过自攻螺栓和门扇固定；所述的门框上，在合页固定位置，在门框上水平加工有一个通孔，所述的通孔将门框左右贯穿，合页上与门框结合的门框固定板上，其穿过通孔后在门框内侧折弯形成内部折弯，所述的门框在内侧设有门框加强棱，合页上的内部折弯贴合门框加强棱设置，所述的门框固定板通过自攻螺栓和门框内侧固定。
所述的通孔的大小以刚好穿过门框固定板且合页不晃动为标准。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型通过以上设计，采用在门框上设置通孔，并将合页的门框固定板穿过通孔后进行固定，并通过自攻螺栓将门扇固定板和门框固定板和门扇以及门框锁紧固定，避免了焊接合页固定板以及打磨喷漆的弊端，使本实用新型在确保强度的基础上提高了其生产效率，避免了生产过程中对环境的污染，是一种理想的新型门框与门扇上的合页组合结构。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步地描述。如附图所示，一种新型门框与门扇上的合页组合结构，其包括一个门框3和一个门扇1，所述的门扇1与合页4固定的一端竖直设有加强凸起2，所述的合页4与门扇1结合时，合页4在门扇1处设有加强折弯6，所述的加强折弯6贴合加强凸起2设置，合页4与门扇1结合的门扇固定板5上，其通过自攻螺栓和门扇1固定；所述的门框3上，在合页固定位置，在门框3上水平加工有一个通孔8，所述的通孔8将门扇1左右贯穿，通过8的大小以刚好穿过门框固定板且合页不晃动为标准，所述的合页4上与门框3结合的门框固定板10上，其穿过通孔8后在门框3内侧折弯形成内部折弯9，所述的门框3在内侧设有门框加强棱7，合页4上的内部折弯9贴合门框加强棱7设置，所述的门框固定板10通过自攻螺栓和门框内侧固定。
本实用新型通过以上设计，采用在门框3上设置通孔8，并将合页4的门框固定板10穿过通孔8后进行固定，并通过自攻螺栓将门扇固定板5和门框固定板10和门扇1以及门框3锁紧固定，避免了焊接合页固定板以及打磨喷漆的弊端，是本实用新型在确保强度的基础上提高了其生产效率，避免了生产过程中对环境的污染，是一种理想的新型门框与门扇上的合页组合结构。
