本实用新型的名称为一种差速换挡总成。属于汽车车桥技术领域。它主要是解决现有车桥速比单一、无法变速的问题。它的主要特征是:包括包含行星齿轮、半轴齿轮、一字轴、差速器壳体的差速器总成,包含一挡主动圆柱齿轮、一挡从动圆柱齿轮、二挡主动圆柱齿轮、二挡从动圆柱齿轮、滑动啮合套、拨叉的2速换挡机构;所述2速换挡机构装配于差速器总成外侧。本实用新型具有尺寸小、结构简单紧凑、提高传动效率、便于实现合理利用空间、便于实现轻量化和方便装配的特点,主要用于具有变速功能的驱动桥。

技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车车桥技术领域,具体涉及一种具有差速功能的两速换挡总成。
背景技术
传统驱动桥一般采用中央减速器实现单一减速,中央减速器一般采用一对主从动弧齿锥齿轮副,驱动桥对应单一速比,驱动桥本身无法实现变速功能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种具备差速功能的2速换挡总成,以实现驱动桥自带换挡功能、减少传动环节、提高传动效率的目的。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种差速换挡总成,包括包含行星齿轮、半轴齿轮、一字轴、差速器壳体的差速器总成,包含一挡主动圆柱齿轮、一挡从动圆柱齿轮、二挡主动圆柱齿轮、二挡从动圆柱齿轮、滑动啮合套、拨叉的2速换挡机构,其特征在于:所述2速换挡机构装配于差速器总成外侧。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的一字轴、行星齿轮和半轴齿轮装于差速器壳体内部,并通过螺栓与差速器壳体连接。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的一挡主动圆柱齿轮和一挡从动圆柱齿轮为一对直齿或斜齿圆柱齿轮副;二挡主动圆柱齿轮和二挡从动圆柱齿轮为一对直齿或斜齿圆柱齿轮副。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的一挡从动圆柱齿轮、二挡从动圆柱齿轮自带端面啮合齿,通过滑动啮合套与不同的端面啮合齿啮合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型将差速器总成与2速换挡齿轮副集成于一体,实现差速的同时具备2速换挡功能。车桥自带换挡功能,取代变速箱,减少了零部件数量,降低了成本,提高了安全运行可靠性,缩短了传动链长度,提高了传动效率,结构简单紧凑,便于空间布置及实现轻量化。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如图1至图3所示。本实用新型一种差速换挡总成包括差速器总成A和2速换挡机构B,2速换挡机构B装配于差速器总成A外侧,集成于一体,构成本实用新型差速换挡总成,差速换挡总成具备差速功能又同时具备2速换挡功能。差速器总成A包含行星齿轮5、半轴齿轮4、一字轴3和差速器壳体1,一字轴3、行星齿轮5和半轴齿轮4装于差速器壳体1内部,并通过螺栓2与差速器壳体1连接,构成完整的差速器总成A。2速换挡机构B包含一挡主动圆柱齿轮6、一挡从动圆柱齿轮7、二挡主动圆柱齿轮8、二挡从动圆柱齿轮9、滑动啮合套10和拨叉11。一挡主动圆柱齿轮6和一挡从动圆柱齿轮7、二挡主动圆柱齿轮8和二挡从动圆柱齿轮9为2对直齿或斜齿圆柱齿轮副,拨叉11带动滑动啮合套10左右滑动,通过与不同齿轮副啮合实现换挡功能。一挡从动圆柱齿轮7、二挡从动圆柱齿轮9自带端面啮合齿,通过滑动啮合套10与不同的端面啮合齿啮合。

Claims (4)

1.一种差速换挡总成,包括包含行星齿轮(5)、半轴齿轮(4)、一字轴(3)、差速器壳体(1)的差速器总成(A),包含一挡主动圆柱齿轮(6)、一挡从动圆柱齿轮(7)、二挡主动圆柱齿轮(8)、二挡从动圆柱齿轮(9)、滑动啮合套(10)、拨叉(11)的2速换挡机构(B),其特征在于:所述2速换挡机构(B)装配于差速器总成(A)外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种差速换挡总成,其特征在于:所述的一字轴(3)、行星齿轮(5)和半轴齿轮(4)装于差速器壳体(1)内部,并通过螺栓(2)与差速器壳体(1)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种差速换挡总成,其特征在于:所述的一挡主动圆柱齿轮(6)和一挡从动圆柱齿轮(7)、二挡主动圆柱齿轮(8)和二挡从动圆柱齿轮(9)为2对直齿或斜齿圆柱齿轮副。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种差速换挡总成,其特征在于:所述的一挡从动圆柱齿轮(7)、二挡从动圆柱齿轮(9)自带端面啮合齿,通过滑动啮合套(10)与不同的端面啮合齿啮合。
