背景技术
整体桥就是有整体的车桥结构连接两个车轮,车桥不能断开,同一车桥上的两个车轮没有相对运动,这样的一套悬挂结构,整体桥悬挂的历史几乎伴随汽车的诞生就开始了,发展到如今,它的结构并没有太大的变化,其结构更为简单,且现在多为货车采用。
整体桥也广泛应用于工程车中,但是工程车大都是在施工场地内使用,施工场地内的地形比较复杂,因此对于起到支撑作用的整体桥的性能要求也比较高,传统的整体桥支撑结构已经不能满足工程车辆的正常使用,因此需要一种新型的工程车整体桥来满足工程车辆的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,支撑强度较高,使用寿命较长的新型工程车整桥。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括整桥支撑梁、桥壳、螺孔垫圈、注油口、固定螺钉、下定位轴、连接梁、减震弹簧座、轮毂轴承、油封层、环形弹簧板和防变形支板,所述整桥支撑梁上侧设置有桥壳,且桥壳通过螺孔垫圈安装,所述桥壳上端设置有注油口,所述整桥支撑梁右端设置有固定螺钉,且整桥支撑梁左端设置有下定位轴,所述整桥支撑梁左右两端均设置有连接梁,且连接梁通过减震弹簧座与轮毂轴承连接,所述轮毂轴承内侧设置有油封层,所述减震弹簧座内侧设置有环形弹簧板,所述整桥支撑梁下侧设置有防变形支板。
作为优选,所述桥壳前侧壁设置有散热口。
作为优选,所述整桥支撑梁上侧壁设置有两个贯穿孔,且两个贯穿孔以桥壳为中心呈对称结构分布。

包括整桥支撑梁1、桥壳2、螺孔垫圈3、注油口4、固定螺钉5、下定位轴6、连接梁7、减震弹簧座8、轮毂轴承9、油封层10、环形弹簧板11和防变形支板12,所述整桥支撑梁1上侧设置有桥壳2,且桥壳2通过螺孔垫圈3安装,桥壳2前侧壁设置有散热口,散热口的设置可以对桥壳2内部环境进行散热,防止桥壳2内部环境温度过高导致传动结构发生损坏,整桥支撑梁1上侧壁设置有两个贯穿孔,且两个贯穿孔以桥壳2为中心呈对称结构分布,这样设置可以使得工作人员在检修该整体桥时便于操作,避免了整体桥的拆卸,所述桥壳2上端设置有注油口4,所述整桥支撑梁1右端设置有固定螺钉5,且整桥支撑梁1左端设置有下定位轴6,所述整桥支撑梁1左右两端均设置有连接梁7,且连接梁7通过减震弹簧座8与轮毂轴承9连接,所述轮毂轴承9内侧设置有油封层10,所述减震弹簧座8内侧设置有环形弹簧板11,环形弹簧板11设置有两组,且两组环形弹簧板11均位于减震弹簧座8内,这样设置可以增强减震弹簧座8的减震性能,使得该整体桥的支撑强度得到提升,所述整桥支撑梁1下侧设置有防变形支板12。
工作原理:在使用该实用新型时,通过轮毂轴承9来安装工程车后侧两个后轮,通过整桥支撑梁1来提供支撑,由于轮毂轴承9是通过减震弹簧座8与连接梁7连接,然后通过连接梁7间接与整桥支撑梁1连接的,减震弹簧座8起到了传递力的作用,安装后的轮胎受力会通过减震弹簧座8间接的作用在整桥支撑梁1上,使得该整体桥具有较好的减震性能,从而使得该整体桥具备较强的支撑强度。
